Wayne Witzel: Sat 16 hours at receiver,CH paid a whole 25 dollars detention,that was in Jacksonville FL,another time in OK city they said I was late because I didn't deliver mich time zone,AWG said I was actually 30 minutes early,bunch of bozos in my opinion.
Leon White: Jeanne Lawson , the best broker to work with , she is kind and polite, but what's most important , so professional.People like her make the company look good , and respectful, its a pleasure doing business with her .
linda johnson: The worse company to keep appointments. They don't call if they aren't coming. You can't get a hold of anyone in customer service. Local or anywhere.

Luke Linnell: I would give zero stars if I could. Every time they give me the wrong PU numbers and then act like it’s my fault. You call during the week to get your load info and no one answers. They don’t have a after hours dispatch to get a hold of anyone on a weekend. Place is a joke. Even the shippers complain about them.

Leah Hoogeveen: My company ships hundreds of shipments a year from Mexico to Europe and CH Robinson is by far the worst 3PL we've used. They've lost multiple shipments and those that are delivered often take 30+ days to deliver even though they are expedited air freight shipments (should be fewer than 10 days).
Al Brannick: They suck. Always an excuse half hour waiting to get wrong pickup number then they want you to rush to get it delivered of course it's your fault they can't read.

Ryan Rademacher: As an addition to this last post from 2 weeks ago you will notice a proactive effort to get positive reviews and offset reality. Offering both employees and carriers-customers $ to obtain - submit positive reviews.The poor reviews about me are some accurate. Most were a result of frustration created by the lack of support by the company, that added stress and doing others jobs constantly came out poorly sometimes.Just correcting review balance I was wrong about this company before. Watch your back!

Saam Cool: The worst broker to work with specially Ryan Rademacher, he will give you a load with fake appointments and won’t answer your call. I wish I could have read the reviews before I book a load with him. 8 out of the 3 five star reviews he has on here two of them came from him. Please avoid them.

And of course when you call them on it, they have to speak with sales reps and all that bs. You see the review above me is the same guy they came to work with. Michael Brennan: One of the worst companies I have ever worked for. Equipment was in disrepair, Serbian owners didn't care about the drivers (except for the fact that they made them money), the terminal was an old building falling apart and, last but not least, Mike (dispatch) had the biggest God complex I think I've ever seen.

daniel baker: truck #56 trl#611 the driver is a complete joke came in to a Love’s didn’t fuel and started a fight with another driver cus he came in for a receipt and drink and was on his way out said every cuss word there is other driver was like late 70s very rude to employees not a good look for the company… I called and spoke to Nate did not take me seriously played it off and said driver was late for a load trying to justify what the driver did. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Ran too hard, cheated out of $, no 34 reset, told drive in violoation. Learned co is embezzling $ from corporations and drivers via tolls, not to mention the dummy company that helps them trespass onto co property where they are banned. Look elsewhere for work, they are horrible & criminal!! Their equipment is junk, they are not accomodating, not family orientated at all, they don't treat anyone with respect, the good reviews posted are by the dirty birds that mistreat, cheat and use the drivers!
Nathaniel Rutterford: Not your everyday trucking company!!! they handle drivers and issues much differently than what you're expected to...dispatch and owners are sympathetic and will help a driver out with all of my specific needs and requests ...they made me feel valued and appreciated not just another body in one of their trucks.
