They are not responsive to customer needs.Premium pricing for less than acceptable service; they're more worried about their overhead than satisfying their customers. Even after you sign an agreement and become a member, you're charged excessive pricing for what most companies deem standard services. Be advised, once you sign a contract and become a valued 'member' if you want out of the agreement for any reason, even if it's for poor customer service or services not rendered, you're out your money. No refunds; no apologies. Nickle-n-diming customers,Poor customer service, Excessively high prices.... I'm out. There are better, more affordable options for lake front property.

Had issues with our bank and Joel along with the rest of the staff were very helpful throughout the whole experience. Joel insisted on a water test to show me all the features and make sure I was comfortable with everything. May I add, during a cold front with sleet while out there! Got a couple things for the family at the pro shop and was helped by Matt and Stacey. Overall great expertise/experience! I would highly recommend checking Timmy's out, ask for Joel!

You can buy a boat anywhere but service is a thing in todays world that has been lacking with many dealers across the board- whether you’re buying a vehicle, a boat, etc. I will never buy a boat any where else.. the people at Tommy’s go above and beyond long after the initial purchase. Buying a used boat can be frustrating at times with getting some issues worked out, but I have to say that the staff at Tommy's was very genuine when it came to their willingness to help as fast as they could and get us back out on the water. In my world, communication is key. Tommy's staff seems to do this well. I would give credit to the whole staff, from management, to sales, the pro shop, and of course service. Very easy to work with and they don't treat you like you are just one of many customers. They treat you with care.

Erica J: I would give zero stars if I could, especially after reading the reviews.I received notification that my package was delivered at 9:49 pm. It was actually never delivered. I submitted an email inquiry to check on my package and have received zero response from customer service, but I did receive an auto response from customer service, after I submitted my inquiry. It contained a link to OnTrac, a different package tracking site. The OnTrac site lists my package status as "undeliverable", even though LaserShip's site sill lists my package as delivered. There was no notification to the company that I ordered from that my package was "undeliverable", I had to figure all of this out and notify them myself.After reading all of the other reviews with similar issues; it makes me wonder where all of these packages go, how the company is still in business, and why stores trust this company for shipping their products? Unbelievable!

Check the cameras no package delivered, reached out to the customer service department and they informed me that they were going to reach out to the seller and take care of it waiting to see if this actually happens, but judging by the reviews, I highly doubt I’ll get my money back.

Originally, having never heard of them, I checked out the reviews and was worried....but there was no need, both packages were delivered very timely and in a professional way. In fact, I had other packages coming from closer facilities that were sent using more familiar shippers and LaserShip got theirs here two days earlier.

And after seeing so many negative reviews. I definitely wouldn't recommend using them at all.

Elaine Troehler: Nothing to do with shipping itself, but I did not appreciate the tailgating as I was driving to work. Driving in Holland, MI around 9:30 am on 1/11/2023, in the downtown area, going the speed limit of 30mph, the driver continued to tailgate me for 4 blocks. I finally put on my brakes, hoping he would get the message, which he didn't. He finally veered off in another direction. Trying to call the company is a joke, as I got someone in Asia who definitely does not understand the term "tailgating."

Jessica Harper: Can’t go lower than 1 or I would. They straight up steal packages and then tell you to contact the seller and deal with them. No phone number to call and customer service just sends an automated message saying they cannot do anything. Package will sit in a “delivery center” for days and the appears as delivered but never arrives. Don’t you all realize people have cameras? Police report filed due to high dollar amount of items and reputation of this company. Don’t use them!

Send a text message and a link to a generic landing page with detail of what they need...strange that Amazon, UPS, FedEx and good ole usps can deliver but LS fails over and over again.
