Crahen Valley Park: what do users think?
Halisi McCoy McCoy: Beautiful park. Nice walking trails both paved and dirt.
Benjamin Kiaunis: A great place for a short hike.
Bhavani Ananthan: Lovely little park with a beautiful trail for walking and biking.. No play area for kids..
Marc Reigler: Huge park, lots of trails to discover.
Tim Kuiper: This is the go-to place near Grand Rapids to get out in nature without spending too much in gas. Diverse landscapes, ponds, creeks, swamp, it has lots.
Richard Dunnuck: Great scenic Park with paved and natural trails. Lower ravine contains a pond, while upper probability has a lookout over the ravine.
Dawn Larsen: It was ok ,more for exercise.
Neil Carlson: One of the very best places in metro Grand Rapids for a hike on a beautiful day. Don't miss the overlook just north of the parking lot on Leonard and the wandering stream at the bottom of the valley. The long straight road down hill into the valley is in the treeline northwest of the be parking area. It's covered by trees and level, but it can be tiring to climb out for those of us dealing with health and fitness issues, and the many trails through the trees are unpaved and fairly rough and narrow.
Evan Post: Wow! This is a beautiful park. It has a quarter mile paved loop around a large field, with picnic benches and benches, a grand view of the valley, and a neat wooden bridge. Then you can go down into Crahen Valley on unmarked hiking trails and explore creeks, forest, and a pond for over an hour without seeing all the trails. But you’ll probably see some deer! There is no trail map and no trail markers so be prepared to find your own way in the valley!
Jean Weinrich: Biologist/conservation & bird enthusiast students here, had an exceptional walk over bridged streams into a deep valley. Great views and many different ecozones made for a wide array of bird species/tree species!
Susan E: Nice park to walk in
Jessica Griffiths-Ritzke: Playground: No playground, just a walking parkDog-friendliness: A lot of dogs here frequently
Mercedes Giorgio: Hermoso lugar 🤗
Debra Harding-Vanaman: Love the "off road" hills.
Kim Gage: Great hike but trail markers would be very helpful!!
pauline Sandoval: Still being developed as a park. Does have walking trails and beautiful flower plantings.
Andy Kaiser: You will come for the dog walking and / or solo / family hiking on miles of spiderwebbed unmarked trails through the woods and fields... but you'll stay for the dog walking and / or solo / family hiking on miles of spiderwebbed unmarked trails through the woods and fields.
Sam Chapman: A real adventure! One of the best trails I've ventured on. A hidden gem, really. The steep hills will work your legs - Unmarked and leaf covered trails make it easy to get off the path... luckily GPS works out there! I downloaded AllTrails to keep us on track!
Leslie Schlaack: This is a gem in the Grand Rapids area. So happy to find this place. Could use some more trail marking signs overall but definitely recommend checking these trails out.
T Raw: There were many trails to explore. Dog friendly as well.Dog-friendliness: I personally took my own dog here for the first time and she absolutely loved it. Met a handful of other dogs on the trail too.Picnic area: Plenty of tables along the main paved trail for a picnic.
Ann Hackney: This is a pretty quiet place.steep climb if you go below

KMH: Trail range from easy to steep. Dogs must be on a leash.Dog-friendliness: Dogs must be on a leash.
jsamm517: Very relaxing hiking area
Hannah DeVore: A pretty small park but you can walk around and through in a variety of ways. It has some beautiful pines that are perfect for hammocking in and a sand dunes too! The only negative for me was the large amount of ground bees in the center of the park.
Ke'Lannie Rockett: Love this trail. There are open areas to walk, steep hills and trails in the woods. Great peaceful place to unwind.
Tim Lyle: Keep your dog on a leash!!!! People and other pets get hurt because of your negligence and irresponsible pet ownership. It is the law and signs are posted right smack in front of your face as soon as you pull in. If you get a ticket because you choose not to do so, I'll be smiling at you from ear to ear.
zachery goodin: Great spot for walking the dog
Jerry Turner: Wonderful trails. Beautiful forests.
Johnny Lott: Love it great place
Christine Miller: Loved it, looking forward to visiting often.
Jerrad Hoxie: Great hiking trail. Easy to moderate difficulty level. There are multiple trails that all circle back so if you break from the trail sooner you will have a shorter hike.

teri vander jagt: These trails are amazing, there's everything from a nice walk, to a tough hike! Love it here so beautiful...

Sally Wesorick: Short beautiful wooded Trail in the city. Surprisingly includes a sand dune. Dog friendly. No restrooms, picnic area , or playground.
Jeff Prins: Great little patk
Aaron Lehrman: I'm going back! This park was awesome to walk through. The sand gave it a feel like a beach. Many of the trees are neat and in a row making for a pleasant sight. I can't wait to see it in winter.
Rebecca Wemple: Nice trails, can't get lost. They could be marked better. When the leaves are falling they can hide the trail. Enjoyed it even in the rain.
Cody Hager: Great little place to get out and walk. Awesome experience for dogs or kids as well.
Jake DeLauro: Great fall colors here! So interesting to have the sand dune right there too!
Sara Slagell: It is a beautiful park, unfortunately the trails are not marked well. If you like to blaze your own trail than this one's for you!
Samantha Laube: Very pretty trail, but quite a lot of foot traffic. Don’t wear sandals as it is super sandy!

John Collins Park: what do users think?
Rene Torres: Nice
Richard Tainter: bad
Ahlam Soliman: A nice park on the lake. Great to spend family time. Unfortunately, the weather was not the best; however, the kids were able to enjoy it. I am certain the place will be better in summer. All in all the scenery is beautiful
Casey Rife: Any relation to Phil?
Jeff Carlson: Nice year round. Culturally diverse croud. Public boat ramp. Concerts and movies all summer. Beautiful views.
Mike RC: Pleasant little park on the edge of the lake.
Vaishali Patil: Beautiful
Melissa Bedell: Walked the Reeds Lake Trail with some friends. The route is fine, but a lot of it goes through neighborhood and along sidewalks. Overall, it was an okay trail and seems to be maintained well. This also seems to be a pretty popular spot as the weather was not great, but we still passed lots of people; we had to move over for others pretty often (or move to the street to let them pass).
Haris Explores: Not bad
Mayar Al-neglat: That's a quick video of how the restaurant looks from the inside, it's very nice and you can feel the authentic smell of their food that they make everyday fresh. It makes you feel like you're in home because it's a family owned business.
Mary Torres: Very clean and nice place to walk.
eduardo maceo: Beautiful place 😍
Mark Kotlarczyk: A favorite place to visit. Family friendly and a large grass open area for sun bathing, reading a book or just a place to take in the lake. Local food and rest rooms, boat launch, but no swimming or sand beach area. Good local curb side parking.
Sajjad Patel: Very nice place to watch the water.
Lori McKay: Lovely park, more so for adult crowd as no play areas for little ones, but than again nature can be play too.
Garrett Lucas: I had a good time floating along and listening to the sun say sweet words of energy and encouragement
Venkata Saradhi: As a part of my visit to Michigan state I had visited this place with my relatives. I also witnessed a live concert held as an Aid. I have seen here first time Swans
Antoinette Johns: Nice to fish, boating, walking trails, shops restaurants
bill kerr (Beaker): Pretty fun spot
Gerardo Vargas Lopez: Exelente cada parque en esta ciudad está genial, cada uno tiene cosas interesantes ..
jeque arabe: Precioso parque !!

Millennium Park: what do users think?
Crystal D'Andrea: Beautiful loooong walk through this park. Great beach and easy access/clean public restrooms. Some stretches of the walk have no trash cans. On the other hand, very clean and well maintained, no litter in sight. Maybe more bins come summer time. 10/10 stop by if in GR area
Sean Hawks: Beautiful park with several options to walk, bike, fish and more.
B Batt: Beautiful park! We held a company outing there and will definitely be back
Chris Kaminsky (CriscoDesigns): great place to go and unwind within the city limits! clean park with a lot of featuresDog-friendliness: Great place to walk your dog!
Geo Nich: Nice park with lots of amenities. We'll try to not let one horrible experience cloud how we feel about the place.
Jennifer Dibble: Clean and a nice place to walk
Cynthia Ha: What a massive municipal park! If you love walking on safe, clean, well-maintained trails, this is the place! We visited from out of town and enjoyed this place in the early Spring. We'll return any time we're in the area. It's very dog- and stroller-friendly and has abundant parking.
Isabella Vz: Its beautiful here!! Be weary of the water, they have oil mines all around and more often then not there is a water safety warning. I don't swim or drink here
Allen: great park and great views cant wait for the park to be updated for the summer
Roy Gloria: Great running trails

Susan E: Great park to walk in.Restrooms: The restrooms aren't the cleanest, but they do usually have soap.
Jonathan Clary: Great for trails, swimming, playground, and events.Playground: Awesome playground. It's my new favorite.
C D: Great place to get out and spend some time in the sunshine. Many paved trails as well as unpaved trails for you and / or your furry friends to enjoy the great outdoors. Lots of water for them to swim and play in as well. There's also a bald eagle nest you can see from one of the main trails. Just remember the fish and wildlife service requires you to stay at least 330 feet from any active nest. Lots of wildlife and place to roam alone. Excellent views and runs alongside the grand river.

Grand Ravines North County Park: what do users think?
Stevie Wunder: Beautiful park. Definitely taking more walks here!
Barb Waalkes: My friend and I walked for an hour and a half. The weather was great and the hike was perfect. I was happily surprised to find out that the bathrooms are open all year long.
Susan Swan Tagg: We love it!Restrooms: Clean and nice.Dog-friendliness: Dog wash, dog drinking fountain, dog park and two different off leach trails.
Tom Aderman: Very nice park .
Derek Smith: Great park for biking, hiking, paddling or taking the dog for a walk. Eagles nesting in a tall tree near the river.Dog-friendliness: Dogs allowed but must be kept on 6 foot leash.
Amber Boetsma: Great for a walk! Beautiful in the fall. Moderate/beginner hiking friendly. Beautiful views of the river and woods. Feels remote but isn't at all. A neat cabin can be rented for small events. Not ideal for strollers or wagons, feet only for the most part!
Genevieve Marry: Amazing view! I love it here. Able to walk freely with so many paths. UNFORTUNATELY, there was a lot of littering happening AND part of the park was closed. but it’s okay, i like the Ravines
Sher: This is a beautiful place to sit or walk. Eagles nest nearby. Terrain can be hilly, take caution if using a wheelchair or walker.
Laura Muresan: We like to take put our bikes on the Laker Line bus in downtown GR, and then ride them from GVSU to Grand Ravines on a nice bike trail; this makes for a great day trip. The park is gorgeous and peaceful. Clean restrooms with nice amenities. The only thing lacking is the picnic table situation. In the area by the lodge there are no picnic tables at all; by the dog park, there are some picnic tables, but they are in full sun, so they are inhospitable during the summer months. Why aren't more trees planted around the dog park, especially by the picnic area? That I can't figure out. But, still, the park is so nice, it feels unjust to give it just four stars.
Richard Dragicevich: Nice place to go for a hike. Trails are easy to walk. We usually do just over 2 miles with the dog. If you are lucky, there are a couple of bald eagles that nest in the area. There are sections that are handicap assessable.
John E Kiryanoff: Love it!! Go see it for yourself.. Bring yo dog!
Nathan Breese: Good mix of natural trails and paved paths. Well maintained and beautiful scenery.
Alycia M. VanHouten: beautiful walking park. gorgeous pavilion that's great for events!
Miry jay: Beautiful place for photo sessions. And weddings or other events!!! 😍 Photo by Jan Johnston photography
Rafael DelCastillo: Awesome park with lots of hikingThe river is great and there are bald eagles around. Plenty of parking. There are two parts with the south side has a dog park also.
Roger Eppard: Great place to hike trails. Also great dog park.
Eliza: Very well taken care of. We are visiting from Indiana and decided to go for a little walk while waiting for everything to open up. I highly recommend for those who live around the area or visiting if you have time to get rid of
Nancy Cuncannan: Beautiful park. Nice place to shoot senior pictures. Fun little wood bridge with a lot of photo options. Nice tall natural vegetation with beautiful wild flowers. Cool stone walls for posing.
Jane Clarke: Great park to enjoy quiet walk. Lots of different paths. Several different unpaved trails to take.
David Ensing: Great place for a hike
Kelly Barney: Beautiful park, well maintained, friendly people

Ken-O-Sha Park: what do users think?
Aleigha McKinley: I loved this trail. Very easy walk since most of it is paved. But there’s plenty of trails that branch of into dirt paths if that’s what you prefer. We did pass a few people walking their dogs or on their bikes, but for the most part it’s peaceful and quiet, and the scenery is amazing.
Grant DuBridge: Great walking path along Plaster Creek. Wildlife surrounding you.
Nick W: Plenty of parking, the school is there for overflow.Parking lot and most of the trails are decently maintained, but there are a good amount of unhoused people living off the trail and it appears county workers struggle to keep up.
Kate Bek: This place has been a quiet, beautiful gem since I was a kid. Trailhead parking is marked off Kalamazoo Ave. - the lot is at the elementary school. Dogs are permitted but must be leashed. There’s a port-a-potty at the trailhead. Not all trails are accessible by wheelchair, but you can park and go a good distance on the main, paved trail.
Jonathan Shelley: This is my favorite walking trail in Grand Rapids. Wide, paved path as well as countless trails through the trees. Interesting installations and signs.
Bill Cleveland: A gem of Grand Rapids. So wonderful that we have a park that we can visit and amble along the banks of a creek and enjoy the trees and wildlife. Visiting in the winter after a thaw and then subsequent hard freezes, the trails were a bit icy just like the sidewalks around my home.
Zach Harris: Peaceful
Steve Johnson: Nice little park with trails and a stream. One illegal camper/homeless shack really ruined it, otherwise would be 3 or 4 stars.
carl kridler: My daughter loves the swings. And playing with the other children.
John R: Be careful!
Jeremiah Cruz: Fresh air
CodyK: A decent little park with a couple of trails sprouting off the main trail. The creek running through it is peaceful.
Senada Delic: Walking trails are amazing!
clear as water: Really pretty 🌟🌟🌟
Aaron Lehrman: A little awkward to find and park, but great trail.
Darla Spoors: It was a beautiful and refreshing walk.
Jessica Fields: Well maintained walking path. Very pretty
Bhavani Ananthan: Love this park.. Bigger play area for kids, basketball 🏀 court, and a nice walking trails into the woods.. Fall season visit is best
Zach Morrison: Great gem in the middle of the city. Nice place to escape to nature.Playground: At school next to parkRestrooms: Outhouse styleDog-friendliness: Great place to walk dogs. Has doggie bags available.
Samuel Mayes: awesome park!
High Class Genetics: Large wooded park good for taking your dog. Lots of mushrooms. Creeks and little streams . Also an abundance of deer
