Dan DiCiuccio: I’ve been here about 10x now. First of all, the entry and exit is full of terrible pot holes. Not a nice way to approach or exit this place. The equipment is OK. Feels like it’s kept up enough to pass C grade (average). The thing I hate about this place though is the spot free wash leaves the worst water marks I’ve ever seen. I’m still glad there’s a place that I can wash my own car though.

Michael Stratton: Vacuums seem incredibly overpriced. For so many quarters required, it hardly gives you any time at all. Also there's no way to get the quarters back if you realize too late that you don't have enough to even start it up again. And if you try putting any other type of coin in, it literally SHOOTS it out another slot onto the ground instead of dropping it into a cubby like a normal machine. Lmao, it's literally designed to have attitude. There's free vacuums at that place near Patterson and 28th. Go there instead.

I don't get charged 10 when I pump gas if I pumped 5 and get the rest back 3 days later.It's also not clear how long you have to wash based on the intiial 10.00 hold.
None Sampson-Lyke: It's just a sad looking place if the owner would paint it and redo the surfacing of the drive which is really hard on your car and upgraded his machines he'd make so much more money.

This one is no different.I'm unimpressed with the fact that you get tokens instead of quarters out of the money changer. Now I'm stuck with one of of those stupid things and they have 2 of my dollars. I wouldn't care if I lived nearby, but I don't.

I guess when you set low expectations, you’re more likely to be pleased with an average outcome. Actually did this while I waited for a table at Westsider Cafe across the street. And that was my first visit there ever 😢 so then the owner tells me my account was only charged $3 instead of $10, when my fifth third account shows I have been deducted $10, then proceeds to tell me I don't know how to use it.. lol and I've used my card in plenty of washes before, as soon as I swipe my card and it was immediately deducted $10 it read on the screen please deposit $3 to start wash... He proceeds to tell me you swipe your card and start washing well it's pretty hard to do when it says deposit $3 and none of the buttons will let you start washing.. never going back

Amelia Adkins: This is definitely the one of the clearner do it yourself carwashes around grand rapids. I have tried about three of them and this is definitely my favorite. It doesn't smell like some of them I have been too and it's a nice area.
Kasey Jokinenn: Honestly, not a bad carwash. Facility is clean, nothing was "out of order"... Stopped here after driving from the Ann Arbor area and I had a bunch of bugs on my jeep from the ride. I did feel kind of deflated though, that the pressure of the "high pressure" wash wasn't quite strong enough to blast bugs off of my windshield. And it seemed like there was very little (if any) soap with the high pressure wash...It's an easy enough location for me and I don't need any free washes to give this place another shot, but I'd love to see some more soap and some more power behind the wash....
Kena Troupe: The owner of the car wash showed up because he checked his cameras and said we were there for too long. I didn’t know there was a time limit on washing your car. Keep in mind there was NO ONE there so it’s not like we were holding up traffic. Just crazy that after giving you business you try to kick us out. Your attitude was super rude but then you tried to play it off by asking us questions about our cars and then telling us some of our modifications were illegal. We will not be coming back here, great way to lose customers.

Dan Oomkes: Very poor car wash. I think that half of the sprayers and mechanisms were not working. I thought it might damage my van. I didn't see damage but there was soap running down the side like it never really rinsed well. The place looks more and more dumpy all the time. I think that is my last trip to this car wash.

Kemal Dunuroglu: Price was low but lower half of my vehicle was still somewhat dirty after the wash. Might be the salt and grimes from winter weather. Still probably will not go back on a regular basis.
Gregory Gagnon: The Manager looked at my car from 10 feet away and told me it looked clean to him. After the soap didn't work, one side of dryers didn't turn on, the underbody flush didn't turn on, and the frozen brushes had banged against my car like hammers. He refused to give me his name and said I could not talk to the Owner if I had concerns with how he handled the situation. I will make an effort to reach out to the owner, but my guess is they don't want to hear about it either, if they employ somebody that it that terrible at running a car wash. Go somewhere else.

I ended up with a good smelling car and that's about it 2 windows had streaks from their rags they didn't wipe my interior like I paid for. Definitely not going back I could paid autozone for 40$ worth of rags and cleaning supplies and done a better job. It was nice to see how much fun the workers were having slacking on my car tho. Definitely do not recommend.

This car wash also clearly does not care about their employees because i came through here on a day i was called off due to weather, and your telling me a car wash is still open…? very rude to their employees and shows they do not care. also hire better people! nobody wants slow, sloppy workers!!

Zachary Meston: I do think Mister is the best car wash chain in the GR area in terms of monthly pricing and locations. That said, I purchased a new truck in January 2023 and have only every washed it at the Plainfield and Fuller locations biweekly. I’ve noticed that these washes are particularly hard on the clear coat and my hunch is that there is so much dirt and debris picked up off other cars that it just drags it across your paint. Today I noticed a giant gash in a weird hood spot when I got home today. I truly believe this happened at the car wash because I only went to Meijer after and it is in such a weird spot that only could’ve happened at the car wash. Pretty disappointed even as someone who isn’t super freaked out by the fact that cars get beat up on the road. But judging how much this chain has left this new truck with scratches in just a few months, I’ll probably try another place.I did follow up via email like the comment said to below without any follow up.

They still have attendants at the kiosk, but I'm glad because at my last visit, the system froze up and he had to run my card through his tablet. Very friendly, a nice wash, and you get through pretty quick as long as the line isn't crazy long.

B W: This is a clean and well maintained car wash. On my recent visit the opener happened to be there and gave me some helpful assistance. I then later phoned him with a question and he was very responsive and again helpful. The wash does a very good job and is economical compared to how much car wash prices have increased.Highly recommend.
