Tylor Hoekstra: Not happy with the service and state of the Pet Wash station. Called ahead to see if there was a wait and the girl who answered the phone was unintelligible. When we arrived we were directed to one of the self-serve pet wash stations and it had clearly not been cleaned. Dirt and dog hair all over the floor, drain clogged with hair, and I had to go ask for towels because there were none in the room. Most of the supplies were laying around the room instead of the shelves, and more than half of the available soaps were empty.It's too bad because I really like this service that Chow Hound provides, when it is administered correctly. I will not be returning to this Eastern/28th location.I've had a better experience at the Byron Center location.

Alexander Kurek: It's a nice place but the drive way is a little bumpy and things aren't always there that I need but the staff is super friendly then again I did have to go there and certain products not be in stock I probably waisted a lot more gas going to this location and back without product in hand or return money I would give 3 stars but after my comment was deleted I will repost I'm still not angry I am disappointed however because just recently I called and asked if I could return a turtle filter I told the young lady very nicely that I had I for maybe over a year or two she said bring it by I maybe able to return it well got there and she immediately said sorry it's been over 30 days well if this wasn't the biggest waist of time gas is hard to come by when your on disability and looking for a part time job you could have told me over the phone that I'm sorry our records state it's been over 30 days we cannot accept this product back but I got told opposite of that so for future use check your computer then and there don't run people around some of us are very busy and have product in stock and ready when your site says you have it in on a different note I'm sorry but if I need anything I will simply shop online of other companies and brands or go to the local petco down the street I'd say I'm sorry but I think this is for you to be sorry for all the problems that have occured at this location I do appreciate however the kindness you showed me and my animals as we came in from time to time and the nice deals you gave me but it's time I find more reliable better trained people for my pets needs take care have a good day
