Liz Krupa: This was was my church growing up and is still one of the most beautiful churches I have ever seen. To correct one of the reviews- this church was built by GERMAN immigrants, not Polish. My German mother must be rolling over in her grave. St Adelbert is the Polish church

Al Costello: This church was absolutely amazing. I went here for a wedding two weeks ago. The inside is just gorgeous. I would have gotten pictures but…again…wedding. The only issue was there is no good A/C system in the building, but that’s easy to look past when looking dead center at the alter. The mosaics and representations of our Saints and Savior really make it all the more better.
dnznzn fjsnsnsms: Gorgeous church but no Mass is said thereJust the Novus Ordo. The liturgy does not match the beauty within its walls. Someday hopefully that will change but for now would recommend you pass this one by unless you want to feel the sadness of a glorious sanctuary being interrupted with the images and words of a Lutheran service trapped in the 70s.

Candice Fleszar-Smith: Beautiful church with a great history. Built in 1857, it's one of the oldest churches in Grand Rapids, built by the Polish community. It has a well-known pipe organ from Skinner Organ Company with 1,476 Dulciana pipes. Mary Nawara: I am a former parishoner. My children and grandchildren live in the area now. I just attended Easter Mass today. I am sadly disappointed in the music I heard. It was so loud it actually hurt my ears. I felt like I was at Phantom of the Opera instead of a Christian Mass. I love to sing but could not and did not see anyone else sing.

You always give me a Christian focus for my week. I hope to get to know more people here as I am single and from Ludington with no family or friends in the area. SKat Foster: Attended a funeral here. Nice church, attached school hosted the lunch afterwards. A bit confusing for newcomers on arrival with interconnected parking lots surrounding a cluster of interconnected buildings including a church which seemed to have multiple entrances. But hey, no wrong door!.Staff and students were very helpful. They even had kids posted along the way to point out the turns when everyone went from church to luncheon room..
