Manda Combs: Working with Steph at Nibble & Nosh was so great!! My mom passed away in March and for her celebration of life we wanted to have a spread that was not only delicious, but would draw family and friends together to snack and rejoice in her memory. Steph definitely made that happen! The menu is easy to pick from with a lot of variety. Once we picked our favorites she took care of everything else, taking the burden off of my family during our difficult time. We recieved so many compliments and were so pleased with how perfect the arrangement and food turned out. 5 stars would recommend again and again!
Kristina Breon: We were so thrilled with the charcuterie trays Steph made for a party we recently hosted. She’s super communicative and worked within our budget and time frame. We will definitely ask her to help with events in the future!

It had some familiar tastes and items which made us feel comfortable to try, but then had some things out of the box that we never would have picked out on our own to try...and we LOVED!! Such a fun experience working our way through the well-thought-out board! We had a group of eight and it was the perfect amount to nibble our way through and talk about all the different flavors! Such a cool experience!

Mackenzie Dunn: Do not recommend. Truly awful experience. My family and I came after graduation for a nice dinner. The food was so subpar. Small portions and overpriced. Worst of all was that the waiter was probably the rudest service I have ever experienced. I have been to many nicer, more expensive restaurants than this and have never been treated this way. We all left very disappointed and honestly upset at how rude, snooty, and unpleasant the server was. There are so many better places in GR, I would not waste your time, money or aggravation.

Caleb Rights: Thank you to our serve for the outstanding service up at the bar! He made an amazing suggestion to get the Pork Chop! It is unlike anything you can get in Grand Rapids. It is caramelized on the outside, sprinkled with cheesy bites, and laid on a bed of delicious grits. Along side it also has pickled apples which are surprisingly one of the best parts.We also got a burger that is on special every Tuesday and it was very good and affordable.FYI I’m a pretty sure the Reserve has every wine bottle you can think of lolHighly recommend 🤩🤩

They're great with accommodations, especially making a dish vegetarian!

Kathie and Mike Austin: It must have been Kismet that the Reserve saved us from a "lost" reservation elsewhere and expertly managed our family gathering of 10 on Saturday night. We tried many of the appetizers and entrées, which were extremely well described and presented by the staff. Rarely have we found so many selections to be so flavorful at one meal. Our family is involved with the restaurant industry in Jackson, Ann Arbor, and Cleveland and do not hand out such praise lightly. Next time we hope to try even more from the wine selection.

The portions are miniature and the food is average.This last dinner I was there and got butterball gnocchi to go for my wife which actually was tasty but for $19 the portion was beyond ridiculous. I honestly don’t know if they accidentally gave me too little or that was the actual size.Overall, decent food, average atmosphere, over priced for portion sizes. You can pass on this place.Came again for another dinner 🤦♂️And portions seem to have somehow gotten smaller, check out their bass dish. I put the fork over the plate to give you an idea. Definitely going to get dinner after this.
Courtney Uecker: Our experience was okay. We ordered a bottle of wine, 3 piece cheese board, 2 pastas, an entree and two desserts. I poured most of the bottle of wine myself. I will say the waiter did pour it once after the initial opening and did have 4 tables one being an 8 top. The entrees (pork Ragu, seafood linguine, and duck breast) were all cold, however tasted good. We didn’t say anything because again they tasted good we just wished they were warm… not even hot. Just warm haha. Then we ordered desserts, my boyfriend was excited to have the cherry citrus sorbet. He had wanted a sorbet at a pervious restaurant and they were out. It was also his 30th birthday. Unfortunately, the citrus must have been grapefruit because all you could taste was bitterness. No cirtus, no tart or sweet cherry flavor. Just bitter. The waiter did stop by to apologize for forgetting a candle for him… which was disappointing but fine. However, my boyfriend being more outspoken than me asked for the icecream (pistachio lime) instead. I was excited that perhaps the waiter would then put the candle in there to only be disappointed once again. My boyfriend did really enjoy the icecream so I am happy for that sake. I don’t think I will be returning or recommending this restaurant to anyone due to the expectation and lack of execution.
Mel T: As season ticket holders for Broadway Grand Rapids' 2021-22 season, my partner and I have been wanting to try Reserve (one of their restaurant partners) all year. I'm glad we got a chance to try the food, but do not feel welcomed back.Our primary server greeted us with "Welcome, friends!" and was very nice, conversational, well-versed in the menu, etc. Drinks & entrees came and went without issue. When the check came, we mentioned that we wanted to redeem a 20% off offer from Broadway Grand Rapids and our server's demeanor took a complete turn (stopped smiling and referring to us as "friends," spoke few if any words to us at that point). Understandably, we had inconvenienced them by having a new check printed but the animosity we received in return felt unwarranted...

Jeanie Winstrom: I wanted to shop locally and support a local business but I deeply regret doing so. I completed an online form over the weekend that I understood to be the order form - there was no way to pay online. I received a call a few days later - luckily I happened to be available to take the call and they collected my credit card information. It would have been helpful if this process was explained up front as I was ready to order elsewhere when my order had not been completed.I was very specific that the recipient preferred tea over coffee and did not care for cheese. The person was nice enough but was not attentive to my requests. For this price point, I expected something amazing and what was sent was small and could have been assembled from a discount store for $40 or so. The delivery fee of $35 should have included some communication about the delivery but that was just not the case.When I received the receipt for almost $200 - I responded to share my concerns and the response was not at all helpful but rather told me that I should be grateful as they went $10 over my budget to make it special.Gosh I hate to use the big national companies but at least you can specify your preferences and you know what you are getting.Definitely not what I asked for, wanted or hoped for - it would have been great to have a new go to place to have gifts delivered to family.

Max Boehm: A gem smack in the middle of Heritage Hill. This store has a wide selection of grocery and drink items, anything you may need from a quick pick up of supiescon the way home from work , to their Pizzeria, anything you might need.
Jenna Zimmerman: Although it seems like a really cool place with a huge selection of things, I felt uncomfortable the entire time I looked. When I first came in, it seemed as if the salesperson working the floor was hanging around to be helpful, since they asked if I needed any help finding anything, but after pointing me in the right direction, they continued to stand unnecessarily close to me, and if I walked around, they seemed to trail me. As someone with social anxiety, I felt like I couldn’t even look around. The person stood so close that if I had backed up, I would have stepped on their toes. I absolutely hate shopping at a place with workers who can’t respect personal space. It gave the impression that they were watching me in case of theft, which was incredibly insulting, especially because I was there during a high traffic time of day, and seemed to be the only person getting this kind of attention. I don’t feel welcome here and as much as I had wanted to check this place out, I’m extremely apprehensive about returning. Such an uncomfortable experience.
Roger Starring: Very interesting store. Great selection of scarce and high end distilled spirits, wine, craft beer, and a great bakery. Fun place to wander around in.
