Ali McPherson: We had Martha's for our dinner service for our wedding and they were wonderful! From the booking process all the way to the day of, O'Malley was there and made the process so easy! She was just an email away and made sure the dinner service ran smoothly the day of! I would recommend them to anyone!
Erica Jansen: You will not be disappointed if you choose Martha's to cater your event! My husband and I booked them for our wedding and we could not have asked for a better caterer. They were one of the few places on the list of required vendors from our venue that responded in a timely manner and also provided excellent service. O'Malley was patient and kind through the whole process. We even made a last minute decision to add dessert to our contract two weeks before the wedding and she handled it with great care and was able to accommodate us. The food tasted even better than the tasting and we had multiple guests tell us it was the best food they ever had at a wedding. If you are seeking a stress-free event and wanting to communicate with people who care about making your event special, look no further!
Lukas Schroeder: Great food and service at our wedding, however they were incredibly difficult to get ahold of beforehand and when desserts we specifically requested were not delivered, they dismissed our concerns.
Meghan Herrington: Highly recommend working with Martha's Catering for bartending services! We were blown away by the service provided, and costing options. When it came to food, we were a bit disappointed that what we were given on our wedding day for our chicken dish was quite a bit different than what we tried and chose during our tasting. The stationary cocktail hour bites were AMAZING though, and more beautifully served that I thought they would be.Overall, communication was a very large struggle with Martha's. Getting answers to questions and providing final guest counts, etc. was more stressful than it should've been as it we got closer to the wedding. I'd like to think it isn't a larger company problem, and perhaps who we were in touch with in particular or maybe just the busy year 2022 was. Regardless, we're still happy we went with Martha's.
Matt Barrons: We hired Martha's to cater our weddings Bar and Food. Both were exceptional and met our every expectation. Their catering staff was very professional and bartenders were quick to serve. Martha's is highly recommended!

So many guests made a point to let me know how outstanding the food was, some even said it was the best beef tenderloin they ever had. Some bullet points:- Communication was prompt, thorough, professional, and kind from the very beginning.- The team is knowledgeable and quick to share what they know without stepping on your toes.- The team got immediately to work a few hours before the event started without so much as asking a single question. They already knew what needed to get done and did it quickly with smiles on their faces. They went out of their way to help with things that weren't even their tasks and paid attention to every tiny detail along the way.- And not to be forgotten...the food is INCREDIBLE. Still the best mashed potatoes I've ever had!I will definitely be using Kangaroo Kitchen in the future :)

Sarah Ray: We used Kangaroo Kitchen for my daughter's wedding and heard over and over from guests that it was the best wedding food they'd ever had. The staff was wonderful to work with, thinking through all the details (including accommodating our special request for plant based options), they worked closely with our venue (New Vintage Place) and the serving staff was great! We had a little glitch at the end of the evening, where the staff didn't leave us the leftover food off the buffet table, and Chef Roman graciously made good on that by offering a partial refund or providing a meal for our family which we loved! We highly recommend Kangaroo Kitchen!

They were kind, communicative, and supportive throughout the whole process. Chef Roman made the tasting process so fun and special, and they have so much experience that they helped with much of the planning and logistics. All of their food was so interesting, exciting, beautiful, and delicious! So many little touches too, like packing up some food at the end of the night to making sure the bride and groom had a plate of appetizers when we sat down for our meal. Grace Simpson: From our initial tasting to the wedding day Gilmore has been great to work with. Angela and Lori are super responsive and made helpful suggestions to our menu. We received so many compliments from guests on how delicious all the food was, especially the beef short ribs! Dinner was served quickly and all the food was hot. I would definitely recommend Gilmore!

My bride and I were taken care of perfectly - they waited and served us when we had a moment to sit down between greeting guests, so we actually got to eat at our wedding and the food was delicious. The planning process leading up to our wedding was great as well. They has a private tasting for us and our parents, which many other caterers would not offer. Highest recommendation for Gilmore Catering!
Dawn Zwiers: So Rude! My son and his fiancé' had an appointment to taste food from Gilmore for their upcoming wedding. We arrived at our scheduled time (per the email she received) and were instantly treated like something was off. We were then informed that they had us scheduled for an hour earlier and all our food we were supposed to taste was gone, because "how could they possibly keep it warm for an hour?" When we attempted to show them our email, we were quickly dismissed. No apology, no nothing. They finally offered to re-schedule, but, my son had flown into town for this appointment so that wasn't possible. We were left with a very bad impression of Gilmore and wouldn't suggest anyone contact them. Apparently they're doing fine without catering 120 people weddings.
Richwood Industries: We have worked with GIlmore catering to throw our yearly company party for a number of years, and for each event it is a pleasure to partner with them. The staff is amazing, the venue perfect, and the food is delicious. The past 2 years have presented a number of challenges due to COVID, but Gilmore has consistently gone above and beyond, continuing to make each experience with them incredible. All the staff was very professional and friendly. Our Senior Event Manager, Charlie Harmon, was spectacular!! He made sure everything was perfect. He went above and beyond what his role was. He helped place extra tables, provided advice and even provided the Mother of the Bride with a handkerchief! His calming presence was very much appreciated. He was the reason our event was everything the Bride dreamed of. We can't thank him enough. Team effort, I am sure, but he was a brilliant Captain. We highly recommend Gilmore Catering because of Charlie Harmon!!

Instead of helping make sure the catering ran smoothly for my wedding, I felt more stressed.For the wedding another employee was present to ensure everything ran smoothly and I'm glad for the switch because she was more professional.
Jim Simpkin: We attempted to have dinner at Gilly's on March 28 following the Trump rally. We waited at the host station for about 20 minutes before the host acknowledged us. He very rudely approached us and asked "do you have a reservation?! You won't be seated for at least 2 hours if you don't have a reservation!" The restaurant was less than half full at the time and we were only requesting for a party of two.We were not wearing any political garb and my friend is an African American. Based on how rudely we were treated I'm left with only two conclusions. The host was either racist or had hate for anyone he assumed went to see president Trump. Even if he had some other reason to mistreat customers in this manner I'm certain neither of us will be patronizing the BOB in the future. We were graciously accommodated at another BUSIER establishment shortly thereafter.

Steven Krepp: KJ Catering was amazing to work with! They were super accommodating and answered all of our questions before our wedding day. For our wedding we went with a pasta bar and were completely wowed! I went in thinking it would be a simple buffet where you line up and scoop what you want on your plate and that would be that, but instead Chef Kevin and his assistant were right out there cooking your pasta with toppings right in front of you! It was such a cool experience. One of our bridesmaids has Celiac's Disease, which can make it difficult for her to find something that meets her needs. Kevin was super accommodating and made sure that she had the same choices as the rest of our guests. The meatball and bruschetta appetizers were amazing. The service was outstanding. It was an overall excellent experience and I would highly recommend them to any couple looking for catering services. KJ Catering certainly added a lot of flavor to our wedding!! We cannot thank them enough!

We needed something more to add to our daughter’s graduation party where we had planned to serve coffee and donuts. Communication was so easy and they were fantastic working with me on personalizing our table. It's very difficult (near impossible) to get the food to an event hot, set-up in chafers and still have it taste good. Carole's surpassed all my expectations. The food was incredible. Their was the perfect amount and all of our guests were thrilled with the menu choices. Some even commented that our food was the best wedding meal they had ever experienced! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Carole's Catering to anyone looking for a caterer. I would also like to mention that being in the food industry I shopped my event around to all my fellow chefs and no one could touch Carole's prices. I was impressed!
