The light tan carpet in my living room hadn’t been cleaned for at least 2 or 3 years...maybe longer. Very, very dirty, almost looked black. They came in and made it look new again. Kitchen carpet had never been cleaned for the 20+ years we lived here and again it looks new. Wish I would have taken before and after pics but was too embarrassed to show people my carpet before they were cleaned. I will definitely hire this company again. Traci Peterson: Had the best experience with O.G. We moved most of the furniture out so he didn't have to clean around much. There were a few problem spots that ended up almost 100% gone!!! He gave me some solid pointers on what to do and NOT do when cleaning stains... To include NOT using Resolve carpet cleaner. When he was done, he left some "fancy" (just kidding) shoe covers. If you're anything like us, we sometimes have to walk through carpeted areas to get something we forgot before we leave but don't want to take our shoes back off. These shoe covers are PERFECT for that. He also left a couple 10% off cards for next time. Needless to say, we highly recommend O.G. as one of the best professional carpet cleaning services in the area.

I tried a home carpet cleaning machine and various solutions. None of them worked and actually made it worse. After a couple of days, the smell was so bad my son couldn’t even sleep in his bedroom. I called Jared on Friday and he came out on the the next day, on a Saturday to help! He was right on time and super informative regarding what to expect and what he planned to do to clean it. He was there for about half an hour, and when he was done, it was like my carpet was brand new! I couldn’t tell anything had happened at all, and a week later, it’s still pristine! He even messaged me days later, to double check, that the smell hadn’t resurfaced. He’s extremely thorough and very passionate about helping others!
