Sierra Jahnke: Edit: the owner personally contacted me and we discussed the situation. This store has both new and used dresses which helped explain the price variance. He was very helpful and understanding and very professional.Cute store. Customer service was extremely rude. Me and my sister were looking for prom dresses and we went to find a fitting room. It was very hard to find someone who worked there. After searching we found an older woman who was very rude and snippy. Granted it was a busy Saturday, but to look at us and say, “this is how we we do things” (followed with a speech in a rude tone) with a huge attitude and disgusted look was very disappointing. When it was her turn to go in the lady still continued to be rude and disgusted when she told my sister, “wow you’re lucky you got a room”. This store is second hand and prices were outrageous! Some dresses were new with tags, but to ask hundreds of dollars doesn’t settle right. They didn’t have any dresses to fit my sister, but it is peak prom season so I understand the lack of sizes. However, I was extremely disappointed with the customer service given by the lady. The whole store gave off judgement vibes from the minute we walked in… not what I expected from a second hand store. The store is cute and has a nice layout, but I won’t go back again.

Paige Roelse: Everything was great about the shop, except the sizes. I had one plus size bridesmaid (she was pregnant but didn’t gain much more weight because of her size). We scheduled an appt and I thought they’d at least have a few dresses for her to try on with the designer we picked (Hayley Paige). Nope, just 1 dress. My bridesmaid was a good sport though and never got mad. She said she’s use to it, but I was really sad. I got a glimpse into the reality she lives with everyday. She tried on some of the dresses that were too small, they only went just below her chest. She tried so hard to get an idea of what it would look like if it was completely on. With a lot of these dresses they have back details, none of which she could see with the dress smooshed and bunched at her chest. I was so sad and embarrassed. We are in the 21st century and with all the body positively movements and such, I thought by now stores like this would be aligned and have inclusive sizes. Guess not.That bridesmaid ended up picking the 1 dress that was in her size. I don’t think that’s a coincidence. Who wants to spend over $300 for a dress you can’t even really try on. Not to mention they charged more for the plus size because they said they “needed more fabric.”I share this just for other brides to be aware. If you have a plus size bridesmaid, maybe warn them ahead of time so they don’t have to be subjected t the embarrassment like mine had to.

Sarah Anderson: THANK GOODNESS FOR THIS PLACE! My original plan for my wedding was just to let my bridesmaids pick whatever they wanted from wherever within a color palette. What a mess that would have been! Alex saved me SO MANY headaches. With Alex's help, we were able to pull together a palette in the store, assign each girl to a color and then they could pick from a variety of styles in their assigned color. The palette that Alex created turned out more beautiful than anything I could think of or anything on my Pinterest board and her plan was so much easier/less stressful than my original plan. She's absolutely on top of everything and so wonderful to work with. I am so grateful that I stopped in the store and got to work with Alex on this. She went above and beyond to make sure everyone ordered in time and ordered the correct size. She even helped us get measurements for a bridesmaid who will be wearing a suit instead of a dress. It's such a relief to have bridesmaids dresses set, beautiful, perfect, everyone happy with them and Alex made it so incredibly easy and stress-free for me. I absolutely love what we ended up with.

Paige Raiford: Brides...this is the place to go for your bridesmaid dresses! I was so blown away by our service and treatment at Bella. Beforehand Alex worked with me to have the colors and specific dresses I wanted to look at all lined up and ready to go when we arrived. Top to bottom professional and extraordinary service, we arrived with special signage for our group and champagne . I had my girls pick their own dresses and Alex helped me create a custom showroom to have my girls pick from and got everything ordered quickly and accurately. Any question I had was answered. A huge selection in store and they will help you coordinate anything they may not have in stock. This location is beautiful with tons of space for you and your crew to hang out and try on dresses. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Joe Murphy: Service was fine when getting fitted. Tuxedos did not fit well and when asked about adjustments they said they could not be adequately adjusted. Many of the groomsmen looked as though their tuxedos did not fit properly. Up charges for things such as a “fitted shirt”. Cuff links fell apart during the wedding. When I called to talk to a manager she was dismissive and did not seem to care in the slightest. Will not be using this business again and I suggest other do not either.

Sarah Almy: I would like to be specific in saying that this review is just for the store on 28th st. NOT Northland drive. I will be sharing a separate review AND making a phone call. As for the 28th st store; these guys were amazing!! Super quick and friendly all the way around, and super affordable. Dunhill prices are a fraction of what other places like Men's Warehouse is AND they look just as great!!The first fitting was as expected with measurements and approximations, but still quick. The final try on session was my worry. As the Bride I wanted to make sure my guys looked good and were happy. We did run into some small alteration problems and they were able to take care of everything right there!! All the guys were happy which made me happy!

Hannah Fletcher: Pleasantly and wholly surprised with this company. Let me start by saying that I know NOTHING about tuxedos. I measured my husband and ordered what I thought was his size. HA needlessly to say it wasn’t. I emailed John to see what I could do. Y’all, within a couple of hours, he CALLED me, not email, not text, but an actual human to human telephone call. He was so nice and helpful. I had a tight timeline, and THAT SAME DAY, John had the correct size jacket in the mail. Now on top of the amazing and personal customer service, the resale tux I received may as well have been brand new. The quality was superb and it’s even better than the pictures. Thank you John and Dunhill!!!

Bethieallyn Curtis-Verburg: Kim told me she would hem any skirt I bought anywhere so I bought a taffeta skirt for my granddaughters wedding and took it to Kim. Said normal charge is $80 but she’d do it for me for $60 so she had 3 weeks, I went in two days before wedding(1 day before she scheduled to be done) and it wasn’t even started, Kim told me to come back by 5 and I did, mistakenly paid for it and took home. I had to hand hem, that evening at least a 1/3 of hem because she missed with blind hemmer , also many thread ends to be tied off and the thread she used was not even barely but the thicknesses if a human hair.must have bought in China, never seen that tin before.What a joke, what a bleeder of money this woman is. They are crooks, go to Woodland Mall by the old Big Boy entrance and use those people they do GREAT work and don’t screw you in process, should have listened to sales person at Macy’s. These small business owners are drowning themselves and their fellow small business owners with their shiester tactics

Elizabeth Fallon: I’m a little late writing this, but I was thrilled with the quality of work this boutique provided! My wedding dress required a lot of detailed alterations due to it’s intricate lace design. The very bottom of my dress had beautiful detailing that I assumed they would have to remove in order to shorten the dress. But they were able to remove the stitching, take off a few inches, and then reattached it! It looked absolutely perfect! I’m so grateful for the quality of work they provided, the low cost (especially for the time and effort put into perfecting the dress), and how quickly they were able to return the dress to me. I would definitely recommend this shop to all my family and friends!(Side note! Standing in the grass, the dress looks too long but that’s not the case. The length was perfect!)

That repair is phenomenal and she also altered mother of the groom, junior bridesmaid, and an usher's suit. All wonderful and the service was outstanding. I would highly recommend.

Amanda Mischief: The lady who helped me was awful. She measured around my bust only and determined I was a size 22 (I was a 10 at the time) then she laughed when she saw me trying on a size 22 dress. She said "I'll show you some dresses you can afford" and showed me to the clearance section. As I was leaving she gave me some fitness magazines and asked if I would be going on a bridal diet. Worst experience ever.

She made the experience seamless. They even have a section of the boutique of unreleased next season dresses. So if a true one of kind dress is your goal, check them out. Also dress was supposed to take 6-8 months and ended up arrivng perfect in only 4.

From the moment we walked in until we finally made the decision on the dress we were her sole focus and attention and she made me as the bride feel special as well as my guest be very involved in the moment. They were very accommodating as well because I had a morning appointment and stepped away for lunch and take some time to confirm my decision and we went back at the end of the day to purchase and they were so accommodating and took the time to allow me to put the dress back on and have the final look and celebration. The store itself is beautiful, modern, clean, organized, and has a huge selection of beautiful gowns that are gorgeous while being extremely affordable. Many stylists and managers were so supportive, complimentary, and helpful that it really felt like the whole team there wanted you to have that special moment in your special dress. I would highly recommend True Society and especially Elise to anyone looking to have an amazing and affordable bridal experience because it will truly be a life-long memory!

Sarah Sobieray: I had the greatest bridal experience at True Society GR today! Not only was I grateful to say yes to a dream dress, I experienced it with my favorite gals and a terrific consultant. Annie was a treat to meet and fabulous at her job! She made me feel so great about myself and never made me feel rushed or pushed. This was such a big deal for me since I have the hardest time making decisions. The boutique is so cute and tasteful with a huge range of dress options varied in price points, designers, styles and sizes to accommodate literally any body. The experience was altogether welcoming and very transparent so you know what you are walking into and signing for before you make a purchase which I am appreciative for.
