On line ordering for plants with this fine company makes you feel like you matter with stellar customer service, beautiful plants packed perfectly with no damage. But this company has really knocked it out of the park as far as customer service, plant, quality and shipment and presentation.They are quick with responses, and my shipment literally got to my house 4 days after I placed the order! That exceeds my expectations! Also, the care that they took in packing up my plants for shipment was superb. Highly recommend. Plant selection is also really good too.

That being said going in there and having a younger girl roll her eyes at me several time because she didn't deem it necessary to wrap my plant to protect it from the cold, is completely unexceptable. Romence is where I get the most of my house plants, they have a fabulous selection, but the younger employees need to learn it's the customer that is needed to give them a job.

Chuck Davis: Ordered a plant, waited a week to find, only because I confronted them, that they didn't actually have the plant. So they kept the money, sent out a shipping notification, then proceeded to tell the truth. What an absolute waste of time. Not worth the price I would have paid anyway. Found a cheaper one elsewhere by someone reputable.
Charmin Riedesel: Ordered 5 grasses I couldn't find anywhere else in June and was told they'd ship August 15th. Haven't heard anything so I messaged them. They said unfortunately we won't get anymore of these but we'll issue a refund. Well id hope so! I've waited on these for 2 months and you didn't know there was an issue until I contacted you? Very disappointed. Definitely won't order again especially if its not in immediate stock for shipment

Went today and picked up perennials, annuals, and herbs! Good sale in June.

Staff was so helpful offering to push the cart for me and waited for me at my car so I could load my stroller, then the mums and pumpkins. They were also kind to my son even though he was using their broom and pushing it all about the greenhouse! (I was trying to grab it from him…) I appreciated their kindness today. Alex Deruiter: This is by far my favorite floral shop in town. They are so helpful and patient! From my experiences here, they take as much time as necessary to make sure you get what you need. The staff are so knowledgeable! I showed a picture of an arrangement of flowers to one of the employees, and she could name every single flower that was in the picture. This was particularly impressive, as I had absolutely no idea what I was looking for.If anyone is looking for guidance on quality/thoughtful gifts, I would absolutely recommend Ball Park Floral.

The cashier didn't want to give me a piece of tissue paper to put over the large hole in the ceramic pot that I bought. She told me I had to go buy one back by the house plants and she called someone to go back and help me. No one came. So I bought a plastic drainage pot and had to cut out the bottom of it to make that work. Then I asked her may I borrow your scissors for a second. And she said no she didn't want to ruin her scissors so she was going to look for the crappiest pair she could find. And she gave me a pair that barely even cut the flimsy plastic. Very rude not helpful at all! I am a florist and shop here often. But will not from this day forward

Flower land, there has to be a better way, who wants to buy plants that are all beaten up and tattered?I wanted to shop more, but was frustrated trying to make my way.

Tommy Hickey: What a great location! Not just a cannabis grow shop for sure. Hydro, soil, seeds, house plants, fungi, garden supply, you name it. I went in looking for mushroom growing supplies and ended up in a long conversation about the hobby with a few store reps. Each team member I spoke with was very knowledgeable and kind. I was informed about the opportunities for education here as well. Truly a great grow shop experience!

Kathleen is rude, inconsiderate and a general tool when it comes to customer service.Speaking to an operations manager named Megan was no help at all. There are so many wonderful floral shops in Grand Rapids that charge less and do a lot better work!! Please if you have an event coming up that's important to you, don't use Eastern Floral for ANYTHING!!!

Laird Kaplan: One of the most poorly run Wal-Mart stores I've ever seen. Shelves not stocked, floors filthy, one cashier to service at *least* 3 dozen customers.Use another Wal-Mart or just find a store that takes less time to check out than it does to drive there roundtrip and shop. Expect to wait 15 minutes, at minimum.
