Mike Kurtti: Had my Jeep axles re-geared and a new set of 37" Mickey Thompson tires put on. Jim and the crew did a great job. Price was competitive and Jeep was done when promised. I highly recommend Venom Motorsports.

Baron Grutter: Can't say enough good things about my experience working/talking with Jim up front. He was very informative and willing to help troubleshoot through some of my particular challenges. And Luke did a great job on the installation.I had them mount my new tires and wheels along with install a Van Compass Suspension lift and a front recovery point/hook on my 2021 Ford Transit AWD. Suffice to say, I through them a curve ball with my tire/wheel combination that gave 3 different shops a heck of a time. Ultimately, after discussing with the wheel manufacturer, I had to switch to a different set of tires. Still a challenge (one shop insisted it wasn't possible), but Venom got it done.Anyway, I WILL be back again probably for this vehicle and likely others. Thanks so much!

Zach: Was going to leave a good review because they got me in for putting new tires on when nobody else could.However all my American force wheels have new dings and scratches around the lug holes and lips. These wheels have only had one set of tires on them since new now they are all scratched. For $150 it wasn’t worth it. Won’t be back.

Went back yesterday and had gotten a leveling kit with some new tires at a good price and they got it done within the day. Wrong...called and asked for a quote said he doesn't do customer installs, was a mo th out, isn't worth his time to do customer installs. Blah, blah, blah. All that told me was he wasn't going to make any money off the deal. Back to extreme car audio it is. And after reading the reviews here about poor customer service it makes a lot of sense now.

Jestin Simon: Although they typically work on off-road vehicles I brought my Focus RS in for an alignment hoping that a smaller shop like Venom would take the time to get it right. Boy did they come through. John was great to work with and got me on their schedule the same week. Daniel Johnson: I purchased a power steering pump that had a core charge, when I went to return the core they refused to give me the core charge back. Sighting that the core had to be rebuild-able. They also made it sound like I had applied heat to it when trying to remove it. I was not told that when the purchase was made nor was it on any of the paper work that i received. When I explained that to the clerk I was told I was being very rude and that she thought that I always had an attitude when I came in there. Staff is not courteous at all. All of this over a $19 dollar core charge

Chris Peterson: Was in need of a thermostat housing for an older Mercury vehicle that Ford told me was now obsolete and only available aftermarket. I called the Napa Plainfield location, and the phone was promptly answered by Brett who immediately narrowed down what I needed, and the part involved. To make sure of the part, as there were a couple of choices for my year of vehicle, he allowed me to text him photos so that he could be exact on the request. After seeing my photos, he immediately assured me, by text, that he had the correct part/parts and that they were in stock.When I called back, I talked to Leah, as Brett was busy, and she was fully aware of the information that Brett and I had talked about. It was nice to see this store working as a "team" and able to pick right up with a customer where someone else had left off. It's not uncommon nowadays to call a store and be sent to a vague voicemail or an attendant that doesn't know their "stuff". Not only did Brett know his stuff, but he also shared the information with other employees so that I was taken care of when I called back. I felt that this was above and beyond the usual.

Mister Teddy: This company is amazing. I happen to have a 3800 series 2 engine that I’m slowly bringing back to life and to my surprise, I found out ZZP loves the 3800 engines more so than anyone because they make specialized parts !!!!For instance, the transmission pan everybody knows is a flimsy piece of metal, well ZZP cast an aluminum plate that fits nice and flush with a solid feel to it as well as built in heat fins to dissipate heat better because we all know transmission generate a lot of heat .And so the icing on the cake here is that this all cast aluminum pan has a drain plug with a built-in magnet !!! Wowza imagine all the time and messes that it saves 🕟Anyway, all I can say is they are a great company and make other high quality parts for many other vehicles but it’s worth a shot to look at the website if you have an over 3800 engine as they have a lot to select from 👍🏽

Great deals and fast shipping.(the bad) The warranty stipulates a certain time period plus you pay shipping and 10% restocking fee for defective items to swap. If parts are in warranty I shouldn't have to pay $110 to ship back a defective exhaust system. And the service is a bit hard to reach and they question what happened and why.

Cars & Sports: I spent over 400 dollars and they refuse to give me my money back after I tried to return it. Ashley from customer service was arguing with me instead of trying to figure out what was wrong. Ashley also said that there company thinks that the customer is usually wrong. I asked to speak to a supervisor and that's the last I heard from them. They have to steal from hard working people just to stay in business, how pathetic. STAY AWAY FROM ZZP.
