Cassandra LaMacchia: Unfortunately, had a terrible customer experience here. I was approaching the door when I was told they needed to cancel my appointment (close enough that I could see who I was talking to through their window), and can either charge me or reschedule I was less than 60 seconds past their 5 minute policy, which at the time was noted as 15 minutes on their website. The expectation was that I should have known this, and was told “late is late”. With this being just my 3rd time having a professional waxing, I am not certain on the process, expectations. If so, I am fully accepting of taking accountability! The communication was accusatory, and often ended rather abruptly (called a few times in an effort to get a better understanding- very open to accepting if I had misread something or missed seeing the policy). After talking with HR they did decide not to charge the missed appointment fee of 50% which I appreciate. When expressing concerns on their customer service, my feedback felt certainly minimized. Overall, disappointing customer service today, but I will say that Lauren is fantastic. Had a great experience with her my first time there.
