Kim Gheen: I'm struggling with care for my father in a state far from where I live. He doesn't have relatives or any other kind of care except that he lives in assisted living. He can't drive and there are no friends in the area. Eldercare could conceivably mean helping to get his needs met by picking up essentials at the grocery store. No need to be rude when I make an inquiry along those lines.

Julia Duthie: Our family recently relocated to Grand Rapids and Bright Horizons made the transition so much easier on both our child and us! Our daughter loves the school and staff and they do a fantastic job of sharing photos and everything they do during the day with parents. I highly recommend this school for their early childhood development curriculum and caring staff.

Kelli Katrin: My daughter attended the IFP on an emergency basis. She was completely breast fed and wasn’t eating anything else due to having ARFID. They got us in a month after our evaluation and by the end of the program she was taking a supplemental formula! She has gained the appropriate weight for her age and is making progress! I am so relieved that we did not have to get a gtube. The housing they put us is was very nice and accommodating (the Ronald McDonald house) everyone was so hospitable and helpful. We had family meetings weekly and everyone always checked on Emma and myself which felt comforting. It’s a hard program, but the benefits I believe outweigh anything else. My child is eating and doing much better. I highly recommend the program to any family struggling. They are knowledgeable and willing to change and do things different you have to communicate with the team!

Regan Treece: My daughter's therapist was successful at weaning her from her bottle. However, overall it was not a positive experience. The medical oversight was lacking, and my concerns about my daughter's weight loss were not taken seriously, to my daughter's detriment. Also, billing issues have been a nightmare because they mishandled the insurance authorization. To reach the positive final outcome we had to endure a lot of difficulty.
