Good People Prosper: This store is horrible. I had to go to the Rogers plaza auto zone to do my return. That man completed my online return in 5 min. That same return i tried to do here the employees here wasted 30 minutes of my time. This is because the lacked the basic knowledge how to complete an online return. I ended up calling corporate while waiting in the store. The customer service lady on the phone was even annoyed by their inability to do this simple return.

The customer service is really bad, lazy attitude, arrogant attention, and the worst customer service coming from all of them. Alexis Kinney: I recently visited this location and didn't have my standard visit that I'm used to with Napa. I visited another location earlier in the day to purchase routers for my car and found I didn't need them upon inspection, so brought them back in, unopened, and the guy behind the counter wasn't pleased. I had a cash return and was immediately greeted with a sigh and that he wouldn't be able to process the return due to possibly not having the cash in the drawer. Totally get that. While having worked in customer service and retail before, I didn't want to short a drawer. He then looked at me and left and then came back and said he'd do my return but it would leave his drawer short and he didn't want to do that. His tone made it seem like the return was my fault and I didn't think that was ideal customer service. He then threw my receipt at me and left the counter. I try to give it up to a possible bad day, but didn't love the experience today.

Eric Monsma: I recently purchased a Highlander, and today (Saturday afternoon) while I was changing the oil for the first time I cracked the plastic filter housing due to the dealer having over-tightened it (a common issue, as I have now learned). I called and spoke with Bill, who looked up the part and then actually went to verify they had it since the computer said they only had one. When I picked it up (the replacement is aluminum, so no more issues!) I brought my filter wrench to verify that it fit. Since it was a little loose, Bill went right out to the showroom and found one that was perfect. Fantastic service today, Bill and NAPA really rescued me!

Andy Morris: Needed to grab a loan a tool from them to diagnose an issue with my truck. They made it an easy and friendly experience. I'd go there more but the parts prices are usually more expensive, although parts are good quality too. Good place though....I'd go back.

Joseph Kadzban: Napa has what you want for your car. They have a HUGE local warehouse in Grand rapids and can usually get your stuff in a couple hours. Plan ahead like an adult and you can have whatever you want for your car from NAPA.

Mark Smith: I waited in line while a new guy who has only worked there for 3 weeks and he was trying his hardest to find the part while the manager played with his girlfriends hair then he went in to the parking lot with her then he came back in and said u still cant find it . Mean while 20 minutes later he decides to help the new guy find what we we looking for. Standale napa terrible service . The new guy stayed with it the whole time . The manager said he was doing good for only 3 weeks maybe the new guy should take the managers postion. He cared 100%. The manager well when his girlfriend left he thought he would come in from the parking lot then maybe noticed there was a customer who waited in line behind me for a bit until the manager finally decided to come in from out in the parking lot to give a girl friend a kiss. I probable wont go back there since my customer was waiting for there car to be fixed.

Nathan Klok: I had recently bought a windshield wiper on a very, very low budget and you get what you get. I left a great review from the last O’Reilly store in Jenison.I had to replace the cheap one I bought so I went to O’Reillys on Plainfield. Only have enough for the cheap one excuse me, so Nevin put on the windshield wiper for me, and It did not fit proper to the windshield. Without hesitation we went back inside, and he took care of the situation, making a very happy customer leaving a review right now to tell you not to hesitate to go to O’Reilly’s auto parts if you want professional help with auto care.
Shawn: Awful service! Came in to get a small hose for a moped. The young man with blond hair came out with a hose and I said it was wrong and he got upset because it’s not just about the outside diameter has to equal it’s the inner diameter of the hose that counts. I’m certified mechanic and was trying to teach him a little bit and he got really upset. Told me to take the new hose he cut and leave without paying for it. I use O’Reillys for my business. I’ve always had good service, but I will never be returning again to any O’Reilly service for the attitude service, and just to tell me to walk out with something without paying for it..
Trevor: Came in today to buy some new wipers for my car. A nice gentleman looked up my cars make and model and gave me a good recommendation. What really sells me is that you take the few extra moments to help to customer find the stock. O'Reilly Auto Parts takes the stress out of having to find and buy car parts!

Young guy before the counter said let's take a look. Said it says difficult. Takes a look and my battery was covered in battery acid crystals. Said he could do it. It was a little harder than it looked but after a few trips back inside to get different tools. He changed it. Got it looking like new and got me on my way. Got a customer for life.

I was never under the impression that the team would fix my light bulb, because apparently Kia’s are of course so difficult. Brittney was so amazing and helpful, even willing to call around to see if I could run and get the headlight fixed. Quickly , Dillyn and Nick jumped in , and the whole team was helping me get it solved . On this day, at this time in life , this team literally brought so much restored hope in humanity. So all that to say, I think they need a raise !! And thank you all from the bottom of my heart !

Audra Elizabeth: The staff at the 60th and Kalamazoo location is so helpful! I came in with a broken wiper and they replaced it, tightened it up where it had loosened, and it worked perfectly again. They also changed out my battery quickly - only waited about 20 minutes or so and I was on my way. Everyone there does their best to make sure you are well taken care of. Thanks guys! I'll definitely be back if I need help with anything else.
