Jacqueline (Yamitogi): Don't get me wrong this lady did a good job my first appointment, but it really sucks the second time I came, she rushed my sew in and it's completely uneven some sides. Also the fact her communication is horrible, do not get me started on that. (Also very rude) You can't even call her to work anything out, appointment wise. She changes the prices on everything so you don't even know what the full amount is until after the appointment is done. (which is an arm and a leg) Her hair bundles are kinda affordable and nice. Also to note, I've never gotten sew-ins done prior, she never told me how to take care of them except "wash once a month and put oil in your hair". Did not specify anything else.I really wanted her to be my go-to salonist, but my second appointment is what made me back track on my opinion mainly.Also the fact her shop is located in a really sketchy area, just a heads up if any of you are unfamiliar with the area.**EDIT, RESPONDING TO OWNER**What are you even talking about both times? I literally went there to get extensions installed the first time, my ACTUAL hair didnt have mold in it so why are you lying to make me look bad? The second time to get them reinstalled had product build up (mold), you didn't tell me anything about taking care of it besides what I just said. You never sent me links or even mentioned about getting it washed and maintenance until my second appointment. I completely understand the hair stylist health and concern but I do not appreciate the lack of communication and the heavily unprofessionalism INCLUDING lying. I never refused to book your maintenance appointments, because once again, you didn't tell me up until my second appointment, which you keep shaming me for.I gave you 4 stars the FIRST time I went to my appointment, which you actually did a great job on. I circled back only because of the fact, if you didn't read my review, you rushed my sew in, were rude, etc. I'm not repeating myself again, my SECOND appointment. Side note, I could afford my appointment, never said I couldn't. I just asked if you took payment plans. You never refused my services, I took myself elsewhere, once again LYING.Please at least take some responsibility, the whole mold thing is partially my fault as well. this could have all been prevented if you would've just communicated better and been a little more helpful.

Mila Spencer: Shady business - would be skeptical of booking for hair related services here if I were you. Kay's booking requires you pay the ENTIRE appointment upfront while booking before anything. DO NOT DO THIS. Emails claims that cancellation/refunds are accepted as long as appropriate notification is necessary - I gave her over two weeks. When I tried multiple attempts to contact her to cancel, she tried to keep well over half my money - having never replied to anything I sent her. Had to reverse charge with bank to get all my money back.

Please check with the receptionist upon booking any appointments to see if you are the type of guest they have the skill set to provide haircuts to. While I thank salon personnel for their honesty, it leads one to question why the Launch don’t have client specifications and terms of service on their website.
