Natasha Nichols: Omg yum!!! We got crab cakes so good. The crab meat and breading ratio right on point. We got shrimp, snow crab, scallops and potatoes corn and I got an boiled egg in boiled bag, Cajun with medium heat. The medium heat wasn't really spicy so next time we will try the hot. They had different optiona for flavoring. And different levels of heat you can or want to handle. Oooh and then we got the key lime cheesecake!! Taste very good!! Creamy delicious and had a decent lime taste!! The place is very decent on pricing. We paid for all of this for 91$ we left our server name was Jojo and he did awesome!! We left him a good tip. It was a good birthday for me.

D Thought: Awful experience. This place has fallen big time. Before changing the name to Saucy Crab this restaurant was called Juicy Crab and the food was good. The service was good as well. Unfortunately the restaurant has gone way down. Ordered the catfish basket and it was just terrible. Clearly not catfish. The fish was old and cheap. After notifying the waitress and staff of the bad fish, they only offered a “sorry you didn’t enjoy it” comment. I will never return to eat at this restaurant location again.

The crispy chicken sandwich at wendys tastes better and looks better than the cajun chicken i got on my po boy sandwich. Fries were not cajun. Chicken was not cajun. GUMBO HAD NO SEAFOOD ITS JUST SAUSAGE AND HAS ODD FLAVOR. I would rather eat fast food than eat here.

Danielle Russo: Usually I come here for lunch. I enjoy the atmosphere and music. Always seated right away. Service is a bit slow and not very attentive but everyone is nice. It does take awhile for alcohol beverages to be served. My glass of wine was served after my salad came out and our crab cakes were a little over done this time around. We waited awhile for the server to come back to ask for our salad dressing and crab leg cracker tool. Overall we do enjoy the food.

R Goff: I had some trepidation at first because upon arrival, there were no other patrons in the restaurant. I asked if I could walk around the establishment and the hostess politely honored my request. After liking what I saw, I asked to be seated. What happened thereafter became a magical time of eating and reminiscing. The menu is vast. The restaurant has a southern seafood ambiance and theme to it. My servers name is Jonny. Should you ever visit the locale, as for him. I ordered a shrimp basket w/catfish(separate), onion rings and a side shrimp fried rice. After having ordered, I noticed the old school R&B playing throughout the restaurant. I was immediately catapulted to my collegiate years. The tunes being played, caused a rush of truly fond, memorable moments and people. The food arrived and I wasn’t disappointed. The seafood was well flavored. I could taste the shrimp and catfish: none were so drenched in seasoning that you couldn’t taste the actual seafood. Both the shrimp and catfish were well breaded and beautifully fried. My order of onion rings was delicious. I was hoping they’d not be over fried. They were cooked to perfection. The shrimp fried rice, which I feared I might not like, was good. It didn’t look like your conventional shrimp friend rice. The shrimp were fresh, the entire sauce we well flavored. I’d buy it again. Didn’t order ant speciality drinks, though they do offer them. For me, I had a cold glass of iced sweet tea. The beverage was good: had four glasses. The restaurant was clean. IT’s restroom was clean: I always check restaurant to give me a sense of the cleanliness. Tables were comfortable. This isn’t a fancy dig so don’t expect that. It’s a quaint place to eat southern style seafood. Would I return? Yes. Now I’m ready to dive into its menus to see just how good the food truly is. By the way, there is a great deal of patio seating(which should be a bonus during the warmer months)and the Sports Bar is rather spacious. My only reason for not giving them a 5 star is that I wasn’t as comfortable trying more of the menu.

My fish sandwich was good, but the fish only comes breaded and deep fried, which is not my preference. The sweet potato fries were excellent. The food presentation was very good. It's just too much deep fried food for me, which caused me a heartburn later.... Probably next time I will try some of the boils. Overall it was a good experience!

Comedian Big Sug: The food was ok but I didn't appreciate the 15% gratuity. The server messed up our orders, he never submitted my order, my daughter had to wait 15 min just for a glass of water....he finally put in my order and the manager took half off. So imagine our faces when they basically put the other half on our ticket for a gratuity tip. We did not pay the gratuity, the cops were called and sided with us. I will NEVER go back here.

Kizzy Walker: This was HORRIBLE my family and I had dinner tonight my husband ordered first because my daughter and I were still deciding it took 30minutes for water after asking 3x they brung out my food 1st which was incorrect then my daughter got her food after 15min looking for server I asked where was my husband's food was told he forgot to put it in then we asked for a manager because my daughter shrimp 🍤 wasn't clean and she was missing items out her boil the manager stated that it's to many shrimp for the cook to clean one by one so we get the bill and was charged a mandated tip after we refused to pay the tip the manager called the police and lied saying we were refusing to pay our bill she got mad and told the police they were no help because they made her remove the tip and told her it was against the law to mandate a tip and that I should report them to BBB which I will be doing and plus she serving food which will make you sick

Leo's is a true "fine dining" experience in downtown Grand Rapids. I always love it when the server adds value to a wonderful evening -- Brook, our server last night, has a great sense of humor, timed our meal perfectly as we were visiting with our good friends and taking our time with cocktails and food. We loved everything we ordered (Calamari, Halibut, Jambalaya, and Crab Cakes). The portion sizes were just right, too. They have several cozy booths as well as many tables along the windows if you want to make a request to avoid sitting in the middle of the room. E P: Stopped in last night for dinner and I have to say this is by far the nicest Real Seafood restaurant in the Mainstreet family. The place is visually stunning with a nice balance between modern and classic ascetics. The Chef and Manager both went above and beyond to address my wife's dietary restrictions and everything worked out great. Our server was thoughtful and kind and did everything perfect. I got the fish and chips and my wife got the Paella that was crafted especially for. Both were on point for a place of this caliber and we will be returning very soon.

MyReviews Account: After a fantastic dinner experience last year August, we had an overall mediocre experience today. This was supposed to be a special lunch to celebrate our anniversary.It started off with the building being extremely cold. Our waitress tried to find a solution and I ended up wearing her jacket for the better part of my meal since I couldn't stop shivering.This was very kind of her and I hate having to give a bad review for most of the experience.While our beverages and appetizers arrived within a timely manner, the main dish took a long time to get to us. It turned out the meal had been sitting there all along, our waitress was just busy chatting with colleagues. After some time a different waitress noticed it and ended up bringing us our food.I also had to ask to get some bread during our main course since it was never brought to us.We both had paellas. Unfortunately, the meals were extremely salty and didn't taste very good. We have both been feeling extremely inflamed ever since. It also seemed like my portion of rice was just the leftover, since it wasn't even enough to cover my plate. If it had tasted good, I would have definitely wanted the same portion size as my husband ;)On top of that, the lobster was gooey and not enjoyable.It took a while to get the check and we left pretty disappointed. I don't think we will be back.

We've been to the Real Seafood in Bay City and I would say the food was better there, but the design/overall space of the GR location was more impressive than Bay City's space. Unfortunately, my grilled salmon was overcooked, my husband's crab cakes were overly salty and our friend's fish & chips were borderline burnt and therefore dry. Cocktails, appetizers and desserts were terrific...definitely craveable. I highly recommend the chocolate brandy mousse and banana pudding cheesecake (I didn't have it b/c I'm Gluten-free, but everyone at our table raved about it).
