Phuong “Liam” Tran: I booked a SUV Cadillac Escalade Limousine for our wedding on 10/10/2020. The driver was nice, but the quality of the vehicle was the worst. The engine was super loud and didn't produce enough electricity for the lighting and sound system. The whole morning was horrible. Can you imagine what it's like riding on a Limousine with no music, and all you can hear was the loudly engine roaring? That was what happened to us. The driver had to call his boss to come and checked it. They came back and said that there was something wrong with the alternator and apologized for the inconvenience. At least they was nice, but they should have checked everything first before the driver took the limo to client. I waited almost a month after the wedding to see if they would reach out to me. They were absolutely silent. I had to call them and told them (again) what happened. I spoke with Sonny who I believed the manager or the owner. He said they would send a refund of $100. We paid about $1,000 for the horrible service, and they said they would refund $100. I wasn't really happy with this, but I kinda let it go and accepted the refund. A couple months later, I still didn't receive the refund check back. I had to call them again, and it was Sonny again. He said he would look into it and get back to me. Heard nothing from him. Now it's almost 6 months later, and I still haven't heard from them, nor received the refund check. I didn't want to go on here to give this review, but it's so UN-professional how their service is.

I talked to about 6 other companies and 5 star had the best customer service and the best options for our price range! The driver was SO curteous and very kind. The limo was clean and stocked with ice and glasses for us before he even arrived. Huge shout out to Kris for booking us and Juan our driver for putting up with a bunch of moms on a night out!! Shellie Edwards: I contracted Five Star for an event for a client. There were a lot of requirements and details that were required to make this two day event happen. I can tell you that from start to finish, Five Star was there. There were so many changes throughout the planning and Five Star made them all happen. On the final day and the day requiring prefect timing they were there. All the guests that took the shuttles were so pleased with the drivers, the cleanliness of the shuttles and the overall experience. They exceed my expectations. I will use them again and recommend them.

They never made it we all had to drive our kids to the restaurant but limo ended up showing up at the restaurant and our kids got to be in the limo for about 5-10 minutes to their prom! They had the audacity to charge my credit card for the full-time after breaking the contract!! very difficult to deal with and very shady! The limos Air conditioning and music did not work and was in very poor condition!

Had myself a good cry, I cussed Frank out (he of course had ZERO apologies and blamed me), and we went on with our night. Minus Dadds.I would never recommend. Which is something that I have never done before.
