Anthony Cancilla: This company is absolutely amazing! I ordered a Gps for my snowmobile. Something went wrong when I ordered the product and maps. The website somehow did not calculate and change me full price for the gps. They could have just cancelled the order but they instead sold it to me anyway for way less then. D3 reached out and told me about the website issue. After receiving the unit. A map for the Midwest snow SD card did not show up in the package. I emailed D3 and they told me they would send me a new one that same day! I feel bad they took a loss on this transaction overall. 10 stars if I could! Steve Kersjes (HomegrowN): Took my quad here for service. Needed a drive belt, oil change, a new light switch, and some alignment work. Was told it would be done in 2 weeks unless they needed parts. They didn't need parts, it took 6 weeks to get it back, and the drive belt wasn't changed. I got 10 miles into the woods and blew the drive belt. After calling again to get the drive belt serviced, I was told they ordered a new belt and would get me in and out when it came in. That was over 5 weeks ago I haven't heard a thing. I watched videos on YouTube and did the service myself. Kyle is a good enough guy maybe they just need more techs.EDIT: BUMP

Tom Tubergen: I recently had Spencer work on my snowblower - a big one that I'm not going to just pick up and put in the back of my vehicle. I asked him if he did pickup and delivery, and he didn't, but 'why don't you just borrow my trailer'? To make a long story short, Spencer did a great job, and my snowblower now runs great.I did want to point out that there's a really good reason nearly everyone gives Spencer 5 star reviews, in contrast to the other competitors. He's very friendly, he does good work, gets it done quickly and charges a fair price. Now go read the poor reviews of the other small engine repair shops in the area, and ask yourself, why...why would you go anywhere else than Kuperus. Yes, this is a legitimate unpaid review from a very happy customer.
