Anthony Cancilla: This company is absolutely amazing! I ordered a Gps for my snowmobile. Something went wrong when I ordered the product and maps. The website somehow did not calculate and change me full price for the gps. They could have just cancelled the order but they instead sold it to me anyway for way less then. D3 reached out and told me about the website issue. After receiving the unit. A map for the Midwest snow SD card did not show up in the package. I emailed D3 and they told me they would send me a new one that same day! I feel bad they took a loss on this transaction overall. 10 stars if I could! He told me to come on in and he would replace it. We found out that there was a bad batch and unfortunately we got both of them. Thanks again Dan for making it right. Andrew Hayes: These guys have been great. I’ve had multiple tires mounted here and they always turn it around within a day or two. They really seem to know their stuff. Good place to shop quality used bikes and ATVs as well.

Ben Meikle: Great experience buying an older dirt bike from Tom. He told me everything about the bike he knew even a few things that might not "sell" it. I was coming from a distance, and he was heading my way one day so meeting me cut some time off my drive. We came together on a price, and he helped me load it. Steve Kersjes (HomegrowN): Took my quad here for service. Needed a drive belt, oil change, a new light switch, and some alignment work. Was told it would be done in 2 weeks unless they needed parts. They didn't need parts, it took 6 weeks to get it back, and the drive belt wasn't changed. I got 10 miles into the woods and blew the drive belt. After calling again to get the drive belt serviced, I was told they ordered a new belt and would get me in and out when it came in. That was over 5 weeks ago I haven't heard a thing. I watched videos on YouTube and did the service myself. Kyle is a good enough guy maybe they just need more techs.EDIT: BUMP

I asked for a detailed print out for a quote and I got a total price un detailed. Prices way to high anyway. Bought my sea doo outside the Grand Rapids area. Paid cash!Slim ball sales mentalityChange the atmosphere here! It’s not family friendly at all.

Mark Spoelhof: Brought my Triumph in for service. It sat for over a month with no communication from anyone as to status. It took me three days of calling for someone to even answer the phone to get an update. The parts they were “still waiting for” took two days to procure on my own. Everyone seems too overwhelmed to even care they weren’t delivering a modicum of customer service.
