Sara S.: Recently went here for the first time. They have a lot of craft stuff you can’t find at Joann’s or Michael’s, but the selection is limited & I believe some things are overpriced. But they do have some decent deals as well. Mostly a lot of scrapbook stuff. Was disappointed that I couldn’t use a gift certificate & debit card at the same time. My order was more than my gift certificate covered and they made me pay all of it on my debit card. I’ll probably come back just to use the certificate but I don’t think I’ll be coming back very often after that.
Julie Torrens: Best deals on art and crafting supplies. I recommend going often because the stock changes frequently. Check the web site for days and times open.

Marianna Love: The Craft Outlet had limited selection of stencils and other art supplies. I thought this place would be huge but it's not. There are more craft varieties available at hobby lobby. I love supporting local businesses, but even the vibe was off. I walked in and smiled, yet no one looked up to welcome me. I walked around for a while and still, no one offered any type of assistance. I was let down by my experience here at the Craft Outlet on Buchanan.

Marcus Dekker: If you wanna wander around for hours while all the employees are too busy to help you you should come here. Zoey was so very helpful to point to a section of 200 fabrics and say it's over there and not actually show us where the product we needed was. Very disappointed I'd rather go to fields fabric.
Elisa: First time in this location, TONS of fabrics and crafting papers and good signage throughout the store. Employees who were working through our the store were not very kind but the tall skinny brunette working the counter was very sweet. DO NOT use the bathrooms here!!!!! I could not believe how dirty the bathroom was! I can certainly understand being busy and short staffed but there was dark thick dust on the toilet seat covers container, the stall doors, dirt all over the floors and walls. I would have felt more comfortable in a gas station bathroom in all honesty! Besides that if you need fabric and no potty breaks this is your place!
Shari Gardner: JoAnn's has some of the greatest sale prices. I love to make things for people and surprise them out of the blue. I do not make much money and the sales make that possible. Thank you!
Samantha Hendrian: Love Joann's. But the last handful of time I've been to this particular location sale signage has been a mess. I frequently plan my purchases around what I can use coupons on, and it's frustrating to find an item that doesn't appear to be on sale only to get to the register to find out that it IS and I can't use the coupon on it.

Mo Fisher: I actually found fabric with scriptures/prayers on it. This will be the perfect gift for my MIL, who loves to quilt. I also found a decent selection of religious Mother's Day cards as well. The store was clean & well organized with a nice selection of craft items. They even had some Easter items for 90% off, can't beat that! Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

I walked past him 3 more times looking for the item. He didn't look at me or speak another word. I was unable to locate the item I came into the store for. In the check out, the girl asked me if I found everything ok... I told her no and what I was looking for. She ignored what I asked for. Asked if I had any coupons, email, etc. Then asked if I wanted my receipt with me or in the bag. I will definitely think twice before going back.
