Jessica Murphy: Beware!!! We were regulars until recently. This place is run by kids. We used them for our two female labs recently. We hired them to come to our home to care for our dogs for a long weekend and late morning two hours after we left, we we received a text that our “boys” had been fed. They are girls and had just been fed - they were not to be fed until dinner.We always leave towels out to wipe feet before letting them in. Apparently they were not used. We came home to such a muddy mess in our home I can’t even describe it. Like I said, until this event, we were regulars. They miscommunicated internally previously, but never like this. We no longer trust them to take care of our dogs and certainly not inside our home. They don’t have it together and their extremely young staff is not dependable. We have found a couple of other great providers. You may want to skip the frustration on this one and find another source.

We were half way around the world when one of our dogs had an issue and they handled it as well or better than we would have if we had been home. Heather Kittle: I found Doggie Latchkey by doing an online search 2 years ago and I’m so glad! My pet sitter is Joni, and she has become a second mom to my 2 kitties, and a trusted helper to me! One night I had to take one of my cats to the emergency room and he had to have emergency overnight surgery but I couldn’t get back to pick him up until late the next day. Joni was texting me throughout the night because she was worried about him, and then she picked him up for me in the morning, took him home, and made sure he was settled in before she left. That’s not part of her job description and although I did pay for her time, her personal concern and special care were bonuses. That’s one example of the high quality service that I have gotten from Doggie Latchkey, but I have other examples too! The scheduling and billing people are also helpful, efficient, and friendly. I highly recommend them!

Smoothie: I. love. this. service. They are friendly and are wonderful with our dog and cat. They do walks, scoop cat litter, fresh water and snacks, and my pets are loving it. Well worth the peace of mind.

Leandro Binuya: I don’t recommend this place. I took my dog for boarding for the thanksgiving weekend. First of all, the drop off process was a bit shady. The house sounded like it was absolutely filled with dogs. Then, when I picked up my dog, the house smelled like weed as soon as they opened the door. I had to wash my poor dog, his bedding and carrier because of the awful smell from staying at this place. I don’t recommend this place and you’re better off paying more money at other sitters or boarding kennels. Thank God I only boarded my dog for a couple of days; I can’t imagine how they actually take care of the dogs.
