He shows up early, is thorough, and patiently explains everything he’s seeing. When he encountered a serious problem with the first property, he offered to stop the inspection to save me the cost of the additional services (sewer scope) I’d requested. His inspection reports arrived the day of the respective inspections and were extremely detailed and easy to navigate and understand, with lots of photos. He has gone above and beyond to ensure that I have all information possible, including returning a second time at no additional cost (and with a hour’s notice!) when a second look at a sewer line was needed. As if the exceptional service wasn’t enough, booking an inspection was extremely fast and easy.
