Amy Croff: Excellent cupcakes for a wedding! They are a little hard to get ahold of, but the order was correct. She will decorate the top however you like. She holds tight to the 24 rule which can be hard for some orders but was fine for us. Would order again!

We found SmallCakes, and figured out that might be worth trying it. And i can say their cupcakes and ice creams are so good and delicious, I never expected this taste. We got to know the owners of the shop and they are at the top of hygiene and ethics. we decided to pre-order 3 dozens while returning Canada.i do highly recommend this place for fresh housemade cupcakes.

For starters, their ice cream is rich and smooth and everything I could’ve asked for and more. I tried their Red Velvet and Milk Chocolate Ice Cream and their Birthday Cake cupcake as well as Wedding cake. I can’t wait to go back! Not to mention the owner and her husband have some of the best customer service skills! Highly Recommend, you won’t be disappointed.

It was moist and frosting complimented the cake. The cookies and cream i did not like just because of the frosting. It tastes like pure sugar but giving it 5 stars since the owner has excellent customer service and is so welcoming!

Meghan Herrington: Overall, our experience with The Cakabakery was positive! They made our beautiful and delicious wedding cake. We decided to serve guests with sheet cakes instead of cutting from our own, and unfortunately, the second flavor we chose for these wasn’t what we received day of. It was missing the raspberry filling, which we had listed on our printed menus. Needless to say, we and our guests were disappointed we didn’t get what we paid for.

We had Lemon-mixed berry, red velvet, chocolate-irish cream, vanilla-raspberry, and triple salted caramel-latte. My mother in law also surprised us with a groomscake at the rehearsal and the dark chocolate merlot was UNREAL!

Elizabeth Kent: I had big expectations for Cakabakery, but I was extremely disappointed. Initially the interactions were pleasant. The start of disappointment was a week before our wedding we were asked to change our order/flavors. Next, was the fact that no box was left to pack up the remaining cake so it got destroyed as we tried to make shift a take home box. Lastly, several of our guests complained that the cupcakes were dry. All around not a good experience and would not recommend them.

Regina Ramos: My wedding was 10.8.22. I ordered a small wedding cake and a dessert bar with vanilla vegan cupcakes, cupcakes, cinnamon rolls, and Rice Krispy treats dipped in chocolate. Jason's baking skills are AMAZING and everyone raved about how delicious everything was. He also delivered them to the venue. Sadly I had to give them 3 stars because my wedding cake was made incorrectly. I asked for a naked cake with berries and we just had a naked cake without anything. My wedding planner just put our cake topper on it. When we had our tasting, I felt very ignored because the staff was more occupied with chatting with their friends and the associate who was taking my order kept rushing me. She kept saying "we do this all the time". I know she was taking notes but the finer details were not documented. My advice to couples, make sure you document everything, especially how you want your cake to be decorated. I was not offered compensation for the mistake and I didn't feel the need to ask for money back because I was pleased with the taste of the product and the delivery went smoothly.
Hassan Saleh: The maple cinnamon roll is amazing, cupcakes are good too. The cookie seemed bette cold than warm and to top it off the staff were super friendly and the space is really neat. Enjoy!
Dave Frame: We got our wedding cake here and it was simple (per our request), beautiful, and delicious. We got a three-layer, classic vanilla and chocolate. It was super moist, not too sweet, and still really fluffy. They were really considerate when working with us on the design, and they nailed it.

Nicole Fixx: We used Cakabakery for our wedding cake and desserts cookies. The communication was great, and they were quick to resolve any issues or answer any questions. I received so many compliments on the cookies, and the cake was so delicious!
Casey Hall: I used them for a few Birthday cakes (within a year I’ll add) so had confidence when placing an order for another birthday cake, MONTHS ahead, only to have them not hold my order because they didn’t know the flavor I wanted. They never attempted to reach out to me other than ONE single email which was at the time I was placing the order. Terrible business practice on their end, especially when you’re dealing with things like specialty birthday cakes.
Dan Wolf: I don't eat much dessert, but I ate a chocolate chunk cookie from them that someone gave my friend as a housewarming gift. I didn't know a cookie could be so good. I think about them a lot when they are closed, but today I brought my girlfriend from out of town and it was even better than I remembered. The staff is amazingly warm and friendly. Courtney Skinner: I ordered 2 dozen Bundtinis for delivery. One box was fine, the other looked like the picture I have attached to this review. There were only 2 that were presentable. I called the store and they only offered me a store credit for another dozen Bundtinis at some point in the future. No email confirmation or anything in writing so I have some kind of proof that I have a credit. The appropriate response would have been to credit my card back the amount of one box. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because the Bundtinis were very good and also the delivery person was nice enough to call and see if we wanted to pick them up or have her leave them on our porch since we were not home. Watch out if you order delivery. So disappointing this is how their product came.***EDIT: I received an email from the owner confirming they would credit me 2 dozen bundtinis at any time. I decided to use the credit this weekend and they were delivered. None were tipped over/dropped. I'm adding another star for the customer service, and willingness to make it right.

Carly Miller: We had an amazing experience with DreamScape! We had mini cupcakes for our guests and they were all delicious! They also made my husband and I a personal cake to cut which turned out perfect. They have such great gluten free options as well, we chose half GF and half non GF. I would definitely recommend DreamScape to anyone!

Madalyn Crawford: It is absolutely disgusting and not worth the money. My mother placed the order and spent $150 on a cheaply made disgusting tasting cake that everyone disliked. Out of an entire baby shower, not one person liked it. We even made an announcement of where the cake was made so people could be warned NOT to go here. Flavorless and uneven filling throughout that didn't even make it to the ends of the cake. I promise you, you're better off with a Meijer cake. If you like overpriced filmy plastic tasting frosting with dry cake, then you'll love this place.

We went with Oreo, the chocolate cupcake with chocolate chips, raspberry rubaeus, and spice. Most of the time people don’t even eat the cake or cupcakes but we got 12 dozen for 120 guests and had about a dozen left. The Oreo and chocolate chip were most popular with spice probably being least. Our main cake was fingertip which was so good! Very happy to go with dreamscapes as they are easy to work with and delicious!!! Still getting compliments on the cupcakes

Scott P: We got 10 dozen cupcakes for my graduation open house just the other day, and it's safe to say that everyone was less than impressed. The cupcakes themself were small and dry, the frosting on top was sloppy and uneven throughout, and multiple people said they couldn't taste any difference between some of the flavors. Overall not worth the $300!! that it cost.

All of the flavors are incredible - our favorite flavors are the Lemon Blueberry, Mocha, and Snickerdoodle, but you really can't go wrong! We ordered cake and mini cupcakes, as well as some allergy-specific cupcakes on the side. Jenna was easy to communicate with and so helpful in describing flavors, discussing designs, and explaining the process! We appreciated that day of our wedding, the allergy-specific cupcakes were clearly indicated to the wedding crew so we could make sure they were given to the right people. We had to move our order 4 times for Covid and they were nothing but pleasant and understanding. They went above and beyond when we messed up the pick up time and arranged for us to get it in time anyway.
