Adam Boone: Absolutely brutal service, I am a nurse at a local dialysis clinic and sometimes my patients wait two hours after they are ready to be picked up for the bus to arrive .

LifeofKhari: Worst bus serive ever. The driver are jerks and the 28th street bus is ether way too early or late as can be. I been to many cites this is the only one that I just guess at. Can't even get to then early. Oh and if you just get there expect the driver to take off. In Kalamazoo they stop cuz you know it's theyre job. This city sucks in everyday thinking bout moving here don't not worth the time or money
BRENDAN SHANAHAN: I was nearly hit and run off the road by one of the drivers from this company. There was no one in the office because it was "not normal business hours". I was running down the road because sidewalks weren't plowed off and the driver of the bus passed me with less than a foot of space between us and cut in, bringing the back end of his bus into me. After he passed me he had to stop at a red light I was in the intersection going straight because the light was turning from red to green and the driver of the bus drove straight at me not stopping nearly running me over. I am documenting this less than 20 minutes after it happened. It happened on February 16 at about 6 PM on wealthy streat heading east, the bus number was line 5 and the driver was a middle aged heavyweight man with glasses. If anyone knows anything about this driver please let me know because I hope he gets fired and I will be reporting him on Monday morning. I pray to God he gets fired.
Thomas Mccaffrey: Uncourteous drver would not wait for passenger who was close enough to the bus stop to pound on the bus. When I told this to another driver she said " everbody says that about ken; ges retiring soon.

Carey Johnston: Ernest was prompt with answering my emails. I was able to book a ride to the airport the night before, when other companies left us hanging or their phone just rang off the hook. He even showed up early! Very nice and professional, would highly recommend. My son and I were able to get to the airport early thanks to this company. Traveling out of state with a young child is stressful enough, but this company madeOur travel back home stress free. The flat fee made it easy also to know the cost upfront.

Tracy Stine: Beware!! rented a limo for our kids prom night they were supposed to be at our high school at 5:25 PM and never showed up! they called with the bad news they didn’t even have a limo to drive to our school I told them if they were not at our school by 6 PM we were leaving because our kids had reservations at 6:30 PM! They never made it we all had to drive our kids to the restaurant but limo ended up showing up at the restaurant and our kids got to be in the limo for about 5-10 minutes to their prom! They had the audacity to charge my credit card for the full-time after breaking the contract!! very difficult to deal with and very shady! The limos Air conditioning and music did not work and was in very poor condition!

Horrible communication, our transportation was downgraded twice, blaming me for not communicating lol - I'm the one that wants to pay YOU for a ride, of course I was communicating.It was just a big blame game. We were 'signed up' online -- which by the way means nothing, and verbally promised a limo to be for my sons 17th birthday, going to the Kid Rock concert...needless to say, a couple hours before someone was to be at our house picking all of us up I get a text saying all we have is a VAN. A VAN people.I have an Escalade. Why would I want your bleepin VAN?! These are 17 yro boys going to a KID ROCK CONCERT!!!I was a sad and disappointed mama. I had all this planned out for months. Had myself a good cry, I cussed Frank out (he of course had ZERO apologies and blamed me), and we went on with our night. Minus Dadds.I would never recommend. Which is something that I have never done before.

Sean Verschueren: Poor communication led to us resorting to using Lyft.We preplanned a taxi ride home with the service, then I texted and called the day of to reconfirm and did not hear back. Pick up was supposed to be at 11pm. Did not hear word. Around 1120pm on our way home with the Lyft the taxi service finally called saying they were ready for us. They seemed disgruntled that I used Lyft.Can't really blame your patron from using another service if you dont communicate with them, leading them to feel like they have to use back ups, especially when they are downtown late at night trying to secure a safe ride home

Jami Miller: Called and set up taxi for an hour ahead of time for my husband and they left him stranded at 10:30 at night. Called several times and went straight to voicemail! Had to call Lyft. They were there in 7 minutes. This would have been a $30 plus cab ride. They only got 1 star but if there was a negative they would be getting it! PATHETIC! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
