Amber Brace: I cannot recommend PCS enough. Two days before my sister's wedding, our catering delivery fell through. The timing to have someone go pick it up meant someone in the family would have had to miss the wedding. Of course everyone was panicked but I found Professional Courier Services through Google and called. They we're super friendly, helpful, and process. They we're quick to respond, made it seem like it was no big deal and even managed to organize everything even though we had to piece together some information. They handled it easily, showed up and were professional and helpful, and even helped unload the food. Landon Marek (Call_The_Banners): Odd location, but exceptionally nice folks.
James Fox Podcast: Had to drive from defiance Ohio here to pick up a piece of Ikea furniture. The person who helped me was very pleasant and the transaction is very smooth. The only issue I had was they didn't check off that I had picked up my delivery the day of and so I thought I'd left something because I got a notification the next day.
Janice: TO be fair - Reliable was contracted by AG Systems for the last leg of delivery. I am not sure sure is most at fault. After 3 weeks of surety and phone calls and emails (day after day) with AG Systems I finally got my product today. I truly think the business model is to take care of the squeaky wheels. They are so far behind and schedule appointments, just to appease people, then prioritize delivery to those that keep "bothering them".
Chris LaBelle: I placed an order with Costco and they contracted with Reliable Delivery to complete the delivery to my residence. My experience with the workers of Reliable Delivery was that they were rude, unprofessional and lacked the proper equipment to complete my delivery. Upon notifying one of the workers that the delivery was advertised to be delivered to a room of my choice on the ground floor the worker proceeded to refuse to adhere to this parameter and then carelessly unloaded my order from the truck with his co-worker in cringe worthy fashion, threw it in my garage and drove off, but not without openly scoffing at me for my request that the item be delivered as it was described in the advertisement from which I purchased it and in the manner in which they were contracted to deliver it. In terms of service I would give this company a negative ten.
Terri Hodgson: Still waiting since 9:00 am for a delivery that was suppose to be delivered between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm. It is currently 1:00 pm with no 1/2 hour pre call or a courtesy call that the driver is running late. I had to call several times to even get a response. Now Reliable Delivery ( not very RELIABLE) tells me it will be another COUPLE HOURS before delivery. Do these people think we have nothing else to do in life then wait for them? I recieved notification last Friday that this delivery would be Monday. It is now Wednesday.

Heather Ellsworth: Should be called Avoidable Delivery. I fought with this company for a week to get my 3 items delivered and I only live 15min away. I was told by three different people that my delivery was in route and would be delivered within the 4 hour time frame. Four and a half hours later and no items. Called the company only for them to tell me they never received my shipment so how can they deliver something they don't have. Once they received my items we scheduled another 4 hour time slot. I called and confirmed and was told the delivery driver was stuck in the snow and they were working on getting a back up driver to finish the deliveries. I asked them to double check in their wearhouse to see if my order was truly on that truck or if it was in the wearhouse and sure enough it was in the wearhouse and not on the truck. So once again no delivery would have been made. I went and picked up the items myself. I refuse to do business with this company again.
Cindy B: Very frustrated with this delivery service. They were suppose to give 1 week notice about delivery. Got less that 24 hour notice that a delivery requiring a signature was coming. Spoke with a dispatcher who arranged delivery for the following day from 12-4, got a call the next day that the delivery was coming between 9-1. Was suppose to receive a call 1 hour prior to delivery (gave them a specific number to call), never received it !!! They called when they were sitting in my driveway.
Brad: I feel bad leaving a review this low, and the only reason I gave them anything above a 1 star is because the dispatchers at the office are phenomenal. They were very professional, and more helpful than they had any right to be. The actual "delivery" of my items is an insult to the name of the company. I had 3 small skids to have a same day delivery from one of my company's customers in Grand Rapids to my location in Wixom. Apparently a truck broke down that Friday so the delivery was pushed to Monday, and I was guaranteed a delivery on Monday by 2 P.M. Monday came, and the driver didn't show up until 7:30 P.M. My shop closes at 5. I was told at 3 P.M. the driver was "just past Lansing." Then I called again at 4:30, and the driver was apparently still an hour away. He then called my personal cell to ask if he could leave these items that cost over $15,000 outside overnight so he didn't have to drive to Taylor and drop the skids off there for them to deliver the next morning. I don't write reviews often, only 1 before actually, but this situation is completely ridiculous. I would NOT recommend the Grand Rapids branch at all.

Dan Phan: They scheduled delivery yesterday, I had seen them driving around the corner but they did not drop off my shipments, but instead sending message to ask me to authorize them delivery without my signature. Today I still haven’t received my shipments, and my supplier texted me telling to call this DHL because they couldn’t contact me. This is just lying like that, really a cheap lie. DHL is an international logistics, dont act like this!

NOT ONLY but when we tried to change lanes and realized it was not a smart choice you thought that was funny and decided to brake check us with no one infront of you and no regards as to who was in the vehicle with me. you're a miserable person with no respect to your company and no respect to the drivers around you. disgusting and what a shame to the company for hiring truck drivers with i tense road rage for absolutely no reason. TRAIN YOUR DRIVERS OR GET THEM OFF THE ROADS

As for whom ever you are SG, you stated you have only been driving otr for 3 months or driving for 3 months. Are you a super trucker that knows everything? I still have a lot to learn about driving and so do you. They do not just put you in a truck and send you on your merry way. There is additional training. They are a good company to learn from and work for.
