Teddy Jones: I love the legs and thighs option. Their sauce is the closest I've had to my favorite chicken place in South Korea. The two people working the counter were very kind and took care of us despite our order coming close to closing. I'll be back whenever I'm in Grand Rapids.Parking: Plenty of parking at this location.

jeff wirrick: Not quite fastfood, although I'm sure they get plenty of takeout orders, but I would highly recommend having a seat and enjoying their cuisine as dine-in. What better way to enjoy their crispy chicken (soy garlic or spicy) as well as their crispy rice bowl, sizzling upon table top arrival. The chicken was excellent! Dolsot Bibimbap also very good; protein is extra but worth the extra $$. We live in Atlanta and would love having this place for the Korean chicken... any day!

Darren Holcomb: This is the best Korean restaurant I’ve ever been to. I lived in South Korea for two years and I fell in love with the chicken. I struggled to find anything authentic here in the US until I moved to Grand Rapids and tried Noori Chicken last year. The flavor of everything they serve is outstanding and the service is great as well. You won’t be s disappointed by anything on the menu. Now, whenever I try Korean fried chicken, I compare it to Noori. I’s not a fair comparison though because Noori is simply the best. Go see for yourself.

Pickle Juice: I love Noori so much, it’s a little on the pricey side but it’s worth it especially for the amount of food you get. The staff is always incredibly nice too! I also have no idea where they get their Kimchi from or if it’s house made but it’s so good!!Noori is great for dining in and taking out.

Thomas Baumer: Definitely meh. I had the three piece catfish combo, and my friend got the 1/4lb popcorn shrimp combo. The proteins were good, but the fries that came with them were soft despite being fried a deep brown, and had absolutely no salt on them. Gross. The coleslaw was just finely chopped cabbage and carrots, no sauce or seasoning of any kind. The rolls were pretty good, a bit sweet but I'm assuming they were Hawaiian rolls or something, so I liked them. I ended up putting the coleslaw on the roll and topping it with some of the included cocktail sauce, which was good. The tartar sauce was excellent. And, they were open super late. Overall, though, I probably would try a different restaurant before I came back here again.

NYFC Owners need to turn on the option for BitPay in their Menuify settings, so people paying with Bitcoin can do it easily and not need to jump thru hoops.Food was ready fast. Man was semi nice. Madalyn Crawford: Where do I even begin? Walking into Hancock was a very welcoming experience. I love that as soon as you enter you're faced with a sign that tells you whether to wait to be seated or to seat yourself. I hate going places and being confused and stared at awkwardly not knowing what to do! Throughout my time there, everyone was so quick to the door to make sure guests were greeted and seated super fast. So great! After we were seated we checked out the menu and the waiter was SO great at explaining different options and spice levels on the menu. He really made our experience! The jalapeño cornbread was hands down the best cornbread I've ever had. We each got a fried chicken sandwich which FAR from disappointed! I actually took my bun off because the chicken itself carried so much flavor it didn't need anything accompanying it. My boyfriend got the hotter chicken sandwich and absolutely loved it. The fries here are THE BOMB. Best fries I have ever had! The house lemonade was perfect... great sour taste! I could go on and on about my amazing experience here. Aldous George: Really good chicken. I got the tenders and a slushy flight.The chicken tenders come as 5 pieces with a side. I got 3 of those tenders at the hottest spice level and 2 at sweet with a side of coleslaw. The hottest seemed like a combo of chili oil and dry rub (they warn that it also contains pork products), and the sweet was honey butter. Both flavors of chicken tenders were fantastic. The side of coleslaw worked as a great way to balance the heat.I chose John Daly, you've my boy blue, cold fashioned, and Gin and Julius for the four slushies in my flight. The sauces are All top notch, however the Red Hot Pepper, that’s where it’s at, it’s a perfect mix of spicy with a little touch of sweetness that will leave you wanting more and more every time! My goal is to work my way through the menu, and I have already been through all the Snow options for the chicken. The thinly sliced onion piled on top is a thing of beauty! I was born and grew up in Korea, and their food here, is absolutely authentic and in some ways even better than most restaurants in Korea! This is our go to place now and we NEVER were disappointed. Owners are so sweet and kind, and the workers too are great as well. In my opinion, this place is hands down the best Korean fried chicken place in Michigan. Travis Sikkema: Owner was extremely friendly, offered to cook up fresh everything when we went in (we came in close to close) but we declined and said what he had was fine. I don't think it was sitting that long because it was still extremely crispy even after sitting in the car for 30 mins on the way home. New chicken go-to for me and my lady.
Jocelyn Vasicek: The chicken is really good. Crispy on the outside, and juicy on the inside. We had boom boom sauce and Louisiana hot sauce with it. So tasty!
Aj Bass: Chicken is straight but if you a fan of mashed potatoes dont go here he warms them up and keeps them stored in a cooler till then.
Skinless Sykes: I’ve talked with this owner many times before and he is always in the best mood despite anything he’s been going through, he’s a very hardworking individual and one of the best foods you can get in this strip mall. Always super professional and will drop food fresh for you if it’s been sitting too long. This food tastes real and authentic.
James Tucholski: Cajun chicken was barely seasoned, but cooked well and was amazingly crispy. Tenders were very dry, definitely need to be dipped into some kinda sauce to alleviate the dryness. Biscuits were barely buttered and pretty bland. Deep fried corn was surprisingly good. I feel bad saying this, but I feel full and greasy... I wish there had been a lot more seasoning on the food and this would have been a very different review.I'll come back in a year and see if anything has changed because the owner was a nice guy and I hope he succeeds.

Shannon Nachtmann: Owner is a great guy, glad I had the chance to talk with him. That being said there's nothing cajun or anything else really flavorful about the food. It's basic fried chicken. It is really juicy and tender (not the strips though, they're tough) fish is great too. Long story short, great basic fried chicken, skip the strips.

Thaddeus Pratt: They should not be called New Orleans Crispy Chicken it should be called Michigan Bland Chicken no flavor at all. Biscuits looking like cookies.
Keenan Vinnedge: I was not impressed with these guys. The food was hot but flavorless. We got the family meal, 12 pieces mixed, 6 tenders, 6 biscuits and fries. The fries were the only thing with flavor. They also forgot out sides and soda. If you want good food all around, go to New York Friend Chicken.

I don't know what happened but was sub par.Only good part was the drumstick.the breast was a rubbery/chewy..flavor lacking from what I remembered.Didn't have corn bread anymore 😔fried corn..not goodred beans and rice is container full of rice and about 8 red beans on top wit a bit of red sauce stirred in.Sadly cant recommend
