Marshall Shipaila: Just came in for the first time, been wanting too get an interior detail. Paid for the gold exterior and interior. I ended up with a good smelling car and that's about it 2 windows had streaks from their rags they didn't wipe my interior like I paid for. Definitely not going back I could paid autozone for 40$ worth of rags and cleaning supplies and done a better job. It was nice to see how much fun the workers were having slacking on my car tho. Definitely do not recommend.
Alexis Schipper: i just came through the car wash, and a dark haird girl and another man were the only 2 people ACTUALLY working. this places hires sloppy highschoolers who dont know what there doing. This car wash also clearly does not care about their employees because i came through here on a day i was called off due to weather, and your telling me a car wash is still open…? very rude to their employees and shows they do not care. also hire better people! nobody wants slow, sloppy workers!!

The only assistance I received was they didn’t know.Thankfully I went back today, just to ask if I could purchase a vacuuming option. So I waited a few thinking everyone is on break and no one came out to help - I just wanted to process my coupon and pay. Crickets…so I left and called there and no answer -in fact it just disconnected me. No way of leaving a message. I won’t be back for sure. Pretty expensive way to maintain a clean car with no service. Wowzers

Chelsea Lyerly: My car looks better today than it did when I got it 5 years ago. Zach was absolutely incredible. I came in with rail dust down the side of my WHITE Chrysler not knowing if it would all be removed. It was in the chrome, on the trunk, under the door handles. Literally EVERYWHERE dust can hide. I didn’t have another driver so I waited in their lobby and did some work thinking it would take a few hours. Less than 90 minutes later (after a chemical bath and clay bar treatment), Zach came and got me to check it out. I wish I had a better before picture, but I hope you all can see the difference. I know I can! I hadn’t cleaned my car in well over 6 months, I wasn’t expecting perfection for what I paid but they did a fabulous job, I was so impressed. The staff was incredibly friendly & made everything so easy, & it was obvious that they not only care about their jobs, but also enjoy what they do. Spencer Haven: Sent our car to be detailed. They did a fine job detailing the car, but when the car was returned, there was a 2 foot crack in the windshield that was not there before. The owner refused to take ownership, did not apologize, and was rude. I am honestly shocked that they believe it was not their fault since the windshield had no noticeable chips (which they agreed), and yet returned it to us with a major crack, which will cost us $265 to replace. BghrtN0seoul31: Decent wash.. but I still had places I had to clean myself. However, that's more of a reach issue than a them issue. You can stay for a good amount of time to vacuum and clean your car. I was the for 3 hours and was left to my lonesome. Only one thing was a bit of an issue, and that was that one of the vacuum heads was broken, but luckily we pushed it in and it worked.

After trying to get with them about a solution of fixing the issue and having them cover the damage, they basically told me that it's my fault, and they are not responsible for the damage.They told me case closed, we're not covering it, that's it. Do not go here if you want your car to keep all of its parts.

In the past week I have gone to the 28th st location and have had an amazing wash with no issues and great customer service. Today I decided to go to this location and my rear bumper was completely ripped off… I know for certain my bumper was fully intact because I inspect my vehicle almost daily. The manager was extremely rude and would not give video evidence probably because they know they’re liable! I will be coming after them for damages incurred, wether it is with my insurance company or without.(The photos are from after I pushed my bumper back on, but still scrapes and damages)

Jon Fortuna: 3/28/23 This Car wash tore off the trim on my truck and the store manager Easton Mayhew denied to help me with any part of the $400 bill to replace the trim.Told me they had pictures to “prove my trim was still intact,” pictures they sent me didn’t even show anything even close to where my trim was tore off by their car wash.Terrible car wash and even worse business practices. Go here if you want your car all scratched up. Terrible people to deal with. They aren’t even worth 1 star.

Scott Kenyon: Tommy's car wash does a poor job managing their car wash. They do not pay attention when customers load there vehicles which caused damage to my Vehicle. Easton the manager took picture said his staff should have been managing the loading of vehicles and would take care of the damage. He sent me to their preferred body shop when the bill came back offered to split the bill and was dishonest about his previous statements. After they damage your car do not trust them they will not keep their word. Avoid this place if you want to keep your vehicle in good condition.

Joseph Garbini: The $5 wash is the lowest in town for getting an underbelly wash. I didn't realize you have to be a Fox customer to use this facility... but I am and I love this place. No frills car wash, and the guy running the wash always goes the extra mile to get the windshields clean and the sides power washed.

Beverly Mapes: I go here because it is very low cost. It doesn't do a very good job on my Odyssey though. Both front and back have large areas that simply don't get clean. But for $1 if you buy your vehicle from Fox Honda, it's hard to ignore.

They told me this when I said hey the last few times I went through here the front and sides and back never got actually washed. And said they don't take requests. I guess I will have to be going somewhere else to get my car washed.

Even with 3 sets of blowers, I still had quite a bit of water across my entire car, especially the rear.I know that no wash will ever do the rear fully dry, but I should NOT have standing water spots on my hood or windshield.
Gramm Goyette: Paid for platinum level car wash ($20) and was left with dirt and grime on my truck. Luckily I did buy the membership ($10 more for unlimited washes this month) and was able to run the truck through the wash a few times which helped (still not perfect).

Alex Brenner: Great car wash and there are many locations in the Grand Rapids area. Certain locations have minor differences in regard to car wash assembly machinery such as one may have a dry spinning cloth at the end and one may not. They offer unlimited wash subscriptions and you can put multiple cars on one for a discounted rate.
Punkin Seedz: It must be a glitch in the system and it's HUGE and EMBARRASSING ... my March payment for the monthly car wash continues to show inactive in the system although my payment went through on the 1st of the month as it always does.. every time that I want to use the car wash I must log into my bank account and show the staff proof of my payment which troublesome, time consuming and again embarrassing. Please get ya system fixed

The only downside in my opinion is the clear coat to help water slide off my windshield. S M: I stopped by this location due to me being in the area. I often visit multiple Mister locations throughout the city & this Alpine location was given a 1 star, if I could have given a negative star, I definitely would have!!!!!Originally, I reached out on the Mister website regarding loud scrapping sounds I heard under my vehicle, when I exited the wash! The manager (Joshua) contacted me and we setup a time to meet so he could understand exactly what I was explaining. Joshua stood at the end of the wash exit right before I exited and heard what I was explaining. I rolled down the window and he explained that it was my mud flap that rubbed up against the end. I went on to explain, that I frequently visit other locations and this Alpine location is the only one where this happens at, so something has to be wrong with yours!!!!! Joshua went on to say “All our locations have & use the same set up, But I definitely see that it was your mud flap!”😑😐😒🙄 😶😳At that point, what more can you say?! I didn’t want to further go on by causing a scene or an argument, I said “Ok!” No Resolution!So hopefully, other customers do not purchase mud flaps to put on their expensive cars or beat up cars because MISTER CAR WASH showed, they do no give a flying F$&K about the time, money & effort it takes hard working customers to put expensive accessories on our vehicles!!!!!🤬Service:Vacuuming

Zachary Meston: I do think Mister is the best car wash chain in the GR area in terms of monthly pricing and locations. That said, I purchased a new truck in January 2023 and have only every washed it at the Plainfield and Fuller locations biweekly. I’ve noticed that these washes are particularly hard on the clear coat and my hunch is that there is so much dirt and debris picked up off other cars that it just drags it across your paint. Today I noticed a giant gash in a weird hood spot when I got home today. I truly believe this happened at the car wash because I only went to Meijer after and it is in such a weird spot that only could’ve happened at the car wash. Pretty disappointed even as someone who isn’t super freaked out by the fact that cars get beat up on the road. But judging how much this chain has left this new truck with scratches in just a few months, I’ll probably try another place.I did follow up via email like the comment said to below without any follow up.
