Austyn: We were initially trying to go to another restaurant but there was a long wait, so we came across Smokey Bones and decided to give it a shot. The food, the customer service and all is a 10/10 from our experience. Our waiter, Hunter was great and very friendly. Definitely recommend!

Molly Sheehan: My partner and I tried to dine in at this location on Saturday night. The host looked clueless but told us that there would be a 20 minute wait. We agreed to wait in the lobby after the host explained there was a 20 top that was seated and they just ordered. We understood and waited the 20 minutes.Until three parties who entered the wait list after us were seated before us and then when we asked about us, the host asked what my name was again instead of going down the list of seating parties in the order the arrived. The two other couples even mentioned to the host that we had been there before then and he simply shrugged and goes "Well everyone is going to be seated eventually" with that we got up and left.It's one thing to be short staffed with large parties come through but maybe next time have someone at the hostess station who actually understands how to adhere to seating tables. If you're hungry or in a hurry...Don't bother .

Dave Davis: Ordered door dash got Korean boneless wings and fries. Got what looks like a small 8 pc chicken nugget meal with fries ..no sauce no ranch no Korean sauced on wings . Poor food quality at prememun price .. go eles where this place sucks for money spent

Alison A: We visited last night for the first time and I would highly recommend! The hush puppies were delicious, shrimp toast was amazing. All of our entrees were great, good size portions as well. Fried chicken was the best I’ve had in GR. Our server was Donovan and he provided exceptional service, quick, attentive, friendly, etc. We will definitely be coming back. The only thing I would like to see improved is the cornbread is a little dry. Other than that, 5 stars all around.

Alec Rase: Enjoyed a nice bottle of wine with my fiance, she loved the oysters. Every single barstool wobbled though and that's a pet peeve but besides the furniture needing some adjustments it's a great place.

Elizabeth Woodford: To be honest the main Entrees were good but the sides were lacking. It doesn't help that my husband makes a mean macaroni and cheese at home, we also garden our own collard greens and his recipe is legit. Personally, we make better sides at home. But we enjoyed the happy hour 5 dollar apps and the fresh Oysters the most! Service was great, we just wouldn't return for dinner

Lisa Sutherland: Carolina's never disappoints! I brought my boyfriend who had never been before, and he was thrilled with the shrimp. He's had shrimp at restaurants on Florida's gulf coast, and said Carolina's were much better. I had the Chicken biscuit dinner and fried green tomatoes, and they were divine! Donovan was our server, and we couldn't have been more pleased. He was personable, attentive, and shared some history of the restaurant with us. Will go back again and again!
