Joseph Robinson: Would leave 0 or negative stars if I could. Jars customer service is an absolute joke. I left a review about how poorly I was treated close to a month ago. You sent a generic copy-and-paste apology and asked me to contact you directly. I have multiple times and still haven't heard back. I'll be warning people to stay away, as there are dozens of other dispensaries in the area who actually care about their customers.
Samantha Alexander: I just had the most amazing experience with bud tender Johnny Kush. He took the time to listen to my medical history, upcoming surgery, and personalized and explained what products would benefit me the most and was probably the most amazing customer service experience I’ve ever had. As someone who works in the service industry, I am astounded at his level of compassion, attentiveness, and a genuine willingness to help. I struggle with eye contact and social skills (AuHD as well) and he completely put me at ease and never made me feel awkward or like a burden. He also made sure I maximized the deals and rewards I had saved versus what’s going to cost the most which is rare at dispos in my experience. I would recommend 100%.

Now I can buy weed 10 times more potent at the corner store. I'm a veteran with chronic pain. Weed gets me thru the day with no need for opiates. And, of course, I love the high. I even get a senior and veteran's discount. No need to smoke much as the weed now is so much better. Easier on the lungs which is important. I highly recommend!

I'm not sure why high profile is selling them for $5. That's why I bought the ones I did, they were the price point of the Fluresh Bud.

Arrived this evening just after 5:00PM and got checked-in. The budtender was very friendly and helpful as I had some questions being an Ohio medical patient. Got to take advantage of a couple promos and am VERY HAPPY with my order. Would definitely recommend and will be back!--- ORIGINAL REVIEW ---Their website and online ordering process was relatively easy and I liked the digital payment option. Cannabis product prices are much better than back home (Ohio).This was my first visit and their sinage wasn't clear, so we joined their dualing drive-thru lines, but the staff WAS NOT keeping track of order of arrivals, etc. So that process took 10-15 minutes longer than it should have.Only in town for a couple weeks, but will likely go into their facility if I do another order to avoid the drive-thru line again.

To make matters even worse, the product was chock full of stem and straggly buds. Can’t so much as get them on the phone to explain. So very unsatisfied.

Go to look at packaging for a contact number and wouldn't you know there isn't one... I get it, its a $15 buy, but for that kind of service I'll go across the street. Kay 32: Great place, awesome prices, great delivery and curbside service! The only thing that I dont like is they have to round up to the nearest 5 dollars for credit card/Debt card payments.
Jc M: I used to have fun here and loved this place when it opened in 2019 , (I would talk with the sweetest employees when it opened ) ((there all gone now and replaced with the worst customer service and rudest cannabis club employees in America)) I hate coming here and the only reason i do, is because it's the cheapest, but also the best quality(to) price point for a ounce of cannabis in Grand Rapids Michigan . The new employees are rude trolls (who know nothing about THE PRODUCT THEY SELL )) ,... just know what you want coming here for and ignore the unqualified NASTY employees (WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER IN THIS THIS MARKET)) WHERE IS THE 2019 CUSTOMER SERVICE ??????????
Wes Julien: Wow, just, wow. This is by far the best dispensary I’ve shopped with, especially price-wise. While being on a budget, it’s been a huge help to have found a place with some lower prices, and it’s excellent quality products(flower, cartridges, etc) for the prices they have. And the staff, while having only dealt with them over the phone, seem very nice and helpful. :)ALSO, their online ordering site is set up so conveniently, they allow you to filter results with more than just the basic “sativa”, “indica”, “hybrid” options, but also include “indica hybrid” and “sativa hybrid”, and they are color/symbol coded which is helpful. As well as other helpful features. AND, NO MINIMUM PURCHASE requirement AND FREE DELIVERY ON EVERY ORDER!!Just amazing and such a huge help for those on a tight budgetShoutout to Cody and (I believe it was) Max for their recent help/great customer service, top notch workers!!!Im proud to say this company has a new regular customer. :)

When I asked if I was really kicked off, someone who's helped me numberous times responded, "I can neither confirm nor deny if you've had an account." Dizzo: I can't speak about the quality of their products as I never received mine. Put in an order at 1 pm for the 3-5 pm delivery time, which never showed. I didn't receive any notification about the order being canceled until 40 minutes after it said it would be here. Would've been great to get one sooner so I could've bought somewhere else. Would suck to be someone that truly needs it medically. But at least the prices are low, hence the 2nd star.

John VanDyke: Pharmhouse is one of the only locally owned dispos in the area and I’ve never had a bad experience here. Their prices are very reasonable and they have a great selection of products to choose from. If you order online and they dont have the product you ordered, they’ll call you within a few minutes of ordering with a suitable replacement. Fantastic service.Ordering online for pickup is super simple and is always ready within a few minutes. You don’t even need to have an order, you can order right in the parking lot and the staff will recommend some products for whatever you’re looking for. Much better experience than the other dispos around downtown.
