Brian Crum: I booked a conference room and was very impressed with the responsiveness to all of my questions to set this up. Furthermore, the room was perfect, all the tech worked and the staff of the Factory was attentive to making sure our experience was positive. They provided coffee and water, the tv screen had all the cables we needed and we even jumped into an impromptu video meeting while there.

Mike Maine: I called ahead to reserve a space to work for the afternoon because I'm from out of town. I asked him if they were part of a network of workspaces that I belong to in California called Regis/spaces. He laughed on the phone like it was some sort of joke. I told him I didn't think it was funny was just asking a question.He said he could give me a space for $20, so I decided to Uber over there. When I arrived a little manager guy told me I had to log in thru their website to reserve a space. I asked him if he could just check me in from his desk and computer which were right there to save time. I also told him he could've told me to register online before I got there to save time. I had a call in 15 minutes and I didn't want to have to go through the online registration process. He then told me he wouldn't allow me to work there, I assume it's because I appeared upset. I never said a foul word. Never did anything out of the ordinary except express my frustration and appear inconvenienced.He got on a his little power trip and just told me he didn't want my kind in there. I asked what kind is that? He said he just didn't like something about me. I suspect he meant he didnt like a customer that challenged his self appointed authority. Fair enough! I couldnt concentrate on work with a db like that around. I don't recommend here. Too much attitude.Btw found a really great alternative place called Spacebar to do my work that's quiet, surrounded by professionals, with great customer service!

Alisia Pulella: Being a remote worker, I so appreciated the flexibility given to accommodate my 7pm conference call from The Factory. I needed to be in Grand Rapids to pick a friend up at the airport at 8pm but also needed to lead a meeting at 7pm. The facility is top notch. Clean, great tech, private rooms, espresso maker, etc. The Factory will be my work spot whenever I am in GR.

The team at The Factory was ready for us with coffees, waters, and a clean workspace ready to go. Everyone was very accommodating, and all needed equipment worked properly. Dave Yonkman: We have held two meetings at The Factory thus far. I was very pleased on both occasions. Very friendly and courteous staff. Fresh coffee and cookies for guests. I highly recommend it for those in need of a third-party location to get people out of their offices and into a different environment. The massive amount of whiteboard space is particularly helpful.

Erik Frost: I recently rented "The Learning Center" for the day. The movable furniture was great, as we could create the desire set-up. They even allowed me to utilize a common couch for the day.I was able to bring in food for the meeting, which was nice so I could meet known dietary restrictions.Megan and Frederick were both excellent to work with.

Absolutely amazing people, they went out of their way to make sure we have everything we needed and helped us although they didn't really need to. I''d recommend this space for anybody who's looking for a great office renting experience in the Grand Rapids experience.

Ken Nelson: The local Regus offices have great people. The corporation as a whole is HORRIBLE!! I'd highly recommend looking at different companies....billing is an issue....our pricing has increased at an average rate of 30% year over year. I wish I could get that much of a price increase for doing absolutely NOTHING!!!

Derek Vermeulen: The facility is fine. The local staff is great. Regus the corporation is terrible to deal with. Whether is billing problems, or bait and switch techniques they need to fix it.

Amy Todd: I have been a member of The Space for over a year. The Space has everything I need to see clients one on one and small or large groups. The coworking space is appointed with all the office supplies you need, excellent Wi-Fi and printer, coffee, tea, and snacks. It's a quiet place where you can focus, get creative and collaborate with other co-workers!

As a busy professional and a mother of two, I was searching for a space I could use on the weekends and evenings. Other coworking places close at 5-6pm. The Space is cozy, welcoming, fast Internet, several spaces to use, free parking, snack bar, and many other features you need for a productive work day.Honestly, its gem.

Some of the ideas people come up with are simply world changing!
