Jessica: I had spectrum for internet and just switched. If I didn't get constant notifications of down internet, I may have stayed. They had a rep call me twice a day for several days. I finally answered and told them to remove me from their list and they hung up. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS! They can't just say ok have a nice day.
Emily Knoper: I have had to get two new routers in less than a year because their “router went bad” leaving me with no internet for long periods of time when I have online school.
Jennifer Simons: Poor customer service. Need to update website to say only certain stores accept returns and that you need a an appointment. Extremely disappointed.

Laurie Hedgecock: "Training" for employees here is a 12 week course. It DOES NOT have anything to do with the incoming calls from customers. Hold time to get to an actual person is at least 10-15 minutes, frequently longer. Management is derogatory to operators who cannot sign people up for mobile service. Turnover is about 85 percent gone in less then a year. Perpetual hiring is not doing anything to serve customers.
Jane Bowen: We moved from our home on September 26th so discontinued our service. Our bills were on auto pay and the service was from September 12th through October 11th. I contacted Spectrum Charter and was told that they do not give any money back for services even though we did not have the service from September 26th through October 11th. I would not recommend Spectrum Charter for any services. I am very disappointed in the company and will never use them again.
Mark Saltzman: This is not a spectrum store. It is only the call-center. You cannot drop off any equipment or get help with your mobile phones in this location. Store locations are in Greenville or Holland see the picture for addresses.
David Conner: Even though its the closest location to me (still 20 mins away) I drove there to exchange a cable modem. Got to the door only to find out they don't handle equipment returns. I'm forced to drive 40 mins additional one way to another location. Geesh.
Reese Watson: This place has slavedrivers as management and regularly takes away employees benefits, bonuses, employee giveaway drawings and commissions. They give shady reasons why they did it and give next to nothing in return for whatever commissions they took away. Let's also not forget that they forced employees to work in the office through the whole pandemic. Another fun thing they like to do is treat an employee as if they're going to be promoted to management or supervisor by giving them management responsibilities and then when it comes time to choose a person for the management position they hire someone from the outside so they don't have to give said employee a raise. Then there is the quota that MUST be met for saved customers or they are reprimanded. Stay clear of this company if you value your sanity and self respect.

Cody Langsford: Left me without internet for days due to their bad products. I work from home. Every call has a 15 minute wait time from when you call to when they get back to you. Charter is the worst. Get any other service.

Patrcia Clemons: Trying to call to setup new internet. Seriously it puts me on hold then the robot asks me all the same questions, and loops itself. Although, unlike other big internet providers in the area, this one did eventually get me to a real person who was helpful.
Joe Poirier: Moved from MI to FL in Dec. 2021. Got connected with Spectrum there with no issues. Moved back up to MI 5/18/2022 and ordered service. The order got put on hold, without notifying me, due to Spectrum CLAIMING I didn't return a wireless router back in 2017. I never had a wireless router from them. They have advised that I cannot get service with them until this is resolved. I offered to pay the bill just to get service, but was told the only way to get equipment if I did that was to go to a Spectrum location, which is 45 minutes away. Working form home requires an internet connection. I have been a customer of Charter/Spectrum for 20+ years. I will be looking for ANY other ISP solution to replace them with! Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Way to take care of your long time customers Spectrum!!!
Mary Ann Messersmith: Had my services disconnected on March 15, sent back equipment soon after and bill was paid in full. Here it is May and I get a bill. I'm told that because I disconnected service 12 days after the billing cycle started that I'm responsible for the whole month of service.. Like a lot of people I love paycheck to paycheck and can't afford to be paying for things I didn't even have access to. Charter needs to do better. If you don't have to use them, don't.

Jess: Went here to return old equipment, there was a line queue and I ended up talking to two representatives just to return equipment. The first rep was unhelpful and told me to go to a different rep. The second rep was disinterested, didn't pay attention to me at all and talked to her employee the whole time. The person who greeted me was the only nice one with good customer service skills.
Judy Hadsell: Waited 2hours to cancel my TV and return cable box. Was unlucky one employee called in. I couldn't be mad the two techs that were there. Worked super hard to get people help. Pleasant employees with smiles!!
Mark Pearson: Needed to drop off old set-top boxes. Thought it would be easier to go to the store than attaching a shipping label and dropping a box at a shipper. It wasn't.

John Evans: I have been struggling with their internet service for years. They replaced everything in my house and tried to blame my equipment. They finally discovered that they had a problem with their network. It worked fine for about 3 months and then was worse. Even the TV was freezing and pixelated. Then they significantly raised their rates. Going to ATT. Can't be worse.
Roger Zoppa: Asked for cable service but they said they have no plans to run cable on my street.

Dan H: The worst. Signed up for $25/month xFi complete, and then went on to charge me $58/month instead because I "didn't hook up the gateway". Nowhere in the sign-up process did it indicate that I'd be paying over DOUBLE what I agreed to if I didn't actually hook up their hardware (I tried it -- the ping times would spike into the 200-300ms range, likely because the XB7 uses the Intel Puma chipset, which is known for having this issue). On top of this, they shipped me an XB7 when I'd signed up for an XB8 (because I already know about the XB7's issues), failed to provide a return shipping label after promising one multiple times, and then shipped me a SECOND XB7 after promising me they'd get it right this time. smh. Can't wait for starlink or t-Mobile internet to go live in my area. This is the worst company that I have the displeasure to deal with in my day-to-day life.
Michael Welch: Comcast/xfinity is a greedy manipulative company, if there is ANY other means of getting internet or cable I suggest going the different route, recently moved into a house attempt to minimize bills, transfer service a charge, internet not working after transfer, send tech bam another $100 charge one in which I was unaware about, here the kicker schedule appoint by app. Yes you guessed it a charge, there is no benefit to being a loyal customer, starting out yes makes sense only paying 30$ after that, best to find another company. Tried to cancel service after learning all this guess what???????? ANOTHER CHARGE!. I was told my bill will be around 45$,,,,,bill comes $140.. Comcast is a scam go through a up and coming service provider I imagine they understand happy customers make for a long term business plan.
Alex A: The internet is typically good. However when you have an issue you get an automated service that is terrible. Then the automated service xfers you to a human that barely speaks English, they then ask a bunch of stupid questions that are irrelevant to your situation, and eventually tell you they need to schedule a tech. It is a time consuming and tedious process.
Jeremy Fisher: There is no way they deserve even 1 star. Utter trash in every way. Even when the service works it doesn't come close to advertised speeds. Service outages take forever to fix and communication is zero. It is virtually impossible to speak to a human being. I guess they figured they had the worst customer service in the country for the last 20 years so it couldn't be worse if they just stopped doing customer service entirely. They know that they don't have to compete with anyone so they don't give AF about their customers or keeping their network working. If you have any option do that not this. Trash.

Lynn Bolek: Do not use! We reached out to them 6 months in advance to have their service ran to a new building. We followed every required process provided by Comcast.I reached out to them in April to update them on construction letting them know the building shell was complete and ready for their services. They responded asking for our superintendents contact informtion. 6 weeks later, no word. I followed up again only to find out they will not meet our requested installation date of 6/15. How does a company do business without any follow through. If you can avoid using them for anything, I would highly recommend it. Disappointed and will not recommend to any of my clients in the future. They must get it together.

Joe Fegan: Their Customer Service is the worst. You need to call several times and have to try several things before they believe you that you need service. Each time you call you are on the phone over 1/2 hour. Then just before they are to confirm dispatch, you get disconnected and they never call you back. and you have to start all over again. they will not give you a call back number so you can call them back if you get disconnect. Just this moment, I got disconnected again. 3rd time this happened for the same issue in the same week.

Moriah Rood: My husband used their automatic payment system to pay our internet bill, and it double charged us. He immediately asked to speak to a representative, and they refused to cancel the transaction. Their system, their mistake, and their refusal to correct it. Also, horrible internet connection and service for the price. We pay extra for faster internet, and it still sucks, even with a top of the line router.
