E.R. Husa: I cannot speak highly enough of my experience working with Pet Agree. It is easy to schedule the services that I need. I received an electronic invoice separate from scheduling such that no credit card information is kept on file. I really appreciate that. Most importantly, the team members who walk my Golden Retriever love him as much as I do. Due to knee surgery, I have been unable to walk him as often as I like, and I have been working from home when they arrived. The team members are courteous and pleasant. It is amazing to see the care they have for him, evident even in the tone of their voice. Not surprisingly, my Golden Retriever is so excited to see them and so happy when he returns from his walk. They have given me tips in how to train him to walk without darting after a squirrel, or how to handle the situation when/ if a stray dog is around.I really appreciate it. Thank you.
Liz Lord: Matt and the team at PetAgree have been fantastic! When my mom’s international trip got unexpectedly and unavoidably extended, I reached out to coordinate additional services for her cat. Matt replied immediately and made the process of adding check-ins a breeze. He communicated regularly checking in on the status of her trip. Danyell and Tara, who were the ones checking in on Ollie, were also wonderful. They posted updates after each visit and always included multiple pictures where it was clear Ollie was happy and well cared for. Brian Clark: We have used Pet Agree for awhile now and they have been awesome but recently they were quite literally a life saver! When an extended trip happened unexpectedly they stepped up and have done a phenomenal job. Cant say enough about this company and their loving employees.
Jessica Murphy: Beware!!! We were regulars until recently. This place is run by kids. We used them for our two female labs recently. We hired them to come to our home to care for our dogs for a long weekend and late morning two hours after we left, we we received a text that our “boys” had been fed. They are girls and had just been fed - they were not to be fed until dinner.We always leave towels out to wipe feet before letting them in. Apparently they were not used. We came home to such a muddy mess in our home I can’t even describe it. Like I said, until this event, we were regulars. They miscommunicated internally previously, but never like this. We no longer trust them to take care of our dogs and certainly not inside our home. They don’t have it together and their extremely young staff is not dependable. We have found a couple of other great providers. You may want to skip the frustration on this one and find another source.
Matt Hayes: Diane, Mel and the entire Pet-Agree crew were professional, punctual and most importantly compassionate when handling our dogs. We were half way around the world when one of our dogs had an issue and they handled it as well or better than we would have if we had been home. As a pet owner that is what you really need to hear, they can handle any situation so you can relax with one less thing to worry about.

She was so friendly and helped me through getting everything set up! Heather came over for a visit with our dogs with us there so everyone was comfortable! Our dogs loved her right away! After losing our long time dog Walker, we were so anxious about finding a new dog Walker because our dog can be very finicky and nervous at first. We were guided to an amazing dog Walker named Jess that was so patient with my pup’s needs. He warmed up to her immediately, and he now recognizes her name in excitement when she comes over. Denise is amazing at rescheduling visits and accommodating our often crazy schedules to ensure my dog always gets his walks. I can’t recommend Dog Latchkey enough!!!

The Doggie Latchkey team is responsive, reliable and incredibly accommodating even for our wild last-minute requests. They make the process easy and stress-free, so you can relax knowing everything is in good hands. And better yet, you can tell they are true pet lovers who care for your pet as if it’s one of their own. Rob even texted us updates and photos of our dog (who looked very happy to see him)! And the app sends status updates and allows you to make adjustments and send notes. We love that we no longer have to find a way to guide our elderly golden retriever in the car to take him to a strange place. Now he can stay in his comfortable surroundings at home and keep his daily routine. Highly recommend Doggie Latchkey and their valuable support—they are the best team in town!

When moving back to GR, we were concerned that our dog walker would be tough to replace. She was practically a member of the family.But Anne Marie is quickly filling that role. She sends texts and photos of her walks with them, and leaves a note.As an animal lover and a board member at an animal rescue, I care about who interacts with my dogs. DLK is consistently considerate, respectful and timely.I give DLK five stars plus, and I would gladly recommend them to anyone who is concerned about who comes in their home or who takes responsibility for their four-legged family members.DLK might not be the lowest cost pet care in the market, but you get what you pay for!

She was able to have Sue, one of her employees, transport the puppy.After being in touch with Denise and Sue several times, I felt very comfortable putting my puppy in their care. Tim Kelly: I have used Doggie Latchkey in Grand Rapids over the past four years to help take care of our 120 lbs German Shepherd Zeke when my family travels. Their service and responsiveness are always outstanding. On almost all occasions I have worked with Joni, and she is a great communicator, punctual and has always been willing to go the extra mile if an emergency arises and we have to leave on short notice, or stay away from home longer than expected. Doggie Latchkey and Joni give my family the comfort and piece of mind that Zeke is well cared for and loved even we are not and home, and I would highly recommend using their service the next time you have a pet sitting need.

Heather Kittle: I found Doggie Latchkey by doing an online search 2 years ago and I’m so glad! My pet sitter is Joni, and she has become a second mom to my 2 kitties, and a trusted helper to me! One night I had to take one of my cats to the emergency room and he had to have emergency overnight surgery but I couldn’t get back to pick him up until late the next day. Joni was texting me throughout the night because she was worried about him, and then she picked him up for me in the morning, took him home, and made sure he was settled in before she left. That’s not part of her job description and although I did pay for her time, her personal concern and special care were bonuses. That’s one example of the high quality service that I have gotten from Doggie Latchkey, but I have other examples too! The scheduling and billing people are also helpful, efficient, and friendly. I highly recommend them!

LENA SCOBY: Gabriella was super accommodating and flexible which was greatly appreciated!! We were saddened to get our dog and her stuff back smelling strongly of smoke. Our dog now has a large amount of green goop coming from her eyes.
Leandro Binuya: I don’t recommend this place. I took my dog for boarding for the thanksgiving weekend. First of all, the drop off process was a bit shady. The house sounded like it was absolutely filled with dogs. Then, when I picked up my dog, the house smelled like weed as soon as they opened the door. I had to wash my poor dog, his bedding and carrier because of the awful smell from staying at this place. I don’t recommend this place and you’re better off paying more money at other sitters or boarding kennels. Thank God I only boarded my dog for a couple of days; I can’t imagine how they actually take care of the dogs.

We are definitely helicopter parents and we worry Non-Stop about who we leave our dog with (she has seizures) and honestly I do not worry with Gabriella.Today our Stevie girl was playing pretty hard in the backyard and got muddy and she even gave her a bath before sending her home!

She took great care of my dog and even gave her a bath before I was able to pick her up! 10/10 will use her service again in the future!

Daniel Sepanik: This is my second time boarding my dog for over a week here. Gabriella is awesome, she took really good care of my Husky while I was away. She let me pick him up at 11:30 at night right when I got back into town. He got a little dirty playing outside so she even gave him a bath before sending him home! Definitely will come again.
Kenzie Carey: We have a pup who has separation anxiety and can’t be crated. When we need to get out of the house for extended periods we always know Gabriella will take great care of him. He’s scared of new people but we can tell he truly loves Gabriella and her family.She’s taken him for day visits, overnights, and while we went on vacation.She makes sure he gets his medication, his food, and tons of treats & attention.She’s also great with communication and last minute drop offs.This is truly Poutines home away from home. We’re so happy we found Gabriella.

They also will let you bring her own food - which is AMAZING. Additionally the flexibility is the best - with no set pick up or drop off times - it takes the stress out of planning. Kendra Mobley: Carla, the owner was super caring to my very shy black cat. She ended up warming up to her instantly and Carla was patient, kind and gentle to my sweet fur baby. She also sent daily text updates and pictures which was very helpful. If you're thinking of a petsitter for your animal look no further, I definitely recommend Moxie Pet Care!
Mo Fleming: Carla got down on the floor to coax out an anxious cat on her first visit. THAT is impressive! Appreciated the no-cost meet and greet. She sent photos of my cat while I was gone to make sure I didn’t worry. Left checklists so I know what had been done while I was gone. Affordable. Very grateful and will certainly call Moxie again.
