lindsey kimball: We initially had a good experience with GRM the first year we used them. This year they TRIPLED what they charged our not profit organization from the previous year without ever saying anything. It wasn’t u til we received the bill that we saw this. Their driver was late, yet they blamed us even though it was I that had to call them to find out where he was. I stood there with him the whole time he calibrated our fair scales yet he wrote that he had “problems” with calibration which he did not. I called several times and sent a few emails only to get no response. When I finally got “a” response they took absolute no accountability for changes within their company that led to balls being dropped, and complete lack of communication. Wouldn’t recommend them, the customer service is virtually non existent.
Kyle Gentz: Timely, responsive, and great service. Love the CERTLINK portal and automatic emails with service report summaries. Makes it easy to obtain calibration certs almost instantly after the service has been performed.

Canyou BeePrivate: Excellent people to deal with, very competent and responsive. Follow up is excellent. I've been a customer for over 10 years. Be aware, the pricing strategy is to nickle and dime customers with high minimum charges for driving 10 minutes to your site or $117 minimum service charges for anything imaginable plus a host of line item charges for random things. If you can afford to rack up a few hundred dollars every time you call, they'll take good care of you quickly and correctly. It's a premium service level, at a cost.

Their knowledge base is tremendous, and they take the time to understand what we do and to understand our processes. This helps in our quest to ensure we are using the appropriate gages for the measurement we seek. Ray Thompson: Purchased a K type temp probe for my DMM. The gentleman that helped my wire and was very helpful and very knowledgeable about what we were looking for. We didn’t get his name but he was a very pleasant and courteous sales rep. Because of him, we will be looking to Granger for all of our future technological needs!

Joshua Baker: Their website is god awful. Sorting through boots by individual size, two different slip test resistance results, and color before you even come close to being able to sort by brand. Had to dig through product details to find electrical hazard confirmation for a pair. Industrial supply is a joke.
Zachary Burkum: Placed an order online at 8:13am, they had it ready to go by 8:28am. Hard to beat that!
Jeffrey Lodholtz: Horrible customer service, reps are not willing to help. You are on their time not yours. Ordered a large amount of first aid kits and most of the products inside were expired. Call the company and they expect you to do the leg work to get the items replaced. I would use Cintas instead!
