Patrick Swanson: The employees at this KFC apparently view making food as a huge inconvenience for them, there's always going to be a 25 minute wait on anything we order, they sigh like it's a burden for them to do their jobs. Try working ten hour shifts covered in oil and steel chips. If you don't like your jobs you should find somewhere else to work, it's too bad because the chicken at KFC is pretty good I'll have to find another location.

Anthony Maxim: The last 2 times I've ordered here they only put 5 pieces of chicken in my famous bowl. I don't know if KFC as a whole is doing things this way now but more than likely the owner of this specific restaurant is trying to squeeze every penny they can out of it. They don't even try to cover half of the top of the bowl with chicken and when you open it up it's pretty immediately disappointing. I've been eating the damned famous bowl since it came out and this restaurant is definitely pulling one over on people trying to get away with skimping on the chicken. Heinous! They won't get another dime from me.

Roger Whittum: Showed up about 5:45 and ordered an 8 piece meal extra crispy. The guy before me had ordered the same thing. Finish my order and put my card in and someone comes rushing up and said it would be 30 minutes as the drive thru is busy and I ordered an 8 piece. I pull my card out of the machine (transaction already went through) and said I will pick up my order from lowes and be back. I was back w/i 12-15 minutes and my order was sitting in the microwave already packed up. Waaaay over dramatic...and it is suppertime. Food was classic kfc though and good as usual.

Had to use drive through, had a very long wait on placing the order it almost seems like they were taking an order then filling it before taking the next order. I wanted a special order and was told no they didn't have a cook. So I ordered a normal bucket crispy & sides. I pulled forward to pay and asked if I could add to my order but was told no again I would have to go back and get online againI said really I just wanted corn it's not like I was asking for a whole other meal. The lady at the window was rude and didn't care. I'll never go back to this location again & I'll be sure to tell everyone.

Definitely starting my day on a positive note This was the first time visiting this location in years because of how poor the service used to be.When I pulled in I saw that I was the only guest, I was afraid my food was going to be cold or old but that wasn't the case. M Land: Lobby still closed, don’t go expecting to sit down!

Norman Hall: The lobby is not open; their info is wrong! When I get out of the office for an hour, I want to be able to sit, relax and eat comfortably, not sit in my truck in a random parking lot. They are doing the same thing as all of the other greedy places. If I waste gas driving to your restaurant and you lied and said your lobby was open....automatic 1 star. They run short staffed and save by working 2-3 workers extra hard, instead of actually hiring enough to run the entire restaurant. Some even try to still blame COVID, but this is fueled purely by greed. This creates a toxic work environment where everyone hates their job and is exactly why the service is terrible.
