After clearing all of the paper, the paper jam error message kept returning and could not be cleared, not allowing any other functions to work. I was not aware they have a minimum $5 limit on cards, but they took care of me. I will be coming back. They also have large a format color printer!

Camses II: Fixed my typewriter when no one else could. Friendly staff, and quick service. The only place to go.

Chris Sharpe: Had a new Xerox machine installed, and they left ZERO toner. Now we are backed up due to the machine being down, and getting any toner brought to us is nearly impossible.

Jonas Talbott: Horrible! We have a Xerox machine that the lease is up on and can't get them to respond to repeated attempts to get an authorization to return or payoff amount. You'll wait on hold for 45 minutes then get disconnected. Try putting a representative's name in the tree and there will be no one by that name. JUST HORRIBLE! There should be a way to give zero stars.

Thomas Fuller: We were given a copier that is defective and constantly breaks down. MOS does not take responsibility for addressing this. Dozens of service calls, and they claim there is no record of service needs! Will not work with them again when contract is up.

Matthew Carney: Terrible company to deal with. Customer service is awful and unwilling to help in any way. My recommendation is to find another supplier that actually values their customers.

David Johnson: Wow! Had Applied Imaging come out to service a Ricoh unit today. Tech named Francisco says hourly is $150 - I say ok. Tech says parts need to be replaced - I say ok. We agree on the price ($191). Then he says oh I forgot to mention, there’s other stuff that needs to be replaced ($194 more) More time and an additional parts cost which is more than the original price we agreed on. What was going to be about $350 for repairs was suddenly going to cost over $700. Nice little bait and switch there. No thanks
