Rhiannon: The ONLY place I trust that will do the job correctly and not price gouge. Prices are fair and breakdown is explained on receipts so that you know the cost of the parts and the labor. I can call and ask about what it would ballpark cost to replace/fix something and I get straight answers from them vs the “we can’t tell you without seeing it” line that I’ve gotten from many other repair shops. I’ve had them service 3 of my vehicles and have saved more money with Autofixit than with anyone else. I believe it’s also a mother and son-owned company which makes me want to support them even more. I drive from hamilton to get my cars done and if I ever have a car break down, I’ll tow it all the way to Autofixit because I know I’m getting a fair price with good work done. Michaela Armstrong: Rodenhouse had previously repaired my vehicle after it was hit by a plow truck, and after a few months, the vehicle was shaking a lot and jumped when shifting gears. After some investigation, we noticed a motor mount was cracked. We brought it back to Rodenhouse to see what could be done, and they called our insurance on our behalf, despite the damaged piece not seeming to be part of the incident with the plow truck. Our insurance wouldn’t adjust the claim to include it, but Vaughn took care of it for us anyways and replaced a couple trim pieces that were broken. I am impressed with how quickly they were able to repair our vehicle and the kindness they extended by repairing it at no cost to us. Great service! Aaron Edward: The sign in the lobby says not to expect perfection. I wasn't expecting perfection and I'm pretty happy with what they showed me. Some slight discoloration on a previous rust spot and a bubble here and there - looks like some of the emblems were put back on while the paint was still wet (you can see some smudging). I would say that as long as you are clear on your desires they will work with you. Paul and his team were friendly and fast - gave my 2012 new life and a paint job you can't usually find without a newer car.

Mark Alexander: The owner is not a reasonable person at all the work they did on my 03 Durango is unacceptable who puts parts that doesn't fit on a vehicle without having permission from customer the truck was never taped off properly the door jams were unpainted the whole roof had never been clear coated at all parts were also taken off and not put back correctly still surface rust between bumper on both sides the driver side fender was so bad I couldn't get a both in to hold headlights this was a rush job just to get me out the way and to top this all off they had my truck for over a month this is definitely not a place you want to take a vehicle that you care about after I conforted the owner he denied everything and refused to correct this poor service issue far as I'm concerned maaco in GR is a fraud I never received any type of financial reimbursement their was no structural damage to the vehicle whatsoever it's more than obvious to see that the owner invested in a cheap aftermarket fender and pocketed the rest of my money and once I brought these issues to the owner's attention as I said before he snapped out on me and my girlfriend and told us to leave his store immediately

Went over the hard removal for the convertible and yet they forget to take it off to paint, had to go back a second time, glue a badge to the car that ripped paint off when they washed it. Mirror trims was ripped off the car, half of the viechel was sanded not to mention when brought to the so called managers attention he flipped out on me.Response to owner, NO ATTEMPT OR EFFORT WAS EVER MADE.Service:Painting

Steven Fenrich: I took a car in for a scheduled estimate last week and was greeted by a male introducing himself as the owner. He was rude, lacking in social skill, and was discourteous. There are dozens of body shops in the area and some are better than others, but if the personnel will not even try to adopt a customer friendly attitude - as though I were the purpose of has being there and not an interruption - I positively refuse to do business with such people.

I had just got line x installed a few weeks prior and now there's blue in it. They didn't reinstall my attena. They also had my truck for 12 business days when I was told it would take 7-10 business days. I would not recommend this place for rust repair.

This family business has been here the better part of four decades, located behind the New Beginnings so it can be a tiny bit hard to find. Garrett Collins: I took our SUV here to have it repaired. We picked it up in the evening when the light was low and they sprayed it off with a hose before bringing it around front. From what I could see in the low light it looked ok. Little did I know the next day in the sun light it was still very apparent the side had been hit and repaired, my wife even thought it was never fixed.The body line was not straight and the multiple dents in the door were only partially fixed and popped out in the sun big time. It should have had new skins put on or the doors replaced but im not the expert. The door jams were filthy and all the plastic inside the car on the passenger side of the vehicle was covered in smeared white stuff, guessing body filler and or wax that was slung everywhere. It was a mess. I would just warn that if you have work done, check it thoroughly before you sign and pull out of the parking lot. Communication with staff was sub par.Service:Body Trim

Jasmine Turner: Ian was very kind to me and ordered the part needed, an ambient temperature sensor. They ended up only needed 0.7 hours to work on my car instead of the hour I was quoted. They saw the wire going to my old ambient temperature sensor corroded and fixed that. They checked to see if the old temperature sensor would work then, but it didn’t so they put the new one in and now my car no longer says it’s -40 degrees outside and my AC blows cold so I don’t have to pass out while sitting in traffic and risk an accident! They saved lives. Thank you! I live close by and Ian dropped me off at home and picked me up when my vehicle was ready.
