Virtual Assistant-Paralegal: Under staffed like most medical facilities (since the pandemic). Presiding Physician Burst into the examining room as I was explaining to the Medical Assistant my medical history, and why I was having difficulties performing breathalyzer task. Physician was very hostile, rude and unprofessional. Front Office Intake Clerk and Medical Assistant were pleasant staff members.

g wallace: I've been here twice now and I don't see why the reviews are so low. I came in for my DOT med card. I called prior to visiting and spoke with Amanda on the phone. She informed me they were walk in only for this. She said it usually takes about an hour. I went in at around 1220 and filled out my paperwork. I was leaving at 110 with my med card in hand. Everyone was very prompt and we moved they the process quickly.There's another local one I won't mention that has far better reviews that I've also been to 3x and have waited over 2 hours just to be seen where I got halfway done and was left in a room for an hour waiting for the doctor.I'll be going to Med 1 Breton for all my physicals and hopefully anything else work related from here on in.

Jessica Edwards: I did not appreciate the care I received here the two times I was here this year. When I say this, I am referring to the staff and how they simply were not friendly nor welcoming with me. My second visit here this year, I had one of the nurses come into the room after doc was all done with me and I asked her a question for clarity and she said “CASE CLOSED” with a specific louder tone as if she was implying something. I know that I respect and honor others well and That still holds true with this team and staff. With that being said, I don’t appreciate how I was talked to here and am not a fan of my experiences here at this Med One. Also, if it’s because you hate your job… why are you there?! Food for thought.

Kori Nelson: My husband came in today for a breathing test where the nurse informed him that he “wasn’t trying hard enough” and that it was a “waste of her time” she continued to be nasty and rude until he left his appointment completely. I don’t recommend coming here, as they will not only disrespect you but they don’t have enough sense to know that someone whose occupation involves being around dust and asbestos may not be able to use their full lung capacity. The most unprofessional nurse we’ve ever come across.

Kiley Wilber: Had to take someone from out of town there because that's were his work makes them go if injured on the job. Receptionist was rude and wouldn't give anyone a mask unless that's who was being seen. 90 degree day and have to sit outside. How does a medical facility not have masks at the entrance or any for people to wear?!

Melinda Browne: The wait was short which was about the only thing I was impressed by. I could barely hear my name being called to be seen. The nurse didn't even come out to be visible so you knew where you were going. The nurse was extremely quiet and talked fast and then looked annoyed when I didn't do what she asked right after she finished talking. Definitely felt like a number and like I wasn't really wanted there.

I have the new (13 on your side) and my lawyer looking into this mess.

I just really don't know what I would have done if she didn't console me the way she had. I appreciate the PRC so much for this moment interaction you guys have great employees.

Frania Boone: Treated very disrespectfully on the phone and via text. Website states that you are entitled to a "Limited ultrasound" after having a positive pregnancy test to verify pregnancy, hear fetal heartbeat, etc. The lady on the phone just kept saying the same sentence "We only do limited ultrasounds. What you need is an OB". Very disappointed in that woman, and by extension organization.

Holly Rogers: Trash, absolute garbage place to go. They are anti choice and force their religious views on you. Zero stars if I could. They are not a credible facility in my opinion and I would discourage anyone who wanted to go here.

Laureen Schmidt: I tried to go to PRC today for an ultrasound and was told I would need to make an appointment because spots fill up quickly for ultrasounds. That's fine, I completely understand that. What I didn't like was that I was taken into a room to schedule an ultrasound and was asked what my plan was for the baby. I said I was going to keep it. The woman working then says well we like to reserve those appointments for women who are unsure on what they are going to do....like really?? So because I said I planned on keeping the baby I'm not entitled to a free ultrasounds like your website boasts. Thanks a lot PRC!

The nurse was cheerful, but giggly when she asked if if "you found out you were pregnant today, what would happen?" I understand why she asked that question, but don't act all cute.So the result come back...I don't have BV. Well, I still have the symptoms, and it's getting annoying. I finally went to my regular doctor a few days later. Guess what? I have BV. I got proper treatment and was better a few days later. I ghosted the doctor when she called me back with the third party lab results. She left PHI on my voice mail, which is a huge no-no.Also, the board of directors doesn't have a single doctor, or medical professional on it. I find it ironic that an organization that provides care for pregnant women has one female on its board of directors. The rest are all male CEO/CFOs.

Cristine Fuhrman: Highly qualified medical staff. Licensed nurses as well as registered sonographers to provide care and ultrasounds at the same level as physicians office. Board members comprised of doctors and other medical professionals. Caring staff that provides judgement free answers and information.

Jillian Otto: their free ultrasound is the same as what you’d get from an OB-GYN. They offer judgment free care.

Kiera Honderd: The prc is very professional and has well trained staff that are able to give information about all your options. Wether thats adoption, abortion, or raising a child. I was in very good hands, and very well informed.

I'm grateful for the work of pregnancy resource centers here and across the country -- a PRC helped me years ago when I was facing an unplanned pregnancy. My dentist Dr. Sam S??? knows what he is doing along with Chris, the dental assistant.I'm really glad that my wife and I were able to be eligible for the dental work that has to be done, and my wife will also be needing work done here. We are two retired people who live in Grand Haven and driving to and from home is also enjoyable.

Lorikeet: They have lost and misused my blood samples mulitpul times. They are never on the same page about what I am there for. Certain few give me attitude and are very rude to me. My doctor doesn't listen to what I say and does as she wishes, despite my objections. For example, a medication was giving me bad side effects but she refused to offer something else, just told me to keep taking the same thing. Said drug was causeing me to have to miss work because the side effects were rendering me unable to even get out of bed. I do not recommend going here if your needs arent as simple as a cold. They cant keep their staff long enough to have consistency.

annie sleet: My daughter was given the wrong information from one of there intake workers person named David. She was given an appointment and when she showed up too the appointment was treated very rude by front desk staff, and when she asked to speak to office manager was told the manager, was too busy for all that. So rude and I called and talked too the office manager she tried to apologize and then I talked to intake person and they apologized for the confusion. I will never recommend this health care facility to anyone I have been in customer service for 29 years and we would never treat anyone in this manner it was there mistake because we gave them all the correct information and they didn't take the time too read the notes then tried to treat my daughter like she did something wrong no empathy or respect for the individual was shown. But I'm glad we found a clinic that knows how to treat it's patients with kindness and respect. Unlike Catherine's clinic.

Amanda Williams: I sent my son here for a cough. After being evaluated by a PA he was referred to the ER because his heart rate was elevated. He is 23 and was most likely nervous. The urgent care charged him a $200 ER copay. He waited hours in the ER. The physician came in, did a brief evaluation, and prescribed him a steroid for his cough. No further testing was done. We are now getting another bill for $200 for the ER copay. I expressed my concerns of the unnecessary ER visit with Patient Relations at Spectrum and they dismissed my concerns. I also find it interesting that the urgent care charges a ER visit copay. So disappointing.

David Neuenfeldt: TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I was a walk in. Told them i had covid so i was asked to wait outside. Was told it would be 2 hours. That was fine. I received my text and went inside to tell the receptionist i got my text. Instead of letting someone know i was there they put me in the que and made it look like i had just arrived! All while having an extremely high fever and on the verge of hallucinating. You people are so unprofessional. The nurse i spoke to got all snotty. You people are supposed to help people not be insulting. Even the person i spoke on the phone with after waiting all that time tried to call me a liar. So yeah you definitely didnt live up to the Spectrum name today.

daniela Rosas: I am impressed on how amazing all of the providers at this location treat their patients. Patient care here is very consistent and I’m a very particular picky person.. they do a good job getting you in and out and well diagnose .

Eve Kennedy: I went to this facility on a Saturday night. It was nice and clean in there, there was only a handful of people, and the weight wasn't too terrible. I think it might have taken an hour which in urgent Care is nothing. They had vending machines so you can get something to drink or eat while you were waiting. The staff was very friendly to me.

Maddie Hunt: Was told I probably just have a bug and to just wait it out. Here I am now, 12 days into being sick and finally getting the antibiotics I needed. The only advice given to me by the doctor was what you teach a kindergartner (get enough sleep, be sure to drink water, etc). I was also told they didn’t have the equipment needed to run tests for me? What exactly is urgent care for then? Don’t waste your time and money on this place.

Cewsday: Came to get my shoulder looked at. Expected a long wait already due to reviews. Had a long wait. It sure dusty in here. Nice staff but but I was waiting in the patient room for 40 minutes before someone actually came in to check my shoulder. Maybe they’re understaffed? Or just got swamped when I came.

Samantha Philley: The first time I went there the front desk nurse was extremely rude. However I had to go to get blood work done and everyone was very nice, and got me in and out very quickly.

Ezekiel Godfrey: Went in on Easter Sunday, got much needed treatment from Holly and Denise. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The level of care I received was top notch and left me feeling very confident in the abilities of the nurses and staff. Was very glad I decided to go and also very pleased that this urgent care was so convenient, close by, open at the time it was and staffed with great people. It was also very clean. I noticed the waiting room, exam rooms and bathrooms I used were all kept very clean. Thank you.

Adus Talton: Always busy and always felt insignificant BUT…Doctors are sending patients to lab after 5 bc hours on their end say open til 8pm. I mentioned to rep and her response “nothing I can do about that” No? REALLY? YOU DON’T HAVE ACCESS to creating a ticket with IT and informing them the discrepancy??? OH! WAIT! You do! I know! I’ve worked with said company! Tickets are SO FRICKING EASY TO CREATE and BARELY takes up your “it’s not my job” mentality. How about “I’ll let my manager know and tell tech” bc doing your “patients care” part of “triage” is in your “job responsibility”.

Tiffany Manross: I would really like to leave zero stars. Staff was actually great aside from the doctor. Who blatantly called me a liar and told me to go to the ER instead. This location will not help you and you won't learn that until you've waited 4 hours to be seen. Turned out he had every resource he could have needed to assist with my visit. He just didn't want to.

Meghan Owens: My fiancé fell off a ladder and potentially broke his arm. They made him wait for 2 hours, didn’t tell him they prescribed him any medication when he tried to fill his scripts the pharmacy said they never got it and when we went back to talk to anyone on how he could get those, they told him they didn’t prescribe him anything. When I called to talk to someone they said “Did you not communicate with him?” Which is great because they were not communicating with him, and instead of explaining anything to me about it, they were dismissive and condescending. Abysmal service, they do not care about anybody.

Erick VonMyhr: Went to HealthBar for an Antibody Test and the process was quick and easy. I was able to drive off with my results in hand within 15 minutes of arriving.

Danny Geurink: HealthBar is a great company. I have used them several times and am always happy with their service. They have rapid tests, nasal or saliva PCR tests as well as antibody testing. Drive thru set up is convenient, employees are helpful, pricing is reasonable! Keep up the great work!
