Charles Johnson: I will never recommend AAA sling to anyone unless this is made right and I will let them know they do not stand behind their products in a ethical time frame. I’m owner and operator of AJ’s Towing and I purchase all my tow equipment from AAA sling. I had one G70 V chain Bridle give out in less than a years time or around so. I spoke to one person who I explained everything to and he said bring it in and if it doesn’t look over loaded we can take care of you. I asked what to look for to make to make sure that wasn’t the case and I felt it wasn’t so I brought the V chain Bridle in. The every day staff that I normally speak to when I’m there was quite pleasant like normal and take care of me in a very professional and ethical manner. This time there was an additional gentleman there who stepped over to the counter and picked up the bridal and decided to let me know that I can purchase another one or Rig this one up. He continuously attempted to over speak myself and let me know basically is it in his eyes because he’s a professional that this item is overloaded because he thought that he had seen a difference in the shapes or sizes of the welded rings. Was he took a closer look in attempting to show me the difference he realized they were both the same size and there was no difference. In a very non kind manner he continued to smirk and let me know that he wasn’t going to take care of it and wish he knew who I spoke to. Because weld either give out the first few times you use them or not at all.( The kicker is my neighbor is a master welder and he let me know, that it depends on The person that welded the component as well as what material they used. Which the other employee stated as well that works at AAA sling). Then went on to comment that he would take it a step further and send it off, to see what the company thinks but he guarantees me that they going to say it was my fault. Then he finally walked away I asked the other employees if he was the owner or HR or a higher form of management because the way he continued to speak to me and everyone else stayed speechless. They replied no he’s not a manager nor HR or the owner. At that moment I started to feel that he treated me the way he did for one or two reason. Reason one being a small outfit that isn’t that valuable to their company. Secondly i’m not apart of his social status or mannered to be respected. Either way I felt I wasn’t taking care of that because of the component not because the product not because of it failing or in the manner it felt. I felt it was a personal game that he felt he should win I want I locate a location that sells similar products and stand behind their products I will move forward and shop only with them. ( Apologize for any errors within this review I am currently very frustrated and surprised). I hesitated to do this review just in case they chose not to replace the item under general wear but this component was not very expensive at all to me this is more about the principle of communication in treating customers ethically not playing the I’m the boss and I won’t honor or take care of you method because I can.)

jeff Lace: Very disappointed with IMS supply. I've done two orders with them. Same item, the first one was one item per box, the second time it was two items per box. It says 2 per box on the website and my order confirmation. I received only one item instead of two. The two item box was 50% more than the single item box i bought four days earlier. When I contacted IMS, they sent me a screen shot saying that it was only a single item. This is NOT on their website OR on the written confirmation that they sent me (it says box of 2). I asked for either a refund down to the single item price (which is on still their website), or send me the second item I PAID for. They said they didn't have any more stock, and it was more expensive "because prices fluctuate". If it fluctuates, why is the single item less than the 2 per box item that contains only one item?On their written order confirmation they state "Your satisfaction is our priority",Obviously not in my case since I'm taking my time to right this.Please be cautious with dealing with this company since they don't care about customer satisfaction in my opinion.
