Alexander James: Did you get my request for data deletion yet? I had to go through a third party because you have no means of contact beyond an 800 number.
Joshua Wise: Lia is completely fake. Typical salesperson. She could care less about small business, and only cares about money. Total scam. Horrible customer service. Do yourself a favor, do not use this company. Lia cannot even read her own contracts. Tried to charge us for a promotional month, saying the contract allowed her to, but nowhere in the contract was that allowed. When pointed out, she just ignores that. Rude, arrogant, and snotty. She needs a lesson in customer service. -- In response to the business reply, "where we had to point out our agreement terms." -- Please, point them out. Post it on here, please. You can't point to anything in the agreement that supports what you tried to do -- Which is bully me into paying more than we agreed. You sold me a promotion and tried to renege on it. Please, post anywhere in our agreement where it says I had to pay for my "free" month at any point under any condition. You know, and I know, it wasn't in there. So stop your lies!

daniel chen: I did my AD for two month and have not customer contact me at all . The most of all when I told them to cancel my AD they charge me $600 for cancellation fee . I don’t think that’s right . If you wanna doing business with them better red the contract carefully .
Nate Lukaart: We have been using Valpak for many years now as our main way of advertising, we have tried many other mailers and radio and nothing has been even close to as successful as Valpak has been for us. Also they are always on time and easy to work with. If looking for a new way to advertise I would highly recommend talking to anyone at Valpak of West Michigan

matt muscat: usually when people try to sell you something they are at least prompt. It is aggravating when someone asks you to take time out of your schedule for an appointment and then they dont show up. I dont think i'll be doing business with ValPak.
