joseph quinn: 9:36am, Thurs 11-17-22. Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. I said hello when I came up to the counter....no response in the slightest. They continued to talk amongst themselves. Once my items were rang up there still had not been 1 second of interaction or eye contact. Nobody told me I was good to put my card in, what the total was, etc. After my card went through I got a very bland " You're all set."Its unfortunate that you try to be a good customer and be polite to the people serving you only to be completely ignored. I will not give an establishment such as this my business again. Simply acknowledging someone can go a long ways, or not.

Heather Kanig: Ashleigh the store manager did an OUTSTANDING job correcting a payment processing error I had. Went above and beyond to fix the issue and ensure that I, as a customer, was happy. I will continue to get my gasoline from this location and BPs only!! Great work BP Staff!

Kim Sells: I stop at this station from time to time. There is a pizza joint right next store, accessible from the gas station that has good cheese bread. I haven't tried anything else of theirs. The gas station has a large variety of pops and slushies and copies. What I do like about this gas station as they participate with Upside, which I love! I will continue to use them as long as they are with Upside!

Andrew Harper: I always leave this place frustrated. I will give it this, It is well lit at night, in a convenient location, and clean. For some reason all of the pumps have trouble taking cards. Their little restaurant “Junction pizza and subs” has the worst hours. I’m not sure why I have been here more than once. I know it seems petty but every time I go here the pump just displays “please see attendant”

Stephen Huseby: Worst card readers I’ve ever come across. Just got a new credit card about two weeks ago and it has worked everywhere except here. Tried it at four different pumps to no avail.

Rena Dahlgren: I normally love stopping here it's close to home it's clean it's convenient the staff is normally really nice. However on my stop today, 7/25 10:30 am, the blonde female cashier was too busy talking to her friends to talk to people stopping into the store give them receipts or pay attention to how they were paying. The chip reader was being picky and as I was trying to clean off my own debit card chip she reached across the counter and took my debit card out of my hand without asking and just said a "just give it here. It doesn't like the slide" If she would have been paying attention to the person she was helping and not her friends she she would have noticed I was cleaning off my own card . Her friends were the ones to ask how my day was and told me to have a nice day. The cashier was too engaged in her personal conversation. I would highly suggest to anyone else if this blonde is working and too busy talking with her friends to go to any gas station further down the street. I would normally try to reach someone on my receipt information but as I didn't get asked if I wanted my receipt and didn't get it, google will have to do.

Andrew Alkema: Ladies working at 12:30am on Dec 9th 2020 were great, both were very busy restocking the store unlike most gas stations I go to where it seems they just don't care. The gas station was very clean, well stocked and very well kept up, the lady who was working the cash register made sure to tell me of a sale on the pops I brought which I really appreciate. I haven't been to this station in years but I plan on visiting a lot more often due to this great experience.

Nick Hilts: I have never felt the need to write a review for a gas station before, but considering how unbelievably miserable this one is, I thought maybe the owners would like to know.They obviously just redid the whole station...meters won’t take a card. Spent a bunch of money on a new fancy interior, nothing was stocked. Dakota was sitting on his phone facing away from the store when I went in to pay for gas. Only had $40 change in the entire store...was on his phone the entire time I was in there.Don’t get me wrong it’s a gas station, I don’t expect much, especially in customer service. There’s not a big push for it...but come on! For the nice, new BP in the fancy, rich neighborhood...pisspoor job. Wow

Tracy Wood: I live near and have enjoyed the convenience. It’s nice but the past several times I have been there the pump credit cards readers won’t work. I had to switch 3 times to find a working pump.Please fix your pumps so I don’t have to go elsewhere.

Daniel Trosper: Gas was simple and easy. The pizza/sub shop looked better than a subway, I ordered turkey/mushroom sub. Ate at 8:30pm~I’ve been up all night with food poisoning. Do not eat there! It’s the only reasonable answer.

David Schuster: Newly redone BP. Well-lit with 16 pumping points, diesel and 3 octanes of unleaded. Trash cans and window cleaners between the pumps and air. Nicely outfitted store with takeout pizza (i haven’t tried it). Staff seems to keep it clean and well kept.Access is easy if going east on Leonard or South on the Beltline, opposite directions more challenging (you shouldn’t turn over the double yellow on Leonard, backs up traffic crossing the Beltline).

B: Been here 3 times and there is always an issue with the Diesel pumps. Either they are out of commission (bag over the pump), or if not, they pump stupid slow, as in 1 cent per second. It would take an hour to pump 30 gallons! The last 2 times I've gone inside and spoke with the attendant but they just shrug their shoulders and tell me they have no idea what's wrong. These are brand new pumps! I don't stop here any more and just go up the road.The new store does look nice although so I really wish they did work better.

I heard ”it’s on the left” I knock on the door and try to open it and it won’t open. I go back to ask for a key he said “man I just told you the key is on the ledge” I use the bathroom and I was coming out the second employee said to a man “I don’t have the key and you guys have to stop saying give me. Give me got shot”I personally don’t think the behavior was appropriate as I had interrupted the two cashiers convo just to ask for gas. I filled up and was unable to use the restroom. Now I have to find another gas station. I won't be back to this store. It's a substandard Speedway.

Jody Smith: Not a bad gas station by any means, but there is much to be desired about the way the pumps are set up versus the traffic coming in and out, but that had been that way ever since I can remember (I have had my license for a while now 🤣). Nothing they can do about that, unless they tear up the whole place and start over. So, let's just focus on the clean and organized inside off the station, which has a sort of funky set up, but it works for the purpose intended and you work what ya got, unless you wanna sink alot of money into starting over. Its a gas station, you get your gas, your soda, don't expect to use the restroom (no public restroom), and be on your way.

Emma Morgan: Tried to get gas at 6:10am today. The lights were on but when I went to the pump it said “pump stopped” when I walked to the door to get inside to get gas the door was locked and no one was to be seen….Do better.

Justin Mclean: Has card reader at register set up to reject cards so you are forced to use the atm so they can get you for a few there too, same card works great in the atm, at McDonald's, and the post office yet your machine rejects all three variations, small time scammer who owns a business. Very polite about it but who wouldn't be collecting an extra 2.50 on every sale. AVOID THE PLACE IF YOU CAN.

Philip R: A little tricky to access due to traffic if you're coming off of US-131 or westbound Plainfield. If I can make it across the traffic, the gas runs in my car just like I would expect. The overhead pump cover have several leaks in it so I wouldn't recommend this location during heavy rain. If you're leaving the station, easy access to eastbound Plainfield and both directions of US-131.

Taylor Chandler: Pulled in cause all of the lights were on. Started pumping my gas and before I could finish, the clerk turned of all the lights and then shut my pump off with the nozzle still in my car. Not sure, but seems like that isn't the best way to treat customers.
