Fred Farmer IV: Just a couple weeks from my one year and about 120thousand miles in my kenworth that I’ve been driving for sweet express I figured it was time for my review. As a curly headed Carolina boy from the south and a draw yall know we call it how it is and it really is smooth sailing here at sweet (Just do your job). Was OTR with James Whitcomb as my DM and that guy jumped through hoops to get me home to my family when I wanted and what you would call “Miles” I call it food on the table, the lights on, and cash in my pocket. Not a thing in this world I wouldn’t do for that guy if he called. Just switched to regional with Belmin he’s that dude too super chill and easy going. Jeanine and tad in safety always working double time for me to get me hours back cause I run 70 out in 5 days lol, So huge thanks to them as well. I still owe Jeanine like 100 snicker bars by the way. As just a normal guy I’ve ran through jobs throughout the years and seen and done a lot been around the block and circled twice for good measure believe me when I say RESPECT THESE PEOPLE cause it’s not everyday where you get a career with people who do care for you and take care of you and listen and help you make money when they see you want it! Tom Steketee: I have been with Sweet express for a little over a year. In that year I was honestly a little worried because of previous experiences at other companies. I have found a very comfortable family environment at the office, everyone is so nice!the trucks here are well maintained. If i need anything on my truck I call my DM and they will make sure my truck is taken care of asap.Safety is important to this company. They never ask you to drive over your hours, and plan loads very well with the time you have available on your clock. If you want to drive they will keep you going! I average 3000 miles per week, some weeks are less some are more depending on hours, or things like maintenence, or repairs but they pay for breakdown and layovers so it doesnt doesn't hurt too much in the paycheck.If I ask for hometime the answer is always "no problem, when do you want to go home" just have to be reasonable... They'll work with you in an emergency.I can talk all day about the good things Ive experienced here, I dont have any negative things to say. Im sure other people have other experiences here but this has been my experience so far. I plan on retiring here and maybe staying after retiring if theyll let me lolOverall Im very happy to work for Sweet Express

My only complaint is that they give us a real driver lounge that we can use at all times. It will be very handy for us drivers at nights and on weekends. Benjamin Grulke: I work here so I speak from experience. Fantastic place to work as far as trucking goes. What I mean by that is there will always be good days, and there WILL be bad days, but you could not experience them in a better work environment. A Christian group of men and women who will treat you like your family. Great up keep on road equipment by in house mechanic$. Payroll has never missed a pay check each week. Dispatch will treat you with respect, and that makes doing the occasional broker load, or short run tolerable. I'll close with saying, whatever your reason for reading this review, you will benefit by using them to haul your freight, working for them in whatever capacity...you won't regret your decision. NOT ONLY but when we tried to change lanes and realized it was not a smart choice you thought that was funny and decided to brake check us with no one infront of you and no regards as to who was in the vehicle with me. you're a miserable person with no respect to your company and no respect to the drivers around you. disgusting and what a shame to the company for hiring truck drivers with i tense road rage for absolutely no reason. TRAIN YOUR DRIVERS OR GET THEM OFF THE ROADS

As for whom ever you are SG, you stated you have only been driving otr for 3 months or driving for 3 months. Are you a super trucker that knows everything? I still have a lot to learn about driving and so do you. They do not just put you in a truck and send you on your merry way. There is additional training. They are a good company to learn from and work for.

Their truck was returned to the yard and I took the keys inside. They have a dispatcher that works for the other trucking company that continually asked for favors. When I refused to do any more favors she started lying. When I took this to the owner and safety her word was held as "gospel". I ran hard for this company because the pay was great and my logs prove it. I still think it's a good company despite the lies.

Brittany Hardy: A driver on I-24 Eastbound in Jasper, Tennessee on 5/29/21 at 10:55am Eastern nearly ran me and several other vehicles off the road. I have multiple photos and videos to prove this. He was weaving in and out of traffic and following cars so closely in the left-hand lane as he tried to force people into the right lane out of his way. Kristin Burton: I loved working at SameDay Delivery. The owners, the management team, the office staff, and drivers. The owners are first class when it comes to making sure the work environment is top notch. Best vehicles, pleasant bright, comfortable work spaces, and provide SameDay Swag at no cost to the drivers. Management works hard to make sure people are respected They demand their people to show respect to one another, whether it is the way people talk and address each other, clicks, gossip, racial, gender etc, all people are to be respected, and anything less will not be tolerated. But they also give a lot of second chances "when it comes to other things", and sometimes they get burned, but other times it turns out for the good, but they don't harden their hearts to the next person. SameDay has a wonderful team attitude, and the management and owners do a lot of incentive, and employee encouragement and appreciation things throughout the year. Every work place has it's challenges, you will never make everyone happy, and you can never satisfy everyone's ideal of what appreciation or fairness looks like, but I know that Sameday is intentional about sending those messages to their people. I worked in the HR department, and so I was close to it all, and know the conversations that management has not only about business, profit, accidents, hiring and bottlenecks, but also about how they can love their employees better, and that is the language they use believe it or not. I'd go back.

They have any amount of miles you could possibly want , great pay scale and achievable bonuses , mostly drop and hook loads and always plenty of time to run the load on time.. Coltin Hurley: Unaware and Ignorant drivers, when merging from the 101 from the 17 In PHX Arizona. The driver of 1412 was in the wrong lane and proceeds to merge into us while passing threw the gore zone, causing us to slam our breaks to avoid being slammed or pushed off the highway. When catching up to the trucker, he begins to laugh and flip us off with(3 kids in the car). We then begun to take pictures of the car and license plate to report it. As we call the company, they say they cant do anything to help the situation. As reviewing the reviews, most were about there terrible drivers or reviews from the people who work there.

Jeremy Blake: Equity is a company that is built on a culture of family. I have never worked for a company that puts drivers #1 as much as Equity. They understand more than anyone that we are all here because of the drivers, without the drivers none of this happens. Office atmosphere is fun, fast paced, team/family oriented. Equipment is turning over with new trucks/trailers all the time. I would recommend working at Equity to any and all seeking to take yourself to the next level! Plenty of opportunity at Equity!!

Jacob Miller: Been here going on 7 years and they've done nothing but improve. Better equipment, better atmosphere, and better attitude. Its a place where drivers come first and are setup for success. Its family owned and the owners have no problem getting involved which adds a nice touch to know no problem is unimportant.
