Devon Procter: Great place for typewriter service and repairs. Their prices for repairs are very reasonable. Mike did a great job cleaning up and repairing my Grandpa’s IBM Selectric II, it was like a brand new machine when we got it back. The staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend River City Business Equipment for typewriter service and printing.

I was not aware they have a minimum $5 limit on cards, but they took care of me. I will be coming back. They also have large a format color printer!

Jennifer Addessi: We have had nothing but issues since we signed our contract with them. Keep getting told we have a new rep, talk to them and they never get back to us for anything, next time you call it's the same story. It's been a year now and I'm still fighting for answers. Will never sign a contract with them again!
Chris Sharpe: Had a new Xerox machine installed, and they left ZERO toner. Now we are backed up due to the machine being down, and getting any toner brought to us is nearly impossible.
Jonas Talbott: Horrible! We have a Xerox machine that the lease is up on and can't get them to respond to repeated attempts to get an authorization to return or payoff amount. You'll wait on hold for 45 minutes then get disconnected. Try putting a representative's name in the tree and there will be no one by that name. JUST HORRIBLE! There should be a way to give zero stars.
Thomas Fuller: We were given a copier that is defective and constantly breaks down. MOS does not take responsibility for addressing this. Dozens of service calls, and they claim there is no record of service needs! Will not work with them again when contract is up.
Matthew Carney: Terrible company to deal with. Customer service is awful and unwilling to help in any way. My recommendation is to find another supplier that actually values their customers.

Jan Noorman: From the very first day I entered the building I was greeted by several people. I never felt out of place. The facility is beautiful and well maintained. Everyone in the office strives to give excellent customer service and each employee is treated very kind by executive staff. Your ability to exceed is very important. The “red carpet” is laid out for ever client, large or small. Through this pandemic, Applied was quick to set up safe protical to keep all their employees safe. Top knot has company with top notch staff.

David Johnson: Wow! Had Applied Imaging come out to service a Ricoh unit today. Tech named Francisco says hourly is $150 - I say ok. Tech says parts need to be replaced - I say ok. We agree on the price ($191). Then he says oh I forgot to mention, there’s other stuff that needs to be replaced ($194 more) More time and an additional parts cost which is more than the original price we agreed on. What was going to be about $350 for repairs was suddenly going to cost over $700. Nice little bait and switch there. No thanks
