Told us to look at all the other bottles and it would be obvious that it was wrong.We told her never mind on the item since it was wrong price. As we were walking out she was bad mouthing us to the other employee. I told her she was very unprofessional for talking bad about us before we even left the store.

Cheryl Pulsipher: I walk into this store to buy one thing, the Vanilla Bean holiday lotion. Well that was the plan and that did not happen, everything smelled so good. The lotions, body sprays, hand sanitizers, candles, and more came home with me. There's so many fragrances it can be overwhelming but you can easily narrow it down if you don't like certain scents. The employees are very friendly and so helpful.

Emma Morgan: Just made a return from an online purchase. Instead of using my receipt online it was going to be as if I didn’t have a receipt at all (totally fine) I asked the manager at the front (super friendly) and she explained that the price points had to be an even exchange cool, I’m all for that. I picked out another soap and candle for an even exchange. The worker at the register was EXTREMELY demeaning and rude. The items I picked out were actually cheaper than the one I was exchanging it for but in the end it evened out. She brought her manager up after cutting me off from talking which I thought was unprofessional. The manager explained it to the worker and to myself very patiently and kind. After the manager left the worker said “that’s not right” but continued with the transaction anyways. I have loved this location for YEARS… I am not wanting to be right but I would just hope that next time that worker is mindful of her manners.

Nikki Skinner: I walked into the alpine location in Walker MI excited to ship the sales like any other customer. I walked in for the candle sale and had two candles that were listed on sale on the shelf in the store got to the checkout counter and they were ringing up at full price. I said to the sales rep that these candles are on sale, yet they still rang up full price. They advertise their semi annual sale as things being cheap when really they don't give you the sales price they say they are selling them for. I called customer service to tell them I hadn't received my candle I ordered with my other one when my package said everything was delivered and they credited my account after they said they shipped me another candle. I don't want my money back I want the candle they said they'd ship me. I am an unhappy customer and will not be spending anymore if my money there. Just because you refunded me my money for the candle doesn't mean it makes it right. The candle I was supposed to receive with my other candle was in stock when I ordered it. If it's not in stock then you should list not in stock. So instead of two candles I only received one and after talking with customer service I still have no received my candle like they said they shipped it out they refunded my money. I just want my candle. I do not recommend shopping here. They do not honor the sales they say things are for when they have them.
