I can say confidently Mike Farkas is very knowledgeable and makes it a point to provide the best customer experience you could ask for!!! Mike has always had quick response times to answer any questions or concerns I've had which is critical when it comes to running large production volumes. I can just call up my rep (Mike F) with any issue related to tooling and he will have a list of options, possible tool solutions and quotes usually within minutes. I've even had dozens of situations where if I was in dire need he would hand carry tooling to us just to keep production running smooth. So working with them for 30 years and still get the best service and competitive pricing. Now being a 35 man cnc shop we get the advantages of all their knowledge on tooling. Outside sales has been great working with Mike Farkas. Txt or Email what I'm looking for or trying to do and he uses his expertise and contacts to help solve the issues. It is hard to believe that I have been working with the Nemic team for 25 years and honestly in all that time, the service has only got better and better.Throughout the years they added value with their service by introducing the latest and greatest technology and before too long they introduced VMI to us. This is where the real savings came along. Currently we have been working with Jade at Nemic which handles our VMI, as well as our other needs, and she has really been a huge benefit to our shop. One of the biggest benefits for us is the way she continuously monitors our inventory and has set up alerts to make us aware of what is going on. This assures that we will always have tools available. And in the case of a shortage it will give us time to get a replacement in and keep out lines running.
