Jerry Lashade: okay... here we go, AutoZone parts some decent parts you can get from them and then there's some awesome parts you can get from them stick with the duralast spend extra money... long as you knowing are asking for help from some of the AutoZone personnel. things sometime go well.... do the work like you know what you're doing because your parts are there... the rule is they don't have it they can get it any parks anywhere AutoZone is always there........ or good slogan there is no other parts AutoZone is always their closing a little bit too early.... if it's only it was 7 a.m. to 7 that'll be just right..... Orland you might have to make a left depends on which way you coming to go to the store.. 😆

Ryan McGinn: Beware. Stopped by this store to return an alternator and get a core charge back on a starter. 62 days later, I see a mystery charge for almost $300 on my debit card. Store confirms purchase was made at their store but cannot find the charge. Fairly certain an employee is stealing card information. Use cash only at this location.

Ginny: They think they know what they’re talking about, but Haley and Aiden P clearly do not. When calling for example for a core charge, I was told that I could get my 20 bucks but then come to find out you need to have your receipt and come to find out you got to make sure that your battery is not out of warranty, however, Aiden P. who was trained by Haley (new manager, after Rome left ) aiden said “come in you’ll get your credit”. But not really , not the full credit unless 1. You have a receipt 2. They can find you in their system 3. The battery you bought isn’t out of warranty. LOL 😂. I I mentioned to Haley that Aiden told me differently. And that this is a good training opportunity for her new hire so that others don’t drive to your store and expect one thing and get the other . I went on and told Haley. So you would think that maybe they were just give you the 20 for the miscommunication on their part but no . Haley was clearly irritated with me ((Rolling her young adult eyes at me the entire time). Little does she know she just lost a customer and probably about 500 more if people read reviews before they shop places. She’s young she has a great deal to learn about customer service. this store in general needs to care more for their customers and employees ! my son worked there , the said they loved him , until he came down with mental health issues during pandemic - when he got better they would not offer him his job back. My experience with this specific store is not good . . It’s not the same since Rome left ! Zero stars or the option was available Google friends . Haley has an attitude and and place the customer FIRST instead of her ego.

Good People Prosper: This store is horrible. I had to go to the Rogers plaza auto zone to do my return. That man completed my online return in 5 min. That same return i tried to do here the employees here wasted 30 minutes of my time. This is because the lacked the basic knowledge how to complete an online return. I ended up calling corporate while waiting in the store. The customer service lady on the phone was even annoyed by their inability to do this simple return.
