Aaron Edward: The sign in the lobby says not to expect perfection. I wasn't expecting perfection and I'm pretty happy with what they showed me. Some slight discoloration on a previous rust spot and a bubble here and there - looks like some of the emblems were put back on while the paint was still wet (you can see some smudging). I would say that as long as you are clear on your desires they will work with you. Paul and his team were friendly and fast - gave my 2012 new life and a paint job you can't usually find without a newer car.

Mark Alexander: The owner is not a reasonable person at all the work they did on my 03 Durango is unacceptable who puts parts that doesn't fit on a vehicle without having permission from customer the truck was never taped off properly the door jams were unpainted the whole roof had never been clear coated at all parts were also taken off and not put back correctly still surface rust between bumper on both sides the driver side fender was so bad I couldn't get a both in to hold headlights this was a rush job just to get me out the way and to top this all off they had my truck for over a month this is definitely not a place you want to take a vehicle that you care about after I conforted the owner he denied everything and refused to correct this poor service issue far as I'm concerned maaco in GR is a fraud I never received any type of financial reimbursement their was no structural damage to the vehicle whatsoever it's more than obvious to see that the owner invested in a cheap aftermarket fender and pocketed the rest of my money and once I brought these issues to the owner's attention as I said before he snapped out on me and my girlfriend and told us to leave his store immediately

Anthony Neuman: I was very clear I wanted to dents take out bumper repaired and was told this was no problem. None of that was done. Went over the hard removal for the convertible and yet they forget to take it off to paint, had to go back a second time, glue a badge to the car that ripped paint off when they washed it. Mirror trims was ripped off the car, half of the viechel was sanded not to mention when brought to the so called managers attention he flipped out on me.Response to owner, NO ATTEMPT OR EFFORT WAS EVER MADE.Service:Painting

Steven Fenrich: I took a car in for a scheduled estimate last week and was greeted by a male introducing himself as the owner. He was rude, lacking in social skill, and was discourteous. There are dozens of body shops in the area and some are better than others, but if the personnel will not even try to adopt a customer friendly attitude - as though I were the purpose of has being there and not an interruption - I positively refuse to do business with such people.

Jeffery Felix: Got my rear archs fixed on my silverado. Had overspray onto the cab. ( which they fixed once I talked to them). They did not do a good job taping off the bed. I had just got line x installed a few weeks prior and now there's blue in it. They didn't reinstall my attena. They also had my truck for 12 business days when I was told it would take 7-10 business days. I would not recommend this place for rust repair.

No one uses there real name for reviews on the internet. I called for a quote and you obviously would not record that. Your snark borderline condisending responses has changed my mind about my review.

Both times I have used their services; the entire process from quote to fix was as painless as possible. The shop's recent work was completed well and faster than I expected service in our COVID-19 existence. Ed gave me good steering toward a specialized sanding disc to remove the finest scratches I put on a black TransAm. It saved repainting a hood.

Margy Mann: O'Neill's was a light in a stressful situation! I was in an accident and I hadn't needed any big work on my vehicle since I moved here so my insurance company recommended them. I will definitely go back should I need anything at all. They had such a quick turn around time and when I let them know I had an out of state trip to go on they tried their best to get it done in time for my trip! Because of this I think I called them about a million times. They were always so kind and patient with me. I also realized I had left some things I needed for work and they helped me get everything I needed from my car. I also had no idea that they could take my rental car so when I arrived to get my keys and explained I didn't have a ride from the rental car place back there they informed me they could take my keys and Hertz would come there! They saved me so much time, had such great service, both in efficiency and kindness!

4boymomjess GR: We had a bunch of small dings and scratches all over our 3 year old suburban as a result of a busy household and 3 boys that don’t stop. We also had a damaged bumper due to a trailering malfunction. Saved the work to get it done all at once & was quoted by both O’Neil’s & Koenes. After receiving an absolutely staggering quote from Koenes, I decided to keep looking for a better option. The quote was seriously astronomical! I read reviews from O’Neil’s and decided to give it a try. I’m so glad I did! O’Neil’s quote cam back as almost exactly HALF of what Koenes quoted. We went with O’Neil’s and they did an excellent job on our repairs & the owners/family are so nice! It was a treat speaking with such friendly people, as not everyone is like that. Sadly, I am actually headed BACK to O’Neil’s now for a quote on a huge scratch a neighbor kid accidentally imposed on the ‘burban not two weeks after we had it fully redone :(. Chris Rhein: Changed owners the day after we signed the contract to perform the repair. It's now Caliber. Way past the time we were told we would have the car. Still don't have the car. Asked about them providing a rental in return for missed car return dates and new owner refused. Called and they can't promise when we'll have the car. I have used Town and Country in the past and was happy with both quality and time of repair never going back and strongly urge others to look elsewhere.

They replaced my front bumper and matched the paint for a fraction of the cost of most other body shops I received quotes from. Excellent quality too!Their customer service was great too. When giving me the initial quote, they offered to cut off a piece that was dragging on the road from my bumper for free. They allowed me to drop my car off the day before my appointment. They were nice on the phone and communicated well but they didn’t fix the paint transition where the new rear bumper touches the back side panel. Large chips of paint missing from the accident and a horrible looking transition. This was all damaged when the car was rear ended but they said that because there was prior paint work done at some point in the vehicles life that they didn’t fix that. Nate Jennings: Town an Country took great care of my truck. From past body shop experiences my expectations were low for how the body work would turn out. I am an automotive technician. I see a lot of poor quality body work everyday come into my service bays. Town and Country’s attention to detail has exceeded my expectations greatly. The paint work I believe looks better than the factory painted parts. They adjust and aligned parts perfectly too. Even people I work with that knew I was having the work done. Made comments about how great my truck looked after the repairs were done. Town and County also stayed in contact with me over the course of the repairs via text or phone call. Town and County are truly professionals!

My husband and his family have been going to them for years and I had my first personal experience with them this week!They replaced and painted my bumper, fixed a couple of dents on my left rear quarter panel and, as a lovely surprise, vacuumed and cleaned the inside of my car!On top of all that, they were incredibly quick and professional, handled everything with ease and speed. The entire job was completed and the car ready for pickup the day after we dropped it off. Will be going back to get my husband’s hood repainted in the spring!

The first time we had a hit and run and had to put a claim against our insurance, they did great work and provided a rental for us to use. The second time a co worker hit my mini and the insurance was posted through hers, they provided a loaner and got the work done in less than 4 days. Very pleased with the work done to both minis!

Well worth my 31 mile drive to get here.They do excellent work, they blended the paint flawlessly on my 10 year old Rover. And the turnaround time more than acceptable. I was greeted professionally and courteously during my initial phone conversation. The estimate took less than 15 minutes. when I dropped off my vehicle, they had a rental car warmed up and ready for me and I was in and out of there in a short period of time. The work was completed to my satisfaction in two days and when I picked up my car it had been cleaned inside and out. I’ve had several cars in since then and Chris has always been great to work with and their repairs have always been trouble-free. Chris is always willing to go the extra mile and explain repair options, work with insurance, and ensure you’re back on the road safely ASAP. And when I say Chris goes the extra mile, he even drove my wallet out to me at the airport when I mistakenly left it in the car for a bumper repair. I’ve had them service 3 of my vehicles and have saved more money with Autofixit than with anyone else. I believe it’s also a mother and son-owned company which makes me want to support them even more. I drive from hamilton to get my cars done and if I ever have a car break down, I’ll tow it all the way to Autofixit because I know I’m getting a fair price with good work done.
