Randy Peterson: I called when the replacement for the Grand Valley Advance (an advertising section of the Grand Rapids Press) stopped being delivered. I called Mlive about the issue and they gave me two different phone numbers, one a recording asking for money for a pre-paid calling account and the other number disconnected. Mlive's help in this delivery matter is less than useless. They blocked my home phone number so I couldn't call them back after they gave me the first bogus number. Then I called on my cell phone and they gave me the second bogus number. Mlive is a scam.

Second guy got it ordered and the Thanksgiving paper delivered by special request since first guy screwed up. Got Sunday paper just fine. Then the second Thursday paper (11/29) never came. Tried to call and got automated system that said they could not deliver me the paper and to call back tomorrow (11/39). This is why I cancelled two years ago. The service stinks and it's hard to get a hold of anyone. Looks like I'll be cancelling again already. Will NOT recommend The Press to anyone.
