Don G: My order took a few weeks to be delivered. It wasn't shipped out until after i called to nag them.The part i received was not for my vehicle. This is despite providing them my VIN and their website showing the part number shipped was for my vehicle. After a week of phone tag, they confirmed the error is on their website.I called every week for over a month and despite the promises, they never sent an RMA or return shipping label. Everytime i call, the "parts manager" is out of the office and rarely returns calls. They never reply to emails.If you need the right part or even just customer service, try someone else.
Grady Black: I don’t normally review, but I have to on this experience. I had ordered parts and one part was waiting to arrive so that they can ship. They said the next day that part will arrive and then they can ship that following day. Week and a half goes by not one email from them I called to check up on them and they said Yep everything‘s here we can ship it. I have received my parts and two of them are heavily damaged due to lack of their boxing procedure. They didn’t seem too concerned however advised me they will email me a return label. Seven hours later I figured they would email me the label prior to them closing, but they did not. I called twice to see if they would hurry, but they did not. I will try to go tomorrow.
Rich “Hypermotard”: Do not buy from these people if you need what you order. I paid overnight shipping on Monday evening for a part I needed, it is Friday and I have no part. The employees were of zero help and unwilling to offer any assistance. They simply do not care. Low prices are irrelevant if your parts are not delivered when promised. Places of business that operate like this with no regard for their customers should prompt Google to institute a ZERO star review, one star is too much.

I emailed them with no reply. I called and left voicemail with no calll back. I kept having to call. If you're looking for a place to buy ford parts from please don't buy them from here

I think I was ripped off I did not see a 30 day core return clause on my paper work.I gave them the core and left I will not go back and I would suggest if you are thinking about purchasing something from them you move on and find a trusty seller. .I HATE BEING RIPPED OFF!

Ben Cooper: Needed a mirror for a 2007 Ford Taurus. They were able to look up and verify that a 2006 Mercury Sable mirror that they had in stock would work (which it did). Pricing was reasonable. Service was a little slow but understandable since they are litterly removing parts from cars for you.

Yes, I did try to call first, I gave up after 6 min on hold. Immediately drove 2 miles to see 1 customer and 4 people behind the counter. This is why I have to shop at Amazon.

SOPHISTICATED LADIES: These are some nasty people two of the customer service representatives did everything they could not to return my part even though it was covered under warranty. I gladly grabbed my part, receipt and left. Very prejudice and it's extremely conspicuous. I wouldn't dare recommend this location to anyone!

Lee Barker: Keep this short and sweet, went in the for a trailer power plug. Ended up with a broken cable ( didn't know ) what was going on, Austin that worked there came out. Not a good feeling for a customer. I tried returning an item and a lady plus a guy denied it because it was used. I told them that's why I'm returning it. I found out it does not work. I was told it works. Still denied it. How about better training of sales people and employing those that are exposed to other ethnicities. I have shopped at this location for 20+ years and this is the first time I've experienced this.
Christie: Today I called and was placed on hold, where I sat for over 10 mins without anyone checking in. I called back thinking they may have forgot about me. Same thing happened again. I called back a third time, and when the same female associate asked to place me on hold (again) I simply (and kindly!) asked “Do you know roughly how much longer I will have to hold? I have been on hold for quite a long time and have a really quick question.” The associate snapped back at me in an *extremely* rude voice “We have a line of customers so I have no clue” and then hung up.I fully understand being busy or stressed. Maybe they are understaffed, it is a busier than usual Sunday afternoon or maybe she is just having a really bad day… but if she was this rude to a customer who was being kind- I can’t imagine that retail is a good fit for her. Hoping it was just a bad experience and not a representation of the culture at Napa on Patterson.

(Todd): It's an auto parts store What else can you say They sell a lot of parts that are made in China very few that are made in USA why is that? 🤔🤯💰 Lots of rebranded dorman parts dorman means failure and I'm not kidding I replaced literally three dorman window regulators just to get one to work. It is not Napa's fault All parts stores have the same junk just at a different brand or look on the package. So ask the guy at the counter which parts come back more ask him if he's got a part that he would buy honestly and don't ask the guy that's 18 years old he hasn't fixed enough things to know which is right and will last I know this is not the comment they wanted me to put down here but what else can you say about a parts store they're all the same doesn't matter what the name is on the building They have the same parts in a different box made by the same company kind of like buying a box fan at store each store has the same box fan but it has a different names clip to the front of it everything is that way.
