They have a customer for life with us.***We found this company when searching for new flooring based on Google reviews so it seems only fitting to include our experience as well. We can say enough about Devon, Sharee, and Devon and what they did for us.Our sales rep Devon has the patience of Job. We are adding wood flooring to a home with wood trim and cabinetry that we don't want to change so flooring color is critical. Devon sat with us for over an hour as we pondered what really to do. We chose an option and then had a second guessing episode and he came back out to the house to make sure we had what we wanted (we did).Devon, (installer Devon), came to put new flooring on our stairs and upstairs hallway but when he pulled off the carpet we discovered real wood stairs in great condition. So after navigating what to do, we opted to keep the real wood, return the carpet, and he stayed to make sure everything was free of staples. He even stayed a little longer to talk through with my husband some thoughts on best practices for installing our floor.That brings us to Sharee. She worked with us to get the carpet piece returned even though it was an odd size. She adding additional wood flooring for the 2nd floor, and she has followed up consistently on delivery times because of the material back order due to COVID.I really didn't think there were companies that worked this hard at customer service anymore. I am thrilled to say they have restored my hope. Small businesses don't get enough credit for going above and beyond. This one definitely deserves it.

CC: It's really hard to know who to trust when looking to hire people for home renovations, and I'm so happy we put our trust in Complete Flooring & Interiors. We had our kitchen floors done two years ago now, and choose a herringbone laminate flooring. When the project was first completed we had some serious concerns with the new flooring. The laminate wasn't level and was quickly showing signs of peeling. When we brought our concerns to Complete Flooring & Interiors they addressed the problem immediately. The owner, Don (a complete delight) came to our home immediately to assess the situation. He validated our concerns and promptly devised a plan to fix the situation. Turns out it was an issue with subflooring, which they took complete responsibility. Within days, Don had a crew completely redoing our floors from scratch. He also personally supervised the project. With correct subflooring, the new floors look amazing. It's been over two years now and floors have held up extremely well in a high traffic area. Mistakes happen, what's important is having a company that is committed to good work and integrity. I greatly appreciated the work Complete Flooring did and will certainly use them again for any future projects.

Mike laid our Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring in a hallway and bathroom and did a wonderful job! Phil refinished our wood floor beautifully! We were surprised that there was only very minimal dust. He gave us options of stains, but also suggested he putting just the oil clear coat on—which we had him do. We LOVE the richness of the color and grain of our almost 30 year old red oak floor! Dave and his partner laid our living room carpet and stairs. They did an awesome job! No walls or woodwork were scratched and the carpet looks great! All the installers cleaned up after they worked. Lisa P: We were in the store for at least twenty minutes looking at flooring, and we were ignored the entire time we were in the store. The salesperson actively avoided looking at us and never acknowledged us because he was so busy with his 8 box self-installed flooring sale. We understand that you might be helping other customers, but you can still greet people when they come in and say you'll be with them in a bit. We're looking to put 1500 square feet in LVT in our house plus stairs, and have it installed, and you absolutely lost any chance at our business.I stand by my review despite the owner's response. It literally takes 15 seconds to greet a customer who walks into the shop. It is rude to ignore them and it makes them feel like they don't matter. There is a difference between being focused on the customer you are with and ignoring other people, especially when they are standing in front of you.

Molly Stout: My husband and I recently hired Complete Flooring & Interiors to renovate our kitchen, mudroom, and half bath in our 1940 Cape Cod style home. The finished product is completely stunning! We are so pleased with the craftmanship of the work, and can't believe how the team was able to completely transform our space. We especially appreciate that the hardwood floors in our kitchen are an exact match to the almost 80 year old floors in the rest of our home! We had the privilege to work Sara as our designer. Her style and design expertise is incredible and completely exceeded our expectations! We hope to stay in this home for a very long time, but if we find ourselves in a position where we want to renovate another home, we definitely would hire Complete Flooring & Interiors again and again!

Neil Johnson: This company did both our hearth and entry way into our house.Our fireplace hearth was made of concrete and a piece of firewood was dropped on it. It caused a diagonal crack. We checked with several brick places and tried to get someone to come and fix it. No one called back. My wife had the idea to check with a tile place. Complete Flooring & Interiors was our third stop. They were very helpful and informative. They came to our house and we chose a tile. When the work was done we were impressed enough to have our entry way done. We really liked the person who did the work also. Our house was build around 1970 and the work certainly made our living room look great.

sara t: I can't speak to the quality of installation because their lack of communication and follow through. My boyfriend and I were interested in purchasing wood and tile flooring, backsplash, and counter tops through them. We asked if someone could come over to give us an estimate on the material cost. We also wanted some other work done such as removing/moving walls. They said that they would get back to us with the estimate for materials and labor costs. Over the course of several weeks we called and left messages a couple times and they still did not get back to us. So we went into the store to see if someone else could come in and give us an estimate. After we left the store they called and gave us one hours notice. Three people came over, including the original guy. We still have not heard back from them or got any estimates for any of the work or materials. We are both disappointed to say the least.EDIT: Any of your records would be under my boyfriends name. He did leave a voice mail today to clarify that. In the two times that people had come over there was no measurements taken and no pictures taken. We had two projects in the house where we wanted walls to be moved/removed entirely. Considering that they were to be completed before any tile or flooring I don't understand how that would be effected by picking out materials. Either way, we did not receive any follow up on those projects at all. It wasn't even until my boyfriend ran into one of your contractors at a bar where he asked if someone got back to us with a price and then let my boyfriend know that they might not be interested in taking our projects on. Unfortunately, after waiting weeks and weeks on end with no courtesies extended to us we will be going through someone else.

joe hubscher: The store is very clean and nice, but the best part of it all is the owners James and Sarah Van Tuinen. They are so professional and friendly, they make you feel like family, also another big part of my 5 star review is pricing, I went shopping around and there prices could not be beat and the quality was better as well. Sarah and Jamie are the owners and a husband and wife team.Sarah describe in detail how laminate flooring is waterproof now and not anything like the old stuff that bucked and lifted. She is quite knowledgeable on their products. Well done!Then Jamie came over and explained everything involved in the installation process, his grandfather, father and himself have done flooring their whole life which made me feel at ease. Me not knowing how to swing a hammer was very impressed.I will be having the work done by them as soon as the rooms are painted.So, to sum up this review.Call them and experience all of this for yourself. You won’t be disappointed.Yes, they did beat the other quotes, but even if they didn’t, I would have put my trust in them.Very pleased!!

Maverick Roche: To provide transparency, Maverick is actually my dogs name. I prefer not sharing my personal information online and do not participate in social media of any kind.However, I believe people need to be warned about the Floor Network and the manager, Rob Yoder. Long story short, I was in the process of selecting floors for my entire home. Approximately $30,000 job. I was given an invoice based on an estimate of materials, installation, etc. but the actual materials had not been selected yet. This is where the problem started.I wasn’t getting any professional guidance on what material can be laid where or what depth is required for particular subfloors. Rob ordered a sample piece of flooring for something they didn’t have in their showroom and when it arrived at my home, I knew it wasn’t going to work and immediately went into the flooring network to tell Rob. My husband and I then started looking at other options over the next few days and we were concerned that Rob didn’t seem very knowledgeable about floors. We were frustrated by how much time and research we were putting into learning about cork or foam and WPC VS SPC. I mean, isn’t that what we are paying the floor network $30,000 for??? At this point we decided we weren’t comfortable moving forward with the floor network. I told Rob in person. I asked for my deposit back, which was $18,000 and he told me I could pick up a check the next day.Then he sent me an email and told me he already ordered the floor (the floor he knew we didn’t want and would not work with our existing floor)He claimed it had been ordered the same day he ordered the sample and it wasn’t returnable without a 35% “restocking fee”First of all, why would he order a product that the customer hasn’t even seen yet? We didn’t agree to his ordering this material. We asked for a sample!And why would he order it even if we did want it? Shouldn’t he have known (as the professional floor installer) that the depth of this floor was not recommended for our space?If his story were true, if he did order this floor the same day he ordered our sample, why did he carry on several conversations with me about making other selections???His entire story makes no sense. Only an idiot thinks they can get away with this nonsense.It makes more sense that he’s lying about having ordered the floor in the first place and that’s his way of trying to steal several thousands of dollars from me.There was no purchase agreement or sales contract that outlines any of these alleged policies that he stated after I asked for my deposit to be returned.Suddenly, there is no refund policy on material and service that WAS NEVER PROVIDED?There is a 35% restock charge on some materials?This company is obviously desperate right now. These types of ploys and inconveniences might work for something like a $45 late charge on a cell phone account but $18,000??? What in the world are they thinking?Rob literally tried to steal $18,000 from me and he actually lied and manufactured “reasons” to do it. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company and make a police report to Kentwood.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH FLOOR NETWORK.First, Rob doesn’t know anything about floors. He was about to install a 1.6 mm vinyl on concrete that transitions into 14mm high carpet. ????We told him we didn’t want this floor and he ordered it anyway??? Or he ordered it before we even saw it???Or he’s lying about ever ordering it at all because he thought I was stupid enough to let him keep thousands of dollars ???Any one of those scenarios is bad.Call DeGraff interiors or lumber liquidators, and you could probably call someone from Craigslist who wouldn’t be stupid enough to try to steal $18,000 for PROVIDING NOTHING.I almost want to Pursue criminal charges for defrauding the public.

Libby Brott: I have done business at Vehey on Wealthy street before and generally had a good experience. Unfortunately, today when I went to the store, they had 2 maskless employees in the store. I walked out because of it. When the manager came out to see what was wrong and I explained it, he apologized but said they had decided that masks weren’t necessary if people were spaced out. That is not the CDC’s recommendation.It makes me wonder where else they make their own rules and what other corners they cut.

Alex McKeown: I have never given a bad review in my entire life but this is by far the worst company we have ever dealt with. We had them install three laminate counters in our brand new home. ALL of them produced giant bubbles about three months after they were installed. First I got a sincere call and apology from the owner and was told the "Experienced/Master Installer" would be out to fix this problem asap. Then after coming out and seeing them said that this WASN'T their fault and now is leaving us with this issue. If I could give them zero stars I would. Terrible service, and absolutely not standing behind their word. Save yourself a headache and never use these people.

Joyce Smith: Odd experience. I was hoping to get quotes for redoing kitchen, small bath and stairway with hardwood or marmoleum. The estimator was intent on selling engineered hardwood or vinyl and seemed irked at my request to get quotes for the materials I actually wanted. They do sell marmoleum, but apparently don't like to actually install that. Never got a quote, so total waste of time. Recommend Old to Gold for hardwood and Dehaan Flooring for linoleum (Marmorette, the armstrong brand of lino). Hope this saves someone time and aggravation.

Jane Yelvington: Verhey removed carpet from a stairway, hall and 3 bedrooms. They then installed hard surface flooring in these areas. Verhey was very helpful and responsive during the sales process as I wanted to match some flooring already in the home. Their installation crew was wonderful. They did a beautiful job! They also worked cleanly and left my home immaculate each day. I would definitely hire again and highly recommend this firm.

Judy Clowney: Verhey Carpet installed my beautiful Marmoleum floor. The installers did a very careful job and the floor looked great, but after a few months there was a problem with the tiles coming up at the seams. It wasn't terrible, but it was no longer perfect. The sales staff was very concerned and worked with the manufacturer and installer to determine what caused the problem and how to rectify it. The floor was completely replaced, including the sub-flooring, at no charge to me. At no time was anyone connected with Verhey anything but pleasant and professional. I highly recommend this company, for another firm might well have put a little extra glue on the bad spots and ignored my growing concern. My floor is now perfect.

James Koops: We were referred to Verhey Carpets by a friend. The initial experience of shopping for the carpet was great. They let us take 15 samples from the store that was much bigger than the very small 1 in. by 1 inch samples you get from the big box stores. Quickly following our decision on the carpet was a quick (and free) measurement that took just 15 minutes. The big brand stores again charged us $25-$45 for the measurement. The Verhey quote beat both Home Depot and Lowes quotes that we had already obtained. We really liked the fact they were locally owned and a family oriented type of company. The install was great. Very professional and can't see any seams. I loved how quick it was from picking out the carpet to the install date. Verhey went the extra mile to accommodate a couple of items that the big box stores would have up charged. The final product is amazing. We will be raving about Verhey for years to come. I would encourage anyone to start at Verheys and know that you are in great hands!

Meredith Hamlin: Very bad experience. The quote took over a week to come in. They broke a picture on my wall and just left it. They came on a day they weren't supposed to be here and just walked in my house at 8;00am. They left sawdust all over my front lawn. The floors have small bubbles in them and I have tried to get them to come out to the house to look at them and they keep rescheduling. Very bad experience for the money I paid.
